13/07/2026: Great experience! We received a very warm welcome, and our guest with reduced mobility was able to access the sheltered terrace. The food was excellent, made with fresh, local produce. Good value for money. It's best to book in advance, especially in the evenings during the summer!

08/08/2026: A relatively inexpensive restaurant with a very good menu where everyone is sure to find something they like. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is really delicious, and the best part for our children: the two adorable cats.

24/06/2026: A delightful surprise! We were a group of eight adults looking for a restaurant in Soultz for the evening. We went in because we couldn't find another place, as we weren't particularly keen on kebabs. And we were so glad we did! It's a family-run restaurant owned by a couple and their son, and the welcome and service were incredibly warm. The restaurant is spotless, the portions are generous, and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Sometimes you just have to look beyond your preconceptions!

28/06/2026: On our way to a nearby event, we stopped at Le Borsalino. It was Saturday evening, and we were very lucky to get a table. Making a reservation is definitely recommended. The food was delicious; we all had pizza and were completely satisfied. Because the restaurant was busy, it took a little longer than usual, but that was perfectly understandable. The staff were extremely busy, but still very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We were especially pleased that they spoke German with us. We'll definitely be back!

05/06/2026: We had dinner there on a Friday evening. The definite positives: fast service with a smile and a touch of humor, delicious dishes that arrived quickly and piping hot, and fresh bread. We loved the kaseknepfles. Some mixed points: a very noisy dining room, a restaurant full of local regulars so we didn't get the chef's tour of the tables, and finally, some items on the appetizer platter were clearly not fresh (rancid walnuts). We will return to this establishment outside of the gourmet pass program for a more realistic experience.

30/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! Reservations are highly recommended. We didn't have any, but a member of the management very kindly informed us that a table would become available after about ten minutes. We were so glad we waited! The cocktails, main courses, and desserts were excellent. The decor, tableware, and ambiance are simply magnificent, giving a true sense of stepping back in time to an authentic Alsatian atmosphere. We dined on the lovely terrace. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing for relaxed conversation. The staff was incredibly attentive, offering excellent suggestions and valuable advice throughout the meal. The only slight drawback concerns customers who smoke on the terrace. It's a shame that some don't consider the discomfort the smoke can cause to those seated nearby. An address we wholeheartedly recommend!

26/07/2026: Excellent Alsatian cuisine; you can immediately taste the homemade quality. The tarte flambée was delicious and easy to digest (the small one is perfect for two). I also loved the flavorful and beautifully presented desserts. The place has the charm of old Alsatian houses. Top-notch service. In short, I'll definitely be back to try other specialties.

03/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery this evening! Delicious menus at very reasonable prices, but it's the warm welcome and the lovely terrace that truly stand out. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable (chairs provided for your bags, wines offered by the glass without even having to ask, card reader brought directly with the bill to avoid any extra waiting...). Ladies, it was fantastic! We'll be back after the summer to see your beautiful interior. We felt at ease in a tastefully decorated setting.

28/07/2026: Le Rajustant welcomed and served us in excellent conditions, and we had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere is warm and very culturally rich, thanks to the waiter and chef. What we ate was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I will gladly return.
