26/08/2026: The meal was cheap but not great either, and there was just the bare minimum on the plate, hence the price, I think.
In the warm goat cheese salad, there was a quarter of a tomato that tasted rotten.
And the meat was returned because it was cooked as requested but not properly.
For dessert, the vanilla crème brûlée had a strong rum flavor (please consider those who don't drink alcohol) and mention this on your menu.

25/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, the mussels were superb and perfectly seasoned, my son loved the lasagna, the salads with their amazing homemade dressing were delicious, and the burger was also very good. We will definitely be back.

03/09/2026: Who would believe that, despite the name, so much fun lies hidden behind the entrance? An unforgettable evening in this vast place with countless activities, where time seems to stand still, allowing us to become, or remain, children for a while. I couldn't help but notice the stylish setting and decor. The food is perfectly adequate, even if it's fairly basic. The staff is charming and efficient.

23/04/2026: Inconvenient: you book online and arrive only to find out the establishment is closed due to financial difficulties! And this isn't mentioned anywhere! 😡 We didn't even get in before we knew we wouldn't be back!

02/05/2026: A wonderful experience at your restaurant! We received a very warm welcome with our gift box, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. The sea view was magnificent, and the meal was excellent. We had a great time, thank you!
01/05/2026: Beautiful view, but it's a bit hot behind the bay window. We were seated in a lounge and quickly seated – was that really necessary? Interesting combinations, but lacking depth and flavor.

17/03/2026: For the price, I think it's very good. My only complaint is the network: phone and TV are just average.
10/03/2026: The hotel is pet-friendly, which is why we chose it as our base, and it's not far from La Rochelle.
The staff is welcoming and helpful.
Their new "concept" is frankly a major drawback. No complimentary tray, no toilet brush in the restrooms 💩. Housekeeping is only available upon request.

28/05/2026: Overall, a rather disappointing experience. The salad wasn't particularly good, and given the prices, one would expect a minimum level of service, whereas you have to collect your own food and clear your own table. The place itself is nothing special, although the sea view is pleasant. It's a shame, because the setting could have offered a much better experience. I won't be returning.

21/08/2026: I highly recommend it. A fantastic experience! The brasserie was recommended to me by the Hotel Le Manoir, and I was very satisfied, as was my daughter. The staff were very friendly, the service was quick, and we had a very pleasant time.
04/07/2026: The setting is indeed refined, elegant, and tastefully decorated.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The food is delicious: the pizzas are thin and crispy, with generous toppings.
We ordered dessert, but that was purely out of indulgence.
We had a wonderful time in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I highly recommend this excellent brasserie.

09/08/2026: They're very nice in the afternoon but they get grumpy as soon as things get busy... What a shame!
30/07/2026: A cool spot right on the beach. Good selection of drinks and fair prices. And simply not as "stuffy" as many other bars/restaurants. It's just fun to sit there in the sun, have a drink, and look out at the sea. There are also two food stalls (similar to mobile chip stands) on the premises where you can get delicious crepes and, from 6 pm onwards, fries. We really enjoyed going there.

The pancakes are soggy, not crispy. The fish soup is just a watered-down orange liquid. The rest is so mediocre it's barely worth mentioning. The location is nice, which is the only redeeming feature of this restaurant. The service is extremely inconsistent: depending on your server, you'll be treated well. The young woman who deigns to seat you is simply awful.
A tourist trap, which is a real shame.
Only stop there for the view.
