22/08/2026: We had dinner as a party of six and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! I tried tataki for the first time and I'm afraid I'd be disappointed elsewhere 😁 The terrace is elevated and offers a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent!

15/08/2026: First time in Marseille, we chose the restaurant on a whim, and we weren't disappointed at all. The owner gave us a warm welcome, the decor was lovely, the service was top-notch, attentive from beginning to end, and the food was simply wow. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

14/08/2026: My wife and I had a remarkable dinner at Le Relais 50 on a recent weekend getaway trip to Marseille. We each opted for the 4-course menu (one seafood, one lamb), with wine pairings, but with amuse bouche, palate cleanser, and extra sweet treats, it was really like 7 courses. The food was creative as well as delicious. The small bread balls made from yesterday's bread scraps and seasoned with Ras el Hanout were fantastic, as was the chef's take on shakshuka. (Most of the shakshuka I've had is more rustic, heavy on red peppers, and with whole eggs. His refined, green pepper-centric version with an egg yolk was sublime. As many reviews have noted, we saw a lot of the chef, who introduced every course tableside. His skill and passion comes through, adding to the feeling of hospitality. (We also learned of his Instagram feed and now follow him there.) Unfortunately we picked an extremely hot weekend to go so sitting on the terrace was not as comfortable as it could be (and the street noise was more than I expected). However, we still had an incredible dining experience and are sure to return on our next visit to the city.

19/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. The €39 Corsican menu is very generous: I highly recommend it. All the meat dishes are very good, but I have a particular fondness for the ribeye steak, which is remarkably tender and flavorful. The zucchini fritters are also highly recommended (contrary to some reviews we saw). The desserts were even better than we expected and were only surpassed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

07/08/2026: Fantastic, both the accommodation and the restaurant. My son and I stayed for two days and opted for full board in a dormitory room. It was spotless and very comfortable (air conditioning, a large kitchen, a fridge, a great coffee maker, etc.). We also had the opportunity to try the set menu, which featured refined and excellent cuisine at a really great price! So I highly recommend taking the time to savor your meal on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees, enjoying the wonderful atmosphere and the friendly service from the staff in the kitchen.

06/08/2026: While visiting Le Pouliguen on a romantic getaway, my friend had booked a table at this restaurant as a surprise. We were treated like royalty with radiant smiles, seated at a stunning table overlooking the sea, and enjoyed perfectly cooked and delicious fish, all with attentive service from the waiters throughout the meal. We felt truly privileged, as if we were in a gourmet restaurant, yet the prices remained quite reasonable. Thank you for this magical experience.

A request we made when booking had been taken into account, and we immediately felt expected. Throughout the meal, every member of the team was smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. On the plate, everything was remarkable: high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, just the right seasoning, and exquisitely refined flavor combinations. The value for money is truly remarkable. 29/07/2026: Delicious food at the Bistro Perigord - we ate from the set menu, a fab 3 courses, beautifully cooked and served. Thanks to JoJo for excellent service. Spotted the restaurant on the walk back to our hotel from the Palais and garden de Luxembourg. Reserved a table although we would have been ok with a walk in.
