23/11/2025: We were staying in Malicorne and found it convenient to have dinner there. What a wonderful experience! We had a fantastic evening. The welcome was very warm, and the meal began with delicious petit fours. The rest of the meal was perfect, exquisitely presented with superb flavors. A delight! The prices were very reasonable for this level of quality. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely book again.

28/10/2025: We had reservations for my husband's retirement. We hadn't heard of this restaurant before, but it was a pleasant discovery. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful. The service was impeccable. Our guests were delighted. Go there with your eyes closed; we'll definitely be back.

Otherwise, the starter was excellent, and the dessert was too, and the service was very good. 20/09/2025: A last-minute dinner reservation and a wonderful evening. It all begins with a sincere and honest welcome, unlike the tourist touts on the seaside. A rich, varied menu that piques the taste buds' curiosity. A fresh Muscat, a sangria with fruits that have been marinating for a while (not a sangria blessed with water and its minute fruits), a foie gras that melts like butter, perfectly seasoned and generously served (thank you). A beautiful slow-cooked lamb shank, meltingly tender, that falls off the skin on its own (superb). A pork cheek x4 with licorice sauce (a wonderful discovery, yum, thank you). Delicious little vegetables. A juicy pineapple caramelized just then and its lemon ball included in the dessert, a delight. And in addition to the very good fresh bread, the plas follow one after the other. In short, a great address that embodies the values ​​of the Ovalie: generosity, sharing, imagination, and rigor in its execution. Beachfront restaurants are severely relegated to the sidelines. Le XV is a magnificent attempt that transforms itself between the bars of generosity both for the welcome and the quality of the products.

22/11/2025: A small dinner for two, we ate very well, excellent value for money. The only slight downside was that the dessert trolley was no longer available.

18/11/2025: Recommended by the brasserie, the Donjon's "L'Arrêt Goûtatif" (The Taste Stop) was a meal just the way we like them, full of flavor and taste, with attentive service. We'll be back! Thank you again for this meal.

15/01/2026: A lovely, very pleasant place with a warm and attentive welcome and service. The menu is classic brasserie fare, and everything is very well executed. The organic deviled eggs were perfectly cooked, and the steak tartare with fries and a well-seasoned salad was excellent and generous. The prices are a touch high, but no more so than others in the area. Worth a visit.

14/12/2025: We got married on December 6, 2025. Thank you to Maxime and his team for the exceptional service. From the cocktail hour to dessert, everything exceeded our expectations. A young, dynamic, friendly, and professional team who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and make our day a truly memorable experience. From communication to execution, to the delicious food served, it was a perfect 20/20. The magnificent venue, with its fireplace, exposed brick, and beams, made the magic of my wedding a reality. I would do it again a thousand times over without changing a thing except the DJ. I strongly advise against DJ Thomas from Music and Light Events for the entertainment they offer.

02/11/2025: A truly exceptional culinary experience: subtly revisited classics, undeniable culinary mastery, local and seasonal flavors, very generous portions, a fine wine list with a well-chosen selection, a renowned dessert trolley, and all enhanced by impeccable service.
