15/09/2026: Excellent food and a truly warm welcome.

14/09/2026: One summer Sunday evening, the terrace was only half full, but the meal was superb, the service excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive! Veal cordon bleu, chicken fricassee with an original presentation, desserts, and coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain about, impeccable.

15/05/2026: I’m referring here to only the restaurant as that’s my only experience here. The service was mostly as expected for a venue of this type. The food, while tasty and visually appealing, was in my view pretentious and underwhelming. Each course lacked the elements to fully satisfy or impress. The wine list was our favorite component and the setting of the restaurant was also exceptional. Sorry to leave a less than perfect score but I want to be honest and constructive. Frankly I think the Michelin emphasis on dainty multi-colored, exotic plates is steering the restaurant industry in a wrong direction.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant fine dining restaurant with a terrace. Like all fine dining establishments, the bill adds up quickly, but it's very refined, with carefully prepared seasonal cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

31/05/2026: We arrived this morning for coffee, and the manager of the Querrien hotel-restaurant told us the coffee machine wasn't working! It was 9:00 AM, and the hotel guests were enjoying their breakfasts. Our disappointment was matched only by our initial, indescribable joy... So, a word to those who value kindness, respect, and professionalism: AVOID the Querrien in Cancale without hesitation. The welcome is a disgrace, and on top of that, it's delivered with arrogance and an oversized ego! Fortunately for us, just a few meters away, we were received with the utmost respect.

28/05/2026: Warm welcome and very friendly service. But the food was 😞 not good and very expensive for what was probably frozen. We won't be back.

01/09/2026: Terrible. Reservations for 16 people at 9 pm. Upon arrival, we were told there was a bit of a wait because they had taken another group. They explained that 8 people would be seated inside and 8 outside... Great... Finally, the waitress told us they don't take reservations... but it was the owner himself who had accepted them... In short, we had to find somewhere else to eat because the owner was really unpleasant. Do not go there for groups... dishonest people. The restaurant's response: "Of course you had accepted the reservation, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else..." Furthermore, there were 16 of us who couldn't eat that evening, so it's not harassment, just 16 unhappy customers.

30/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great place! Traditional, generous, and 100% homemade cuisine, with the kind of unpretentious atmosphere we love. The mussels on Saturdays are excellent: I really felt like I was eating my grandmother's! ❤️ We also love coming here for our coffee on Sunday mornings; it's a real meeting place for locals. An authentic and friendly atmosphere. A must for us!

26/08/2026: We'd been planning our trip to Les Landes for ages, and we were really excited. One of the days was dedicated to Peyrehorade and the surrounding rural areas. Of course, it had to be a Wednesday so we could go to the market and eat the legendary pig's trotters at Au Bon Coin. Last Sunday, there was a terrible storm in this area, causing tremendous damage to many houses and businesses. The market was understandably canceled. But we still wanted to come and see this part of the region and try the pig's trotters. We arrived at the restaurant at 12:30, sat on the terrace, and it took quite a while before they took our drink order and brought us the menu. The terrace was full, but several tables were finishing up with dessert and coffee. However, I quickly noticed that other tables had been waiting for a long time. One couple even complained to the waiters several times. Since we weren't French speakers, it was more difficult for us to find out if there was a problem. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. We'd never experienced anything like it. We considered leaving, but honestly, we took it with humor and patience until we saw that they served food to a table that had sat down much later than us. That annoyed us immensely. We decided to eat, pay, and leave. If there's a problem in the kitchen and you anticipate a long delay, the normal thing to do is to inform customers and apologize. Apart from one young waiter, who did apologize when he brought the food, the rest of the staff did nothing, just went about their business. The lady, in particular, was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, being a place specializing in offal, my goodness, the prices! I don't think €19 is reasonable for an omelet with mushrooms that were probably frozen. It's outrageous. I suppose they live off their reputation and the local clientele. We certainly don't recommend it at all. It's a shame, because it was one of our "goals" for the day, and it was completely ruined.

07/09/2026: Traditional cuisine, friendly place.

31/08/2026: We simply wanted to order coffees, which would have taken about 5-10 minutes. The restaurant was almost empty; we wouldn't have been taking a seat away from anyone who might have been dining. Despite this, we weren't served coffee. An unfriendly waiter with a mustache, who presumably spoke no language other than French, just kept saying, "Restaurant! Restaurant! Restaurant!" Is this supposed to be French hospitality?

11/05/2026: Not even worried about my bag being stolen 😉 even though the place is easily recognizable. The atmosphere is relaxed and the prices are affordable for students in the area.

09/05/2026: By far the worst service, even by Paris standards. The waitress was very rude. Also it’s one of those places where each person has to order something.

28/08/2026: took my parents here for their first lunch during their visit because the restaurant has continued service. the food and service were both embarassing, staff shockingly dismissive and rude like the old cliches which I thought had improved since Covid times... some of the worst french food ive had in over a decade in paris, watery, flavorless, steak cooked differently than asked. Do not embarass yourself by dining here.

31/01/2026: A family of 4 has visited the restaurant at the hotel Lesdiguières. The restaurant is served by the students of the international school on catering. The venue is unique. The facility is amazing. The service is excellent. The food is superb. All in all it is a place you should not miss in Grenoble, however, be aware that it is not so easy to get a reservation there.

29/12/2025: It's always a great pleasure to eat at Lesdiguières restaurant! The welcome, the service, the food—everything is perfect, and the students are always focused under the watchful eye of their teacher! A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
