01/03/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome we received. The hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant open Monday to Friday.

01/03/2026: I was very happy with my two-day stay at the Kyriad. Both the daytime and nighttime staff were perfect. I didn't give it 5 stars for the location simply because being in a commercial area lacks a bit of charm, but the hotel is quiet yet close to a cinema and a water park, with a large, safe, and free parking lot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. And once again, we will certainly return because of the excellent service!

29/01/2026: It's more like a two-star than a three-star hotel. I was given a supposedly luxury room without being told it was a special room for disabled guests. While I have nothing against disabled people, it would have been helpful to be informed beforehand. The rooms are mediocre and often very noisy in the morning showers, with no hot water – in short, a disaster. Not to mention the noise from the upstairs neighbor until midnight, when it sounded like she was moving furniture. The reception was pleasant enough, and the hostess isn't to blame, but overall, not a great experience.

14/03/2026: Hello everyone, We went there over two years ago and recently returned. Beforehand, I unfortunately read some reviews, some of which were very mixed, so I was hesitant... So, we set off for dinner and the evening with a couple of friends. Upon arrival, there was a parking lot with an attendant, and the entrance was renovated and luxurious. The restaurant had pleasant music and a bar. During the meal, which was very decent and good for the price, I chatted with a very friendly waiter. The evening continued with a new clientele, which we found very lively. And there I was again with the waiter Tony..., with whom we struck up a conversation, and who told me he was the new manager.... In short, we had an excellent evening; you can go without hesitation and even return. I should mention that we've been in this business for over 15 years and have seen many, many places... Thank you for upgrading this establishment and for your kindness. Looking forward to the improvements to the cuddle corners... See you soon. jnje

18/02/2026: Very disappointed. The starter of the day: potato and herring fillet for 14 euros is unacceptable. The entire meal was very average for 106 euros for two people. Not recommended.

20/01/2026: Uninteresting restaurant. Charcuterie board: very fatty ham… the pepper sausages were good. For the mixed platter, three-quarters of the items were reheated. Shrimp fritters (tasted like shrimp). Charged €19.90 per platter for a nice view… Edit: I'm lowering my rating for the dishonest response. Not admitting that most of the products are industrial and frozen. It's a good thing they were reheated or cooked to order… You add: "and a carafe of water…" That's a good point, but when you don't know the customers, there's no need to attack the fact that we didn't order a drink, because, for your information, we don't drink alcohol. Besides, for a soda at the price they offered, we preferred to watch our waistlines ;). Obviously, we skipped dessert given what was on offer, which seemed to be in the same vein as what we ate. Leave the space to real restaurateurs… Not a "food" hotspot. (Finally, the person heating/defrosting isn't wearing chef's clothes and is hiding those bags taken straight from the freezer when you walk past them on the ground floor.)

21/02/2026: It's a nice little bistro, but there are a lot of small details that need fixing. First of all, the service is minimal; there's only one person, but I think that's enough because there were very few of us in the bistro, and we only ordered drinks. So far, the drinks were clean; my parents had a beer, and it was very good 🍺. Unfortunately, the menus are a bit dirty, but you can still read them. The tables were a bit sticky that day; I don't know if it's like that all year round. But that day, they were sticky. Back to the service, the service was cool and friendly. Unfortunately, it lacked a bit of enthusiasm, but it was fine. He was alone, so he managed everything on his own, and that's admirable. There was also some background music, which I really appreciated. The decor is nice. Well done to him! ❤️

06/03/2026: A disaster and what a disappointment. The service was deplorable; we had to wait half an hour for drinks, and then when we went to order, we learned that the only option was the set menu listed on the chalkboard, which was very basic with a choice of two starters I don't remember: roast chicken with fries or salmon steak with rice and apple cake. There wasn't even a choice of ice cream for the children, even though TheFork lists a menu. Everything was cooked without any finesse. I can tell you that despite the gesture of goodwill they offered, I do not recommend this restaurant.

14/02/2026: A disappointing Valentine's Day meal for €129. The service was very slow, understandable given the number of covers, but what was more than unacceptable was the behavior of a waitress who acted like she owned the place. She started taking our payment, told her colleagues to "go to hell" in front of us over two coffees, and then left us standing there. One of her colleagues, clearly embarrassed, took over, and I want to thank her as well as another waitress (blonde), both of whom were incredibly kind (it must be difficult to work with this person). First and last experience at this restaurant, proving that one person can ruin a visit. Sincerely, Valentin

26/12/2025: After two cancellations without apologies or discounts, we finally managed to eat at the restaurant. The dining room was poorly heated, and we were cold all evening. The meal was good, but nothing special for a Michelin-starred establishment. Other restaurants in the Gien area are worth recommending; they are less expensive, better, and offer more elaborate menus.

03/02/2026: Passing through Mont-de-Marsan, I stopped at the Hôtel des Pyrénées. It was a pleasant surprise: a warm, welcoming reception and genuine hospitality. You immediately feel welcome.
