When we arrived, they explained that they no longer accept reservations through The Fork platform, claiming it was just advertising and that no reservations with discounts could be made on the site. They refused our reservation. We made the trip for nothing; they could have cancelled the reservation on the website before we even arrived. It's dishonest of them, since their goal is for us to spend money but without the discount. They were unpleasant and adamant: you spend money, but without the discount. This is false advertising and should be avoided.”
