28/08/2026: Arriving late, around 1:30 pm, from La Tremblade on the "Seagull Train," we received a very warm welcome at the Le Ribérou restaurant. A lovely, delicious homemade meal and a very friendly welcome in the heart of a beautiful little village. I highly recommend it.
24/08/2026: We came for dinner and were very well received. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. And the food was very good.

23/08/2026: After the hustle and bustle of the holidays and the heat, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night, with its delicious dishes. And above all, a warm welcome. All this in a peaceful setting. Even our little dog enjoyed the cuddles. We'll be back often.
17/08/2026: Beautiful setting...excellent welcome...generous and refined home cooking...unbeatable value for money...I highly recommend it...this kind of place is becoming rare...the mashed potatoes were delicious...the ratatouille was one of the best I've ever eaten...and I've been a chef for 35 years...just passing through...I don't know the owners.

23/08/2026: Great restaurant, very reasonable prices, fantastic cocktails – the best I've had since the beginning of summer, whether on the Atlantic coast or in the south. Super fries, excellent shallot cream sauce, but the mussels were a bit salty; the sauce masked the salt. We ate on board the port, which meant the dishes got cold quickly in the wind, but the desserts were impeccable. You can go without hesitation; I highly recommend it.
22/08/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The fish with fresh vegetables was delicious, and the ice cream for dessert was excellent too. The service was very pleasant; we will definitely return.

18/07/2026: A truly excellent meal at Jean Marc's (new name)! Fresh, homemade products! A real treat! And very reasonably priced too. A friendly, quiet atmosphere away from the crowds. Thank you also for your kindness and attentiveness.
30/06/2026: Our third visit over three holidays to ile de re and is a must for us, as it has been the best meal we have had on each trip. Only a short walk from the campsite, so don't miss out on this hidden gem. Quite a small menu with well-cooked home food served with a smile. Check out the opening times, before visiting.

The quality of the ingredients, expertly prepared by a chef, brings out the full flavor of the fruit, a true delight for our taste buds. 07/07/2026: During our day trip, we were lucky enough to stop at this absolutely fantastic restaurant.
It's so nice to find fresh fish. The sea bass cooked over the brazier was simply divine. The seafood cooked over the brazier was also amazing. And the desserts were simply divine! 😍 Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

05/07/2026: A restaurant with many different atmospheres. We sat on the terrace overlooking the sea, and it was a truly lovely experience. As for the main course, the food was excellent. We ordered the manta ray and the duck breast. Both dishes were superb, and for dessert, we had some quite decent ice creams. The staff was very professional and friendly.
