Les meilleurs restaurants en Aude

23/09/2024: Nous n'avons malheureusement pas retrouvé les saveurs rencontrées lors de notre précédente venue dans cet établissement en 2019 ; Les menus ne sont pas clairs , les portions de viande (agneau ) ou de poisson ( turbot) petites , et tout cela manquait de peps . Le dessert au fenouil risqué au niveau de la texture , de la découpe et du visuel ou la figue n'ont pas fait l'unanimité ; Les desserts au chocolat ont davantage plu . Nous ne cachons pas notre déception rapport qualité / prix pour ces menus à 49 euros et 59 euros ; Mention ++ pour le garçon très professionnel .La salle, son mobilier , son éclairage et les toilettes mériteraient un rafraichissement .

28/09/2024: We had a blast. Very caring staff. Very good and generous pizza, with quality ingredients. Possibility of local drinks. The boss in charge, super smiling and commercial. It’s a pleasure and makes you want to come back!

22/09/2024: WE ATE AS A FAMILY FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. WE HAD EXCELLENT PIZZAS AS WELL AS SALADS AND HOMEMADE DESSERTS. I RECOMMEND 100/100. THE PIZZAS ARE EXTRA AND GENEROUS WITH A THIN DOUGH. WELL DONE.

18/09/2024: On a cool and windy day our group of 8 cyclists turned up at the restaurant without a booking. We had a very good lunch and a warm welcome from the owners. Excellent salads and pasta.

16/09/2024: An excellent experience; we were welcomed by a friendly & helpful host. The auberge serves simple, reasonably priced and very good quality meals. It was a an ideal lunch after having visited the 4 Chateaux! Very highly recommended.

01/10/2024: Excellent welcome!! Hearty dishes cooked with quality products. We had a great time with my husband. I recommend the Iberian plancha for two, a killer! Thank you to the whole team for their good service. We will come back from Perpignan with pleasure!

28/09/2024: A warm and intimate restaurant. Franck TOURNAIRE comes to shake hands with all his customers. The meat is to die for, delicious. I was there on the evening of Monday September 23, the restaurant was full, a surprising Monday evening but with such a welcome and such quality of products it is not surprising in the end. Bravo to you, it was a wonderful time.

12/09/2024: For lunch while visiting the village, in the courtyard opposite Abbot Saunière's house, the Jardin de Marie is the ideal place. Very friendly welcome, small table under the trees, and very very well cooked menu, the Sea Bream in particular. Stopping is obviously recommended. Thanks to the service and kitchen team.

15/09/2024: This restaurant in the hinterland is a superb surprise. Friendly and efficient service. Wolf unseen and presented in an original way. Warm atmosphere. Really recommended.

12/09/2024: The best cassoulet I have eaten! I came there with my parents on the advice of a friend, and we were not disappointed, on the contrary!!! My parents, who haven't eaten much for some time, have had two refills. A delight, an excellent sauce and a duck that melts in your mouth. We will happily come back! A big congratulations and thank you to the very welcoming, friendly dining room team and to the chef who delights us.

11/09/2024: Pleasant place. The cassoulet is very good. The service is great. We arrived very late because we had entered the address on the GPS and not the name of the restaurant. Which led us to the middle of nature. Despite our delay, we were very well served without any problem. I highly recommend. We will come back with pleasure at the first opportunity.

14/09/2024: We spent a day in Narbonne and it was an absolutely perfect end to such a beautiful day. Great ambience, super friendly service staff and the pizzas were tasty. Really recommended 😋🍕

04/09/2024: Pleasant atmosphere, pretty wall decoration, ideally located. In high heat, the small street provides shade, which is appreciated. The salad 🥗 a treat*** just what you need and I loved the pizza 🍕 mushrooms The welcoming waitress, very helpful*** A restaurateur who is attentive to customers. I highly recommend this pizzeria***

07/09/2024: For our first visit to the Oyster Farm at Grau de Leucate, we asked a couple of friends who often come to the region to advise us on a farmhouse. They told us that they really liked the aquarium and that’s why we came here and we had a great time.

14/09/2024: Manager allows himself an odious response which says a lot (in addition to not doing great cooking). I'll let you see it in a screenshot. Basically: the restaurants in Carcassone, I said, are obviously rated by people who know little about cooking and are not very particular about their food; therefore be wary of the very good Google averages which reflect correct establishments and nothing more.

03/09/2024: Basically, if the customers have children, I would tell you that they won't eat anything because there is only adult food. Girl, better go to a fast food restaurant. (After eating at this restaurant, I went to a fast food place because I was still hungry.) Well, in general, food in France is not that good, so it’s understandable that we weren’t very lucky. People who are vegetarian or vegan don’t have many options in this restaurant as there’s nothing for them. I don't know if drinking wine or some kind of soft drink in the middle of the service is very normal, or maybe it's typical in France Idk. I understand that you might be thirsty, but I’ve never seen this in any other restaurant I’ve visited. I think it shows a lack of respect towards customers. I personally wouldn’t go back because of the lack of variety, quantity, and service. What I can say is that the place was quiet, which is always a good thing.
