The man was also super friendly and kind, and all I want is to come home with this little souvenir! But psssst! An address to share only among very good friends!

15/02/2026: I've been going there every year for the past eight years, ever since I arrived in Fouras. The charcuterie is exceptional and absolutely must be tried, and the homemade tiramisu is not to be missed. It's right in the middle of the main shopping street, opposite the market. A detour is essential!

18/03/2026: Certainly the best hotel in the region. The welcome was warm and very professional. The room was large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious with fresh towels (no old rags) and a heated towel rail. The restaurant was equally excellent, serving fresh, skillfully prepared food. I'm adding this because it's become rare these days in the hotel industry.

11/12/2025: The restaurant is pleasant, but the waitresses are either lacking in vitamins or you need to sleep at night. Luckily, the gentleman is there to make up for it.

13/01/2026: A bistro-style restaurant. We went without a reservation for a simple lunch, but after the midday service. A very good value for money restaurant. We started with a tartine of apple compote, gratinéed goat cheese, and a green salad. The fish was perfectly cooked in a sauce with several side options, including fresh pasta or dauphinoise potatoes. For dessert, we had homemade panna cotta with strawberry or chocolate coulis and rice pudding. (Charcuterie and meat were also available). The Merlot was perfectly respectable, but there was a selection of other wines if you wanted to treat yourself. The service was always friendly and cheerful, even though they were very busy. This restaurant has two rooms, and it was full on a Tuesday, so that says it all! 😁 The room was decorated with a theme. The coffee was rather average, but the 5-star rating is well-deserved because the value for money is excellent. The restrooms were spotless, even at the end of service. Thank you to the entire team.
