25/02/2026: The service was truly pleasant: the staff were smiling, attentive, and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Alsatian setting is warm and typical, creating a convivial atmosphere. However, the food was decent but not memorable. The portions were generous, but the flavors were rather classic, a bit below what one might expect from this type of establishment. Nothing bad, but nothing truly outstanding either.

06/04/2026: A superb hotel in a quiet little Alsatian village. From the moment we booked to our arrival, the staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a coffee machine and a large bed – no complaints whatsoever. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn't very reliable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of quality products (the scrambled eggs were particularly delicious, in my opinion). Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the bar and restaurant, as they were closed the day of our stay (we knew this before we left). There's another restaurant right next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

02/02/2026: What a great place! We stumbled upon it before a doctor's appointment and weren't disappointed. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the price was more than reasonable for a city like Strasbourg. I highly recommend it 😊

08/03/2026: I love going to L’Artichaut in Strasbourg for a beer in a relaxed atmosphere. The place is simple but very friendly; you quickly feel at ease. The beer selection is good, and there’s often something new to discover. It’s a pleasant place to spend some time without any pressure. The prices are quite reasonable, which makes you want to stay even longer. For me, it’s the perfect bar for an evening with friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

04/03/2026: A very cozy place; we went back four nights in a row because we couldn't resist. We didn't see any other place on the street that appealed to us as much as this one. A fantastic experience and a very cozy atmosphere with pleasant and friendly staff!

Everything is LICKER, more than just good... especially their Thai chicken, hummus, vegan dishes, carrot cake, and... the list goes on... I really enjoyed the warm welcome and service from the three charming young women today. I've been a fan of this food since 2024. Impressive and beautiful tattoos too... 😉🙂 Another one saved my life 💪💪 with a simple bandage 😊😊 or my finger 😄 after a cut... In short, great energy from the whole team, especially two blondes (one of whom I helped clear a table on a Monday after some clueless tourists left their trash behind 👎👎👎) and of course the lovely tattooed brunette who manages/trains 👏👏👏👏. 18/04/2026: Food poisoning on April 17, 2026, likely caused by bacteria in the meat. Having not been to this establishment for over four years, I intend to permanently ban this restaurant. Despite the excellent service, I don't think the cooking or the quality of the meat is as exceptional as I'd like. Given my health condition, I would appreciate your attention to this matter, as I may need to go to the emergency room.

16/04/2026: We received a wonderful welcome. The meal was delicious and generous for a very reasonable price (a huge plate of chicken escalope in a creamy mushroom sauce...). Excellent Turkish tea made with a special machine, just like in Turkey. Smiles, friendliness... what more could you ask for?

Everything was fabulous, meticulously planned down to the smallest detail, with great elegance and thoughtful touches. Our hostess created a warm, refined, and perfectly orchestrated atmosphere. An unforgettable experience that we wholeheartedly recommend!

25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
