01/04/2026: A fantastic experience: wonderful cooking workshop with a friendly team where we learned to cook delicious traditional French food which everyone thoroughly enjoyed! It was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you, Tours à Table!

29/03/2026: Excellent Mexican cooking class with Chef Lola for a bachelorette party. Delicious and generous recipes, and the venue was very pleasant and spacious for the group. I must add that Caroline, the organizer, was very understanding (we had some organizational hiccups with the number of people, unfortunately almost 30 minutes late on the day itself...). Caroline and Chef Lola did their best to ensure the class ran smoothly despite everything. A big thank you!!

26/03/2026: The estate is in a secluded spot, away from prying eyes and roads. Very beautiful and intimate. The food is gourmet, with relatively generous portions (for a gourmet restaurant!), beautifully presented and delicious! The service is a little slow, which is the only drawback! I highly recommend it! It's been a long time since I've been so satisfied, from the amuse-bouche to the coffee!

24/03/2026: After 10 years of loyalty, I've finally decided to write this review, which, as you can imagine, can only be excellent. From the welcome to the cuisine and the ambiance, everything is perfect. The food is very flavorful, generous, and refined. Special mention for the St. Germain spritz, a wonderful discovery. 12/04/2026: Very disappointed, we won't be going back! When we arrived as a group of five, including one person with reduced mobility, the waitress wanted to seat us on banquettes! The aperitif arrived at the same time as the main courses, the children had to wait for their drinks, and we weren't asked if we wanted anything to drink with our meal. We were ordered a "gourmet coffee" without coffee, and the coffee arrived 15 minutes later, cold—it must have been forgotten on the bar. The Flemish carbonnade tasted like it had been in the refrigerator (defrosted), and the homemade cordon bleu was dry. The salad had no dressing.

26/04/2026: Easy parking, easy wheelchair access. The charcuterie board is very good, the marinated lamb is incredible. Best enjoyed on a sunny day with the terrace overlooking the canal. I wasn't a fan of the floating island dessert and witnessing the bartender being reprimanded by his manager was an awkward situation that I didn't appreciate.

24/04/2026: If you want to enjoy authentic French cuisine on the Canal du Midi, with super friendly service in a fresh, modern atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We had a fantastic evening!

Yesterday you have a small card, you will have to eat Foie Gras and the Main Filet of StPierre, you can also eat it. Wir de sehr freundlich bedient, es gab zum Espresso eine kleine selbstgemachte Praline und, selbst ich, die keinen Espresso getrunken habe, bekam eine Praline, dazu noch leckeren selbst angelesetzten Rum, perfekt. The menu was limited that day, so we ordered foie gras as an appetizer and John Dory fillet as a main course, both delicious dishes. The welcome was very warm, a small homemade chocolate accompanied our espresso, and even I, who hadn't ordered espresso, received a chocolate, as well as a delicious homemade rum – perfect. 05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the glasses of wine were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.

29/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant by ordering the signature six-course menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert; it was refined, original, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. A restaurant worth discovering! This menu deserves a Michelin star.
