Thank you for this great time spent in your establishment. We stopped by on September 25 for dinner. Dishes carefully presented and very tasty. A thank you to the chef who takes the time to remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes for a starter full of flavor.
Excellent value for money
An essential address.

I could say that the cuisine is balanced, generous and delicious.
I could say that the welcome is warm and friendly.
With the sun and the view on the terrace it was a very pleasant bubble.
even if all of this is true, I just want to say go for it!

Each dish was more exquisite and surprising than the last, creating a true culinary journey. The ambiance and flavors combined to make it an unforgettable evening. I cannot recommend this gem highly enough!

Friendly, caring, very professional room staff.
Flawless quality at every level.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste, and generosity of food.
Everything was excellent!
We got the more expensive 3 course as we were celebrating a special occasion.
Would come here again when the menu changes.

Le service et le cadre sont chaleureux et la cuisine est juste incroyable !
Bien longtemps que je ne prends plus le risque de prends un poisson au restaurant mais le Bar me donné tellement envie : il était parfait en tout point !
Et les desserts sont de pur merveilles !
En espérant vous ramener un peu de soleil du Sud la prochaine fois ;)

Everything is thought out, gourmet, from the welcome to the coffee... Thank you for delighting us with quality well beyond its price.
Seasonal dishes, varied, colorful, fresh herbs, tasty vegetables, a home-smoked haddock, a stew of deer hunted in Ariège (once is not customary) with the flavors of my grandmother's game in sauce...
For dessert, a Basque cake, pure marvel, the best from here on the Basque coast (legacy of chef Arrambide **)
