23/10/2024: Very nice hotel. A very warm welcome with very warm staff. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and the Wi-Fi is of good quality. Very good restaurant with seasonal cuisine and fresh produce. Special mention to the chocolate dome and its extraordinary salted butter caramel!

03/09/2024: Great restaurant, everything is good, the lady who served us is very nice. We had our dog and he was accepted without any problems. The clementine prawn salad is excellent and the sirloin tenderness. The dishes are plentiful. Thank you.

03/09/2024: A great stay, “on the fly” booked the day before for the next day, super warm and very friendly welcome, the owner was super accommodating for my 2 daughters and myself. Easy to find, the setting is great, the swimming pool is to die for

The icing on the cake: the digestive dessert “Le Crapok”. A most refreshing sorbet drizzled with a hint of gènepi. To be taken!

Delighted that this brasserie has been reopened since August 19 because I now have my habits there, the outfit, the cleanliness, the quality of the cuisine, the owners and the two waitress managers are always very attentive but reading certain comments, I see that a customer virulently criticizes them for being closed on weekends… What does this have to do with their culinary or service quality?? Everyone runs their business the way they want! Being open 7/7 requires two teams and therefore additional costs. My bakery nor my butcher are not open 7/7 and I am not making a scandal out of it but judge it by its quality and its service.. People are strange about their “negative” and unjustified opinions 🙄 Let this person open a brewery, I would come and see if it opens 7/7...! Good luck at Montebello and well done!! 👏👏

24/07/2024: Apparently a bar for locals, the bartender waiter doesn't say hello, he only serves his friends from the station who are happy to pass you by. But that’s normal, we’re not in winter. Badgers land

13/08/2024: Very good lake with water jet in the middle, beach, paddle, pedal boat, fishing allowed, sailing, rosalie around the lake, camping, restaurant with ice cream.... Too bad there are so many algae in certain areas.

24/07/2024: Il ne faut pas être difficile pour manger au bistrot de Paris. C’était un repère pour les stéphanois il y’a plusieurs années. Le spritz n’en avait que le nom. Le plat de ravioles avec une sauce ketchup et eau. Il n’y avait que le vin d’excellent. Une adresse à éviter. Il y’a de meilleurs restaurants sur Saint-Etienne.

14/12/2024: Super super bon! Ils sont adorables et très accueillants. Nous sommes arrivés à 12 personnes pour déjeuner. Bien sûr tout le monde a choisi des choses différentes. Pas facile à gérer mais on a eu très peu d'attente et tout est arrivé chaud. Tous les plats sont bien pensés, bien présentés et délicieux. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Merci encore pour votre accueil et bonne continuation!

03/12/2024: Ubicado a los pies de un antiguo edificio de Alsacia, este es un restaurante con un fabuloso ambiente acogedor con mesas alrededor de una antigua prensa de vinos de madera. Hermosa. El restaurante cambió de manos hace unos 6 meses y ahora la comida es creativa e inventiva pero basada en la Alsacia tradicional. Por ejemplo, el entrante de baeckerof de cangrejo de río era simplemente delicioso, así como los caracoles en vino tinto como entrada. Tan fabulosamente sabroso. Tuvimos el especial de un venado tournedos que fue excepcional - lleno de sabor y maravillosamente derritiéndose en la boca tierna! La carta de vinos es excelente y buena relación calidad-precio y el servicio fue cálido y amable. Muchas gracias por una velada tan encantadora y fabulosa.
