24/08/2024: As we had not booked, we arrived shortly after noon on a Friday - and it was a good job too. By 12:45 the place was full and, as far as we could tell, with locals.
We had the 3 course set menu of the day. All the food was delicious and well presented.
The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient.
Happy to eat here again.

Le repas était délicieux, de l’entrée au dessert.
C’est rare que je trouve des plats aussi bons & bien assaisonnés. Le carpaccio de tomates était incroyable & le tartare de bœuf était exquis.
Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant.

Service provided with great kindness and refined cuisine. To recommend without hesitation! We will definitely come back.

15/08/2024: Unfortunately our room was not clean, we had to call the lady who takes care of cleaning to clean the visible hairs in the bathroom and we discovered after her urine on the floor in the toilet and the sheets had marks.
The staff is really very friendly, the swimming pool is very pleasant and the breakfast is generous.
We are really disappointed to post these kinds of comments, after having been so well received by the lady at reception.

04/09/2024: We should be able to teleport this restaurant exactly as it is, cuisine and service and everything, to the heart of Bourges. The veal head as a starter is delicious, the sweetbreads are remarkable and the zucchini cannelloni for dessert is a treat.
28/07/2024: We had a great time in this gourmet restaurant. A very warm welcome and perfect service with superb explanations, we congratulate the chef on his excellent cuisine. He transported us among a thousand flavors!!!! We are delighted, and strongly recommend this restaurant.

20/08/2024: Children's gift card received for Christmas. We enjoyed ourselves. The dishes are refined and of excellent quality. The welcome was warm and we really appreciated the kindness and good advice of the young girl who served us. We will come back soon, that's for sure!
The setting is also very pleasant.
28/07/2024: Fuimos de casualidad a este restaurante al fallarnos otro que teníamos reservado. El resultado muy bueno. El menú que probamos fue muy completo, económico y muy bueno. Variedad de platos a escoger y alguno se salía de lo habitual. Escogimos revuelto de setas con gambas y pescado, canelón de toro, cazuelita de sepia con verduras y champiñones, la chuleta de cerdo con patatas y de postre pastel ruso con helado de vainilla y brazo de gitano de nata. Si volvemos por Bielsa repetiremos seguro.
