23/02/2026: The dining room is modern yet stunning, the staff attentive and friendly, the cuisine delicious and refined, and the service impeccable. And to top it all off, the prices are reasonable! You don't always find such excellent service in more expensive establishments. We'll definitely be back! Especially since the place is magical. Be sure to take a few minutes to admire the artwork in the hotel lobby before you leave!

23/02/2026: Lunch menu. Very warm welcome. The starters and desserts were superb, no complaints. However, the lamb shoulder cooked navarin-style was a bit small compared to the side dish, even if it was basmati rice. It's not the most expensive cut of lamb. To accompany this dish, I ordered the oldest vintage of red wine in Bordeaux, the Dame de Mont Rose 2011, which is the second wine of this grand cru. The bottle was presented to me, very nice. Fifteen minutes later, they wanted me to taste the wine while I was enjoying champagne and foie gras. Needs improvement. Furthermore, the wine was served straight from the bottle into glasses without decanting to remove the natural sediment. It should have been decanted, as with all older vintages. Even though La Rotonde is the Negresco's second restaurant, it doesn't live up to its reputation.

Alain's warm welcome and good humor, the dynamic team, the large communal tables perfect for conversation, the delicious homemade dishes, and the absolutely amazing desserts. 04/02/2026: Superb table d'hôte, home-style cooking. The dish changes with each service, and the rice pudding was excellent. As Bretons, Alain, the owner, welcomed us like royalty!

25/02/2026: Everything was perfect... The welcome, the service, the staff, and the quality of the food were simply perfect. You can go there without hesitation, but not completely, because the decor is also what makes this place so enjoyable. Thank you again for this wonderful meal and evening.

23/02/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea in February, until a downpour forced us to quickly move inside for dessert. The team handled this sudden change of venue very well. The main courses were very good, but the dessert menu lacked variety, being rather light with no cream and mostly fruit. We still recommend it!

16/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant! I went for dinner with two friends on Friday night and the meal was exceptional. Thank you to the chef, everything was perfect. The service was impeccable, the young waitress was very efficient and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a restaurant serving fresh, local ingredients; you've found it. 09/03/2026: Charming place, high-quality tableware, superb decor, and excellent food. Two drawbacks, however: only one menu, which offers very little choice, and high prices.

09/03/2026: An excellent dinner, beautifully presented on original and creative plates and dishes. A chef inspired by the flavors of the region. A very minor drawback regarding the decor, a little bland for my taste. An excellent evening!

17/03/2026: We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant. It was our first time there since the new owners took over. We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses. We chose the 6-course option. The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor. The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners. The staff was a bit rushed. We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.
