13/03/2026: After a long break from the new inn 😔, it's still just as good. The homemade foie gras was excellent. The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.

16/03/2026: A very pleasant restaurant in the heart of Dieppe, just steps from the marina. It's a far cry from touristy terraces and pre-packaged meals: here, the food is prepared on-site with passion and skill. Since we're on the English Channel, don't expect to dine at 10 pm: in Dieppe, fine dining restaurants usually open around 7 pm, and the chef discreetly leaves the dining room at 9:15 pm. That said, the place is ideal for lovers of fresh fish, cooked to perfection and accompanied by carefully prepared side dishes. Others won't be disappointed either: for my part, I enjoyed a casserole of lamb shank simmered in sauce that was well worth the trip. While the prices are generally around €28-30 per dish, you get a very generous portion: so you definitely get your money's worth. During our visit, the service was provided by two attentive and eager young women, under the watchful and benevolent eye of the owner, who offered advice with precision and firmness, without ever being offensive or unpleasant. By the way: don't forget to order dessert; they are original and of very high quality. Special mention goes to the chocolate trio: flavorful and exquisitely delicate. One minor drawback: there is a limited selection of wines by the glass, which is a bit of a shame. In any case, don't hesitate to visit this bistro (or rather, make a reservation, as the place was packed on Saturday night!). You'll have a great time.

11/03/2026: This place lives up to its reputation: excellent, 100% homemade dishes, including the bread! No complaints whatsoever. The waitresses are incredibly attentive, and the food is simply delicious every time I come… The only slight downside: I asked twice if it was possible to change my dessert, even though I had chosen the set menu. They said yes; only to tell me, when the bill arrived, that it would be an extra charge… But I'll be back again and again, especially to take advantage of their great weekday lunch special 🙌👌

01/04/2026: A little gem in Argelès Gazost. They have a set menu for €40 (starter, main course, and dessert), and everything is delicious. They also offer a small complimentary appetizer. The waitress is lovely. Upon arrival, she offered us a very tasty homemade cocktail (€12), and then we ordered wine by the glass (€6). It's well worth spending some time at this restaurant.

22/03/2026: We gathered as a family to celebrate my brother-in-law's 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. The party venue, the guest rooms with the communal area all in the same building. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Nothing was lacking. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. What more can I say than to recommend it for a very pleasant three-day weekend? Oh, and I almost forgot the exquisite cuisine. The whole family was delighted.

17/03/2026: This restaurant fulfills all its promises wonderfully. Delicious dishes, prepared on-site by a true chef who greets you at the end of service. Dietary restrictions are genuinely accommodated. The welcome, service, and advice are efficient, friendly, appropriate, and insightful. The setting is elegant and inviting. It's flawless in my opinion.

14/03/2026: Le Cripto is a must-visit if you're in Reims. The welcome is warm and the food is delicious. We had a lovely time.

04/03/2026: The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, they try to offer good service. But there are also obvious disadvantages. We ordered several dishes. In general, they were not bad, but one of them was clearly of poor quality. The scallops were overcooked unnecessarily to a brown crust and therefore the dish was not up to the standard of the restaurant. There was no reaction to the remark that the dish was spoiled. The dish was not replaced and the full price was charged.

15/03/2026: A beautiful place, the duplex room was clean and well-decorated. The setting is pleasant and offers a real change of scenery. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant is good, but a special mention goes to pastry chef Seif, whose passion and dedication are evident in his creations. Thank you for everything.

11/03/2026: Another fantastic time spent at the Domaine de Bellevue spa! A huge thank you especially to Justine, the massage therapist who took care of me. She is so warm and gentle, and before the massage, she takes the time to chat about our preferences, any sensitive areas, or points to be aware of. It immediately puts you at ease. Her massage is very precise; everything is perfectly symmetrical (nothing is missed, haha!). She also manages to identify and relieve minor tensions without us even having to say a word, which is truly wonderful. In short, a perfect moment of relaxation. Thank you again!

09/03/2026: We had lunch there as a party of four, enjoying twice the experience. Two starters, two main courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, an aperitif, and a coffee came to €59. It was really very good, the food was delicious, and the setting was lovely. It was just a shame that the two starters and two main courses were served on the same plate; it would have been less of an issue with the two desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

22/02/2026: Personnel sympa. Tables bien espacées. Très bon repas même pour le menu enfant. Le foie gras était bon. Ainsi que le magret de canard sauce poivre de Sechouan. Les légumes croquants particulièrement bons. Déclinaison d'ananas très sympas. Un petit hic pour 2 de mes invités : la glace des profiterolles beaucoup trop glacée et très dure a couper. Demandez les desserts en début de repas et les sortir du congélateur un peu plus tôt ferait la différence. Sinon très bien. Nous reviendrons.
