03/08/2026: Passing through Castelnaudary, we had lunch at Quai 21 – a real treat! The dishes were beautiful and delicious... I highly recommend this restaurant.

02/08/2026: Friendly and smiling staff. Very warm welcome both on the phone and in person. We ordered two rib-eye steaks, 300g each. Delicious meat served with ratatouille and fries drizzled with pepper sauce. Absolutely delicious. For dessert, two excellent ice creams. The restaurant is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi and has a terrace. We'll be back. Toulouse isn't that far from Castelnaudary. Bruno.

09/06/2026: Excellent service from a very pleasant and friendly young woman. The pizzas were high quality and generously topped. We didn't even finish our pizzas; they offered to take them away. Well done and thank you, because the spirit of local commerce is becoming increasingly rare. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

01/08/2026: TERRIBLE!!! Completely unprofessional! I can't comment on the food. Once we were seated, the owner who had us had the cowardice to send his employee to tell us that we couldn't have drinks without ordering food, and he kicked us out even though we had explained that we wanted to nibble on tapas (but this tapas bar doesn't serve them at lunchtime). The terrace was empty at 12:30 pm...

05/08/2026: We had previously dined at Frank's in Narbonne and had very fond memories of it. The food was excellent and the welcome was warm, which is why we wanted to return. Unfortunately, this new experience was very disappointing. We had booked for Monday, August 3rd at 7:45 pm, a day when reservations were supposed to be open. We went to the restaurant, but upon arrival, we found it was simply closed. Then, at 8:30 pm, we received an email informing us that the restaurant was fully booked. The result: a wasted trip and no information before our arrival. It's truly a shame, especially for an establishment we had such good memories of. A simple message or a phone call beforehand would have saved us this unnecessary journey. We hope this problem was just an isolated incident, because the quality of the food and service deserves better than this poor reservation management.

15/05/2026: A visit to the castle and ramparts is a must. Breathtaking views of the city, the surrounding area, and the ramparts! :-)

14/05/2026: The Cité de Carcassonne is a must-see every time I travel through the south of France. And if there's one thing you absolutely shouldn't miss, it's the fabulous Bastille Day fireworks display. I must have been back at least ten times, and the effect is always the same: majestic. The illuminated ramparts, the explosions that set the whole citadel ablaze, the atmosphere in the city… there's something truly unique about it. Even a simple two-hour break during a road trip is enough to be blown away by the sights. On the way to the Abbey of Saint-Martin du Canigou, it's the kind of stop that transforms a journey into a lasting memory. 500 meters before the paid parking lots, on the hill before descending into the citadel, a strip along the edge allows you to park for free. 5, 6 cars max.

08/06/2026: What a pleasure to find ourselves at a table in the café on the terrace! Warm atmosphere, fantastic waitresses, always smiling, and delicious, tasty dishes. Unbeatable value for money. We'll definitely be back.

27/05/2026: The hotel is very well located with parking and charging stations. The welcome was excellent. It's quiet and has been recently renovated. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. There's a heated pool and a superb breakfast. Don't hesitate to book, but remember to make a reservation.

18/07/2026: A very good address in the heart of Carcassonne. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes that are very well prepared and delicious. The service is pleasant and the staff is welcoming. One of our meals was simply forgotten, but this can happen and the problem was quickly resolved. The atmosphere is calm and warm, ideal for having a good time. I recommend this inn.

22/07/2026: A very pleasant place. The service is impeccable. The whole-grain bread in the morning is truly excellent; I didn't particularly like the sea bream sauce, which was a bit too acidic for my taste. But the ingredients used are excellent. And of course, I will definitely return and I recommend it.

16/07/2026: From the appetizer to the dessert, it was delicious. The server was efficient, very friendly, and offered excellent wine recommendations. The patio with its fountain creates a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.
