11/11/2025: Unbelievable! You say hello, no response. After 20 minutes, you ask the gentleman if he'll be much longer—very rude. He replies, "I'm working. If it's not convenient, go somewhere else." I tell him, "Sir, you don't have to open the door if you don't want to serve." He replies, "I'm not here to do nothing, sir. You need to be respectful to elderly people. I'm 70 years old. If you can't manage your temper and your orders, you should hire someone." Very rude.

10/10/2025: I don't doubt the quality of the products I didn't get to taste. I waited 15 minutes at 12 p.m. I said hello three times, the man looked at me and ignored me. The reception was catastrophic.

22/09/2025: I often eat with family and takeaway. It's delicious, very well-stocked, very well-cooked, the meat is of high quality, and most importantly, the staff have impeccable hygiene. This snack bar is PERFECT. Thank you for your quality and professionalism. I recommend it to everyone with my eyes closed.

06/12/2025: A very poor experience, to put it mildly. I booked a night at the Ibis La Timone Marseille hotel by phone due to a hospital appointment the following day. Early in the morning, I was woken by an unbearable noise inside the hotel. Elevator renovations—not mentioned when I made my reservation—forced me to climb four flights of stairs several times, despite having a limited leg. The workers gave me mocking looks and were unable to utter a kind word or even free up the elevator—not even for a minute—to make it easier for an elderly woman to use it. Beyond this extremely unpleasant situation, here are the services offered by the Ibis Timone Marseille hotel: > A ridiculously small room, overheated and with no way to regulate the temperature. > An outdated bathroom with a flimsy bar of soap stuck to the shower wall. > No kettle, no toiletries of any kind, nothing, not even a notepad. Hotel Timone Marseille, a three-star hotel...??? It goes without saying that for such low-quality services and at the price paid, the value for money is simply unacceptable. I understand the enthusiasm of many travelers for Airbnb-style accommodations, which are of far superior quality and much cheaper, and which, moreover, welcome you with a smile and those little touches that make all the difference. In short, I absolutely do not recommend the Ibis Marseille Timone hotel, a hotel that in no way corresponds to a 3-star hotel as advertised on the front door.

06/12/2025: Well located for my conference at the medical school, but the room faced the noisy boulevard, so the night wasn't very restful; breakfast was adequate.

10/03/2026: Reservation for one night from March 9th to 10th. Room 9 assigned. The bathroom has been renovated, but there is no heating and no hairdryer available. The room is extremely outdated (equipment, furniture, curtains, etc.), with no wardrobe or bedside table. A gap in the door lets in the cold air, even though it's already chilly.

10/03/2026: One-night reservation. Disastrous room. No cleaning done, stains on the walls and floor, dirty bedding, uncomfortable mattress. No heating upon arrival, no heating in the bathroom. No water pressure, clogged sink. Room 25, you can hear everything from the highway!

21/10/2025: Quality, homemade cuisine. A limited menu combining Corsican and local specialties. A minimalist atmosphere with a beautiful fireplace where the meats are cooked.

15/01/2026: I bought a chicken raclette pizza, but when I went to eat it, the pizza was completely inedible. The dough was raw and crumbling everywhere. I called, and they insisted the dough wasn't raw and offered me a €10 voucher, even though I paid €18. So they gave me a replacement in exchange for the old one, which was fine. I looked at the pizza, and it was just dough, practically nothing on it. It didn't have all the ingredients that were supposed to be in the pizza. Avoid this place at all costs. I don't mean to be a pain, but there are limits.

05/12/2025: The staff aren't really focused on their work. They're more interested in having fun.

27/02/2026: So what can I say? The hygiene rules are completely ignored, from the payment terminals and cardboard boxes to their hair and then the pizzas... and especially since they replace ingredients without consulting us. For example, there's blue cheese or some other very strong flavor instead of goat cheese. And as for the atmosphere, it's been gloomy and unwelcoming for a while now. Back in the day, we were greeted with a smile, and the person loved their job. Now, let's just say the men are there to do their best.

14/12/2025: We booked a private room for a surprise birthday party at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had a wonderful meal. A truly great time! 😊

31/01/2026: Worst all-you-can-eat meal of my life. The staff seemed friendly but were really awful, €20.90 on Saturday at lunchtime. Not much choice, the food tasted disgusting, the calamari smelled like it had been left in the fridge for 4-5 days. You couldn't understand the handwritten labels on the dishes... no samosas, no vegetable spring rolls, no lychees... THE BASICS! Very limited choices. I'd really rather go further and pay more.

01/01/2026: Delicious crepes and galettes, great cider and Calvados. Super friendly service. I always love coming back to this cozy creperie – besides crepes and galettes, they also have the Norman burger. Best of luck to the owner, see you soon! Ralf

11/11/2025: No point in going there. Basic galette with minimal filling, mediocre presentation, and a tiny bagged salad with barely any dressing. Don't go. The toilets are also subpar.

16/08/2025: Fantastic food! Good Creme brûlée, good location, fast service and clean toilets.

22/07/2025: Big disappointment. For a Saturday evening, only 3 tables set up on the terrace, that should have been a warning sign for us.... I'll stop there, not wanting to be unpleasant, but this restaurant should be avoided! 3-star rating for the service, as it was provided by a very young girl (who must have been the owner's daughter).
