11/12/2025: A restaurant in the heart of tourist Colmar that manages the feat, right in the middle of the Christmas market, of offering excellent cuisine, generous portions at a fair price, and above all, very professional, warm, and friendly service. A huge thank you to Marine who looked after our table. And finally, a special mention to the pastry chef!
09/12/2025: Really nice. It's worth the wait to get in (you don't need to reserve), the waiters are good, and the service is fast. The place is large, so don't be discouraged by the long line at the entrance.

- Pâtes à la truffe d'été sans intérêt gustatif
- et la salade également sans intérêt
Surtout à chaque fois pour plus de 15 €
Le meilleur dans tout ça la salade verte
Premier expérience dans cette chaîne de restaurant et un compliment plus jamais

Par contre la carte est prometteuse mais le contenu de l'assiette décevant.

06/12/2025: It was a lucky break. A friendly atmosphere, impeccable welcome and service. The dining room was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The menu was delicious; we had smoked pork shoulder and spätzle with salad, followed by chocolate mousse. Very good.

A must-visit.
What am I saying? A rare gem of good quality, simple, and fast food.
The same goes for the staff, all equally amazing.
As a true connoisseur, as a nomad, I go there with my eyes closed.

01/05/2025: We had lunch there by chance during a walk with our dog and everything was very good: from the welcome to the service including the dishes of course. The fried carp was excellent and so was the bull. The names of the dishes and desserts on the menu made us smile. Special mention for the very nice decor!

01/12/2024: Nice place. The price is good and the tarte flambée is quite tasty. Unfortunately during the Christmas period the whole city is full of people and the queue to get a table is long. However, the staff was all the time super nice and helpful and it was worthy to wait.

25/12/2025: No way you can order here. The waiter (short guy) is very rude. We waited for 25 minutes and it wasn't very busy, he keeps saying I'm coming with a very angry attitude. Stay away if you don't want to ruin your day or your nerves.

Two trout tarte flambées. Either they were both way overcooked, or just plain old but not good!
And we pointed it out, so we might as well not say anything... Dessert was fine.
But honestly, if tarte flambée is just going to be made with stale, crumbly bread, they shouldn't even be offered!
14/11/2025: Hello, I only have one thing to say… why was there sugar in the syrup when I ordered a violet syrup? Otherwise, it's not great here.

The kitchen, the atmosphere, the staff, everything is very good! You can come and eat there with your eyes closed

La cuisine, ancrée dans la tradition locale, est préparée avec une grande finesse, et le tout est servi dans un cadre typique des auberges alsaciennes, à la fois élégant et chaleureux. Un coup de cœur particulier pour la choucroute! Le tout avec une petite attention spéciale pour notre anniversaire…
