03/06/2026: The Bouillon bar only had one waiter on a Saturday night, and he was anything but welcoming.
Although the dining room was nearly empty, he exuded a lack of enthusiasm for his work.
I advise against sitting at the bar if the Bouillon next door is full.
I recommend booking the Bouillon dining room well in advance to ensure you get a table and avoid being relegated to the bar next door.
27/05/2026: It was like an experience, every dish. Super delicious, beautifully presented by a friendly gentleman who always kept an eye on us and was always there as if we needed him. Top-notch service!

€10.80 for profiteroles: two tiny cream puffs, not even homemade, with a tiny amount of ice cream and industrial chocolate—a disgrace.
One of the worst desserts I've ever had.
26/07/2026: One of the worst café experiences I've had in Paris. The welcome was unpleasant, and the staff clearly gave the impression that customers were a nuisance.
There are dozens of much better cafés just a few minutes' walk away. I strongly advise against this place for anyone looking for even a modicum of quality, professionalism, and respect for the customer.

31/07/2026: We came for lunch as a family, having made a reservation. All ages were welcome: seniors, parents, and young adults. Much of the food was homemade, delicious, and moderately portioned, which allowed us to have dessert without worrying about indigestion.
The terrace was almost empty, the servers were very attentive and even cracked jokes; it was a lovely time spent with family.
30/07/2026: Perfect. The servers were very friendly and the food excellent. It's everything we expected from a brasserie. It's nice to go to a place where, as a tourist, you feel so welcome.

22/06/2026: Very disappointed in this place. The drinks are great and affordable, but the food let us down. I ordered the grilled Camembert, which was really disappointing, and the same went for the duck with grilled potatoes. It came as just half a duck breast, and the potatoes were fried like chips when they should have been grilled in butter with herbs. I didn’t eat them. Can’t recommend the food, but the drinks were okay.
