11/09/2024: En vacances à St Palais, notre premier resto du séjour. Nous avons pris le menu du jour (filet de lieu noir et dessert au choix). Le serveur ne nous a pas pressé. Nous avons pu manger en toute tranquillité. Accueil sympathique et surtout très bon repas. En terme de pris, c’est vraiment abordable. 16€ le menu (plat/dessert). Très bonne adresse.

05/09/2024: Bon accueil. Rapport qualité prix parfait Menu à 30 euros pour tout le monde ,entrée plat dessert.Service rapide et très agréable. Les plats sont bien cuisinés,assiette généreuse et bien présentés. Pain frais à volonté sans réclamer . Je recommande vivement. Belle surprise pour un restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine. Indice de propreté, les toilettes sont nickels.

02/09/2024: Ogni anno andiamo a trovarli dall' Italia sia per il cibo (di altissimo livello,pesce ma anche carne di qualità eccellente) sia per la cortesia,la gentilezza del personale. Lo consigliamo,vi innamorerete di questo ristorante e anche della bella regione Charente. Every year we visit them from Italy for the food (of the highest level, fish but also meat of excellent quality) and for the courtesy, kindness of the staff. We recommend it, you will love this restaurant and also the beautiful region of Charente. Chaque année, nous allons les trouver en venant d’Italie à la fois pour la nourriture (de très haut niveau, le poisson mais aussi la viande d’excellente qualité) et pour la courtoisie, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous vous recommandons, vous allez adorer ce restaurant et aussi la belle région de Charente.

19/10/2025: First class! Excellent service and food to match. Moules au curry are the best we have ever tasted. La Brise is a fine example of la cuisine française. A pearl in the Talmont crown! Felicitations et on hâte à revenir.

31/08/2024: Date tinder avec Axel n1 au top, on a bien rigolé là bas, je pense même avoir eu le coup de foudre!! Dommage qu’il m’ait ghostée après sinon je pense qu’on se serait marié devant le régent ! ❤️

It's clearly a tourist trap. 20th the Burger, the fish without flavor, the children's formula, not great but we could have actually asked for more details, its fish fillet bathed in sauce (having tasted it, I didn't even want it). Unpleasant welcome. Go your way, walk a little more and you will find other restaurants that are friendlier and better located.

07/09/2024: This highway area should absolutely be avoided. The tables are not cleaned and people parade on dirty tables, knowing that we arrived at 1:45 p.m. The tables were wet outside and it was the customers who dried them to sit down. What can we say about the toilets, a disaster. The smell is already noticeable from the coffee machines which are not cleaned (coffee deposit on the bottom filter and multitudes of other deposits). Back to the toilet, the smell is even more pronounced upon entering. The empty soap dispensers with, for a bit of a laugh, a sign “against covid, wash your hands several times”. Last shocking detail, in the shop there is a self-service bread basket. So zero points for food hygiene. Beyond the negative observations, this message is intended for the operators of the area so that they can consider hiring a person who would take care of the cleanliness of the premises full time because there is a lot to do, because the salespeople have other missions .........
