A big thank you to the owners for their hospitality and passion. I highly recommend it. My wife and I will be back in 2026 before your well-deserved retirement.

04/06/2026: Everything was perfect until three weeks ago, when the decision was made to no longer accept contactless card payments for purchases under €3. I find this measure a step backward, as customers may be surprised when it comes time to pay and caught off guard by other customers waiting to pay. I think this decision should be clearly displayed at the entrance of the store to avoid making customers uncomfortable when paying. Strategically, it's not a good move, as some will decide not to buy anything, leading to a risk of lost revenue and customers... It's a real shame, because until now it had been flawless.

17/12/2025: Review of the restaurant only. Weekday lunch. Generous portions, decent atmosphere and service, prices are average. Well-prepared and tasty Alsatian specialties. The beckaoffa and the bouchée à la reine are worth trying. Returned in early December 2025 for dinner. It's really good.

14/02/2026: A pork feast day, as every year, but this will be the last. Out of 9 people, 6 didn't order the full menu (starter, main course, dessert) but only a main course and a dessert, as offered on the menu. We were surprised that everyone received the traditional broth, but since it was just two ladles of broth with two small pieces of bread, we assumed it was part of the set menu. Then came the surprise on the bill: 6 broths charged at €5 each, totaling €30! €5 for two ladles of broth! What's more, we hadn't ordered it! Excuse me, but this is SHAMEFUL, we certainly won't be back! And I almost forgot, not a goodbye or a thank you for a bill of €430!

22/05/2026: Great find! 👍 Craving ice cream after a hike, and by chance we stumbled upon Willy's 😉 The decor is a stylish retro train station hall. The staff is very welcoming, there's a good selection of pastries, and most importantly, ice cream at a reasonable price. Next time, though, I'll ask for a less "diluted" cappuccino 😌

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, and the service and the setting were top-notch! I highly recommend this restaurant and especially recommend booking a table in advance!

11/05/2026: Excellent tarte flambée, very pleasant waitress, only (small) drawback was the slightly repetitive music in the room.

12/05/2026: A beautifully decorated restaurant with upscale cuisine and a lovely selection of dishes. The service was very attentive, with excellent wine recommendations. We were a large group (10) and would gladly return.

01/06/2026: Disappointing entrecôte and fries with Munster sauce. My partner’s steak was very grisly and sinewy, almost inedible. Aperol spritz was ok.

23/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in the streets of Colmar! A very warm welcome! And guess what... we didn't leave hungry! The 8 people from Allier who ate under the witches 😉

10/03/2026: Excellent stay at the Riesling. Perfect welcome and service. The chef's cuisine is delicious and sophisticated; we were able to enjoy the new spring menu, a real treat. We will gladly return.

26/02/2026: We were very satisfied with our stay! We booked the four-day Valentine’s package, which included a Valentine’s dinner and a room on the third floor. The food was excellent, and although the room was small, it had everything we needed and offered a beautiful view of Zellenberg and the vineyards. Communication with the front desk staff, especially Sonja and Jacqueline, was smooth and pleasant. The entire team was very friendly. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and enjoying local wines, with many wineries nearby. We would definitely love to come back!
