14/06/2026: Second visit and our initial enthusiasm is confirmed! A short but very well-thought-out menu, flavorful dishes with truly successful flavor combinations. Everything is delicious, well-executed, and bursting with flavor. The terrace is lovely, and the value for money is excellent. A place we adore and will gladly return to!

08/06/2026: We had the five-course menu. Everything tasted absolutely delicious. The portions weren't too large, so you could really savor every bite. Everything was also beautifully presented. 07/07/2026: The cold appetizer buffet was fantastic. I made my own salad with the ingredients available on the table. The hot dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. And the desserts, while simple, were perfectly executed. The place is reminiscent of mountain refuges in the Pyrenees, and it's a welcome respite during heatwaves. Whether you go alone, with friends, or with family, it's ideal.

30/06/2026: We found the "Table d'hôtes" concept appealing precisely because there were only two of us, but unfortunately, it wasn't convivial at all. We were seated at the end of a table for 10 people... we waited 45 minutes for other guests to arrive, who then sat down, leaving two empty seats between us, so there was absolutely no sense of community. The food wasn't bad, but it was simple and self-service. Overall, a very big disappointment.

12/06/2026: I particularly appreciated the option of keeping the different courses a secret. It's quite an unusual experience, being pleasantly surprised from beginning to end of the meal. I share the opinions that wonder why the restaurant doesn't have two stars, given the culinary research using seasonal products and the incomparable quality of the beautifully presented dishes. And that bread! Incredible, it's worth the trip alone. Top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. Perhaps they could simply add a chocolate entree at the end, and it would be perfect. I'm delighted; it was truly a great success.

19/04/2026: My wife and I were seated at the counter on the top floor of the restaurant, facing the kitchens. A flawless gastronomic experience. A very well-balanced menu, and a level of cuisine that, in our opinion, deserves two stars. We are ready to return to Strasbourg just to dine at this excellent establishment again.

17/03/2026: We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant. It was our first time there since the new owners took over. We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses. We chose the 6-course option. The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor. The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners. The staff was a bit rushed. We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.

17/03/2026: This is our second time eating in this little corner of paradise. The service is top-notch, and what can I say about the food... excellent!!!

20/05/2026: A wonderful discovery at Restaurant Amédélys. I had the pan-seared duck breast with chimichurri sauce, a fantastic combination of flavors. The chocolate fondant with yogurt ice cream and mint coulis was also excellent, with a very fresh and surprising combination that's a welcome change from classic desserts. You can tell there's a real attention to detail in the flavors and a particular focus on the ingredients. Special mention also goes to the service, which was impeccable from start to finish: welcoming, professional, and warm. A place I highly recommend!

27/04/2026: Impossible to park near the restaurant; we had to find a spot on the main road between Rodez and Marcillac. There was a long wait before being served. The upstairs dining room needs updating, and the decor is outdated. The food was tasty and good.
