20/09/2026: We arrived and waited at the entrance. We were seated at a table after 15 minutes... without any information about the wait time. A waitress came over, saw me alone with three children, and asked, "Were you told that it would take at least 45 minutes to an hour to eat?"... The answer was obvious: No. So we left. The service was appalling. On the other hand, the staff were very polite; I must have heard "hello" 30 times, but no information about the wait time 🤣

Simply a delight! 🤩🤩 We arrived and received a super warm welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and most importantly, the restaurant was spotless! The meat was excellent, and the fries were too. The portions were perfect, not to mention the desserts, which were truly excellent! 🤩🤩 Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!

06/06/2026: I came today, I was extremely disappointed by the size of the galettes compared to the size of a pizza. I felt like I was eating half a galette. On the other hand, the service was impeccable, the waitress very kind, and the meal was good, but we were still left wanting more even after ordering dessert.

20/07/2026: Pleasant, casual atmosphere and a pretty place. Regarding the snacks, they were average, and a major drawback was the waitress behind the bar who served us Aperol Spritzes. She handled the ice cubes with her bare hands, especially since we often saw her outside smoking. It's unacceptable! It's a shame because the place is very nice. The waitress should be taught to use ice tongs.

14/09/2026: I ordered, he wasn't happy because I had to cancel, and on top of that, he's not accommodating with the tacos, unlike others who are happy to remove the fries and vegetables. Oh, and delivery is only for orders over €22, even though you have to spend €24 since delivery is only €2.

06/09/2026: As a big kebab fan, I feel obligated to warn future customers: the meat is bland, very greasy, and the portion size for an anorexic sandwich is ridiculously small, especially considering the €11 meal deal. So, I don't recommend it. It's a shame; it used to be good here, but that was then 🤤. Improve yourselves, Istanbul, and stop using the cheapest quality kebabs.

13/06/2026: Well I was waking around Paris all evening trying to find moules frites because I was with a visitor from the US who really wanted moules frites. Absolutely nowhere in the 10th arrondissement had moules which we were very confused about because we thought it was classic French food. We wondered if it was because it was June but still. Anyways, we walked around for hours disappointed and disappoitnd. Finally we decide to just go anywhere so we pick the next place we see which was this one. When we sit down , we are resigned to the fact that my friend won’t get her moules. But then! Chez clo had moules! We couldn’t believe our eyes. We were so happy. I wish this was the end of the story but unfortunately it was not a classic moule but rather a moule sundae. Thete was moule ice cream…. It was very foamy. So on the one hand this place gets top marks because my friend got her moules but on the other hand the moules were not to our taste

22/09/2026: €29.10 for a chicken breast with a gourmet coffee and a Coke. No set menu offered, everything à la carte. The gourmet coffee was mediocre. The service was average. This will be my only experience with them. Their generic response, written in English, to this review reflects their customer service and consideration.

05/09/2026: I haven't been here in years, so I have mixed feelings... The portions (duck breast and salmon) aren't very thick, the amount of sauce is less than generous, and as for the salad dressing, you have to dig VERY far to find even a tiny bit... Otherwise, the welcome and service were excellent 👌

07/10/2026: It was very generous and tasty; we ordered a Berliner kebab and a mixed grill for two adults and two young children, and we were completely full. And all of this was much cheaper than at an American fast-food restaurant. The restaurant had clean restrooms.

11/08/2026: I came today, but it wasn't noted that the restaurant was closed and only offering takeout. I'm very disappointed with the service. The portions were very average and small, and the lamb was very tough, even though I asked for it medium-rare. The staff doesn't speak French very well. Nevertheless, I paid a lot for quality that was far below average, especially considering the prices are quite high for what we ate. The hummus was just the bottom of a container, which was expensive at €24. I hope you'll do something about it if you want to see us again. Thank you for your feedback.

27/07/2026: As a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I have never received such poor service in a Kusmi Tea boutique. I am extremely disappointed by the reception I received during my last visit to the Kusmi Tea store in Atlantis Saint-Herblain on July 23rd! The new sales assistant (perhaps the new store manager) was particularly unpleasant, haughty, and disrespectful towards me as a customer. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were far removed from the values ​​of advice, quality, and service that I have always associated with Kusmi Tea. After 15 years of loyalty to the brand, this experience leaves a bitter taste. A good product is not enough: customer service and respect are also part of the in-store experience. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, as such behavior can cause customers to lose their loyalty.

28/06/2026: I bought a gift set for click and collect, but when I got home I saw that the clip was upside down in the box. Considering the price, I don't think that's great.

31/05/2026: While in Avignon for the weekend, my partner and I ate there. We enjoyed the food and, above all, appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service. The staff were very pleasant.

27/05/2026: I was with friends this Saturday at 8:30 pm and honestly, it was fantastic! The excellent food really reminded me of the 1950s in the United States. The atmosphere was amazing! And the curly-haired guy was so nice! I highly recommend this restaurant!!
