12/06/2026: Well located. Attentive staff. The rooms are clean, pleasant, and spacious. A few minor repairs to some of the electrical outlets would be helpful, but it's not a major issue.

08/06/2026: Hotel near Lyon Part-Dieu train station. The rooms are spacious but lack decoration. There are no pictures on the walls. The bathroom is also small and very basic. However, the common areas and the breakfast room are much more well-maintained. The breakfast itself is varied, including a selection of Lyonnais specialties. I recommend this hotel; the staff is welcoming.

29/08/2026: Very disappointed once again by the McDonald's in Marennes. We placed an order, clearly specifying in detail what we wanted: two meals and one Happy Meal. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized that some items were still missing from our order. So I called the restaurant to report the problem, explaining that the person who took the order probably hadn't heard us properly. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time our orders have been omitted. I simply pointed out to the manager that perhaps they should have more competent and attentive staff to take and prepare orders. His response? "Well, come do their job," he said, then explained that he wouldn't allow me to "insult his team," even though I was simply expressing my dissatisfaction. And finally, he hung up on me. I can understand that mistakes can happen, or that it's busy; it happens. However, the lack of consideration for the customer and the way complaints are handled are much harder to accept. Unfortunately, this isn't the first bad experience we've had at this restaurant. We eagerly await the arrival of new competitors. Perhaps that will bring back some professionalism and consideration for customers.

26/08/2026: Great experience at the McDonald's in Marennes! We went there the last week of August and were pleasantly surprised by the speed of service: table service in under 2 minutes! The order was complete and accurate, which is rare enough these days to be worth mentioning. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside: the air conditioning was a bit too strong. Well done to the whole team for this efficient and pleasant service! 👍

04/06/2026: A truly delightful experience and an excellent meal; no matter the dish, it was a treat. The quality and price are well-deserved because, in addition to the excellent food, there's also the exceptional service, with polite, kind, smiling, and humorous communication. I highly recommend Le Chiquito.

24/08/2026: Politeness doesn't seem to be a priority; no hello, no goodbye, and a smile must have been an extra. Second time here, same experience; I won't be back.

03/08/2026: We were looking forward to stopping at this restaurant during a bike ride. We simply asked for a table for three, without a reservation. The welcome was cold, the tone haughty, and we were nonchalantly informed that it was impossible because "it's Monday" and the restaurant would be fully booked for the next two weeks. The most surprising thing happened a few moments later: a group of four English tourists also arrived without a reservation and were immediately taken care of by the same gentleman, who quickly found a solution for them. It's hard not to feel that some customers are treated better than others. If you don't want to welcome people without reservations, at least apply the same rule to everyone and treat your customers with a minimum of respect. In the end, this bad experience led us to discover another restaurant, where the welcome was warm and professional. Thank you for that.

17/05/2026: We spent four days at this campsite. I can't imagine how they got four stars! The indoor pool was barely heated, the outdoor pool wasn't heated at all, the toilets and showers are in dire need of renovation, there was no hot water for two days in a row, and no light for the evening shower. The price is really not justified for a three-night stay, and there were no activities... I do not recommend this place.

04/07/2026: The service was just awful. We walked in to find one employee slumped in a chair, a second with AirPods in her ears, and a third with absolutely no smile—none whatsoever on any of the three, in fact. The man served us without gloves and chatted and laughed loudly with his two colleagues throughout our order, but when they spoke to us, none of the three laughed or smiled, even though we did. I asked one of the women a question, and she replied, "Sorry, I couldn't hear you with the music in my AirPods." It felt like we were bothering them; the atmosphere was very awkward.

10/06/2026: The sandwich was as good as ever. The staff were pleasant and the place was very clean.

21/08/2026: This is the last time for us. We used to come often, but we have to admit that each time we're more and more disappointed. Today the plates were dirty and greasy, the steam had a questionable taste, as did some of the other dishes, and the wok was severely under-seasoned. A very bad experience.

26/08/2026: Hello, we went to lunch at this restaurant and were sick all afternoon. €27.50 for carrots and zucchini full of seeds, very tough leg of lamb kebabs, and cheap merguez sausages. This establishment should be avoided; I plan to report it.

28/08/2026: This is unbelievable... At 8 PM, we asked if it would be possible to get it in an hour, and they told us they might be out of batter. I asked if I could call and if they would be available, but 20 minutes later, I couldn't reach them. At 8:30 PM, we came back and sat down. Only to be told, out of the blue, that they were out of sweet batter and that we should just get ice cream. Unbelievable. What a shame, I think the crepes are good...

12/08/2026: A wonderful discovery. The welcome was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Large dining room, ample parking. Simple, home-style cooking. Very generous portions. We had a lovely time two nights in a row. I highly recommend it.

31/07/2026: Doesn't match the online photos at all; they've changed the menu but haven't had time to update the site. No buffet, only 3 choices for starters, 3 for main courses, and 4 for desserts.

25/08/2026: A huge disappointment with our mussels and fries meal. The mussels were tiny and reheated. The fries were also reheated, so they were dry and hard. This restaurant is definitely one to avoid.
