18/02/2026: A truly delightful discovery: this unique restaurant in the caves. No feeling of claustrophobia despite the galleries carved into the tufa rock. The service was quick despite the crowd (kudos to the waitresses and waiters!), a good, generous menu with excellent fries! I was a little disappointed because they were out of lamb chops, but the chicken fillet with mushroom sauce was also very good. A wide selection of local wines. A great atmosphere in an original setting. I highly recommend it!

21/02/2026: During our stay in Saumur, we booked a table at Keating and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert; it was still quite expensive, but the pleasure was there in every bite.

21/02/2026: Excellent establishment, a must-try... The Iberian pork loin was delicious. The rib steak was superb. For over five years, I've enjoyed returning to savor their delicious meats, certainly the best in the region. The service is always friendly and professional. In short, I love it!!!

I understood what it's like to work in the restaurant industry because, as a waitress myself, I completely understand their job.
