29/03/2026: Alsatian atmosphere. Good homemade food.

14/02/2026: A pork feast day, as every year, but this will be the last. Out of 9 people, 6 didn't order the full menu (starter, main course, dessert) but only a main course and a dessert, as offered on the menu. We were surprised that everyone received the traditional broth, but since it was just two ladles of broth with two small pieces of bread, we assumed it was part of the set menu. Then came the surprise on the bill: 6 broths charged at €5 each, totaling €30! €5 for two ladles of broth! What's more, we hadn't ordered it! Excuse me, but this is SHAMEFUL, we certainly won't be back! And I almost forgot, not a goodbye or a thank you for a bill of €430!

19/04/2026: We stay at all the spa hotels in the East. This hotel offers the best value for money and level of luxury. Everything is perfect: the luxurious and quiet rooms, the superb breakfast, the clean and relaxing spa, the three varied restaurants, and the very pleasant casino. The very attentive and friendly staff managed to be both highly professional and relaxed (a welcome change from overly formal establishments). As soon as we step through the door of this hotel, we feel at peace.

06/07/2025: Great food except for the super-snooty waitress. When it came to paying, they told me, "So, eat yourselves and get lost." Luckily, I wasn't going to sleep there...

17/06/2025: A restaurant where you are served very well, where the food is good, the staff is friendly and professional. Nothing to add.

07/04/2026: We stay all over the world and beg to differ, to stay here is not a 5 star experience. Perhaps we spoke the wrong language, or didn’t portray the right image? The welcome was luke warm, we had to dispute additional charges on the bill, the room was small and uncomfortable. And the funky, cheap decor of the common rooms were off putting.

12/04/2026: A very pleasant evening, we ate well, the atmosphere was great, and the waitress was super nice! A delight!

05/04/2026: Honestly, a 5-star rating? Have you ever eaten in a decent restaurant? I won't go on and on: the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all mediocre. The meal was nothing special, and the service was terrible. The waiter spilled a piping hot plate of vol-au-vent on my guest's thigh. These things happen, and an apology is fine, thank you, that's good, but a gesture of goodwill would have been much appreciated, but nothing! Furthermore, I ordered a coffee with a schnapps, and I'm still waiting... In short, I left without saying goodbye. I advise you to avoid this place; there are much better options, like some farm inns, for example.

05/04/2026: Amazing restaurant. Fantastic atmosphere, incredibly generous service, and super friendly waiters. And the food was simply delicious! You can taste the freshness and locally sourced ingredients. Special shout-out to the salmon trout ❤️

13/03/2026: Great little restaurant in Colmar. We had a fantastic meal and the atmosphere is lovely. Service and quality are top-notch. The tarte flambée was superb, especially since it was also available in vegetarian and vegan options. We were very impressed by the restaurant's concept of using organic and, above all, locally sourced products. We'd definitely come back! 👍

18/04/2026: Very warm welcome, qualified staff, luxurious and very clean rooms, refined and copious meals, all in a bucolic setting typical of Alsace, an experience to be repeated without hesitation, easy parking.

18/04/2026: Very typical place... clean. The tarte flambée was average... nothing special, nothing bad. The pfannal was good, but not as described. According to the waiter and the menu, it was sautéed potato topped with Munster or Ribeaupierre cheese. The potato was simply cooked and peeled without being pan-fried. The intention was there, but it didn't match the description, especially since it was left in the oven longer before being broiled.

28/04/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent menu presentation, and explanations of all the dishes. A blackboard menu guarantees fresh produce. Exceptional cuisine with high-quality ingredients. The dishes are delicious and meticulously presented. The chef's work is evident on the plate.

20/12/2025: Excellent experience! The setting is lovely, the food is delicious and prepared with care. The service is warm and professional. A big thank you to the owners for their hospitality and passion. I highly recommend it. My wife and I will be back in 2026 before your well-deserved retirement.

24/04/2026: The food is really good—everything we had was tasty and well made. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. The staff felt quite rude, especially the woman at the entrance. When we asked for something simple, like a small change to a dish or even just the menu, she reacted as if it was a huge request. It made the experience less enjoyable, which is a shame because the food deserves better service.

19/04/2026: A really nice time, Seb kindly let us sleep on his future free bivouac site! (Because it's a Natura 2000 protected area) We had a very good breakfast and aperitif.

14/04/2026: Fantastic welcome, simple yet charming place. But the home-style cooking is superb and the atmosphere is friendly. We highly recommend it, especially for dog-friendly friends 😊

17/12/2025: Review of the restaurant only. Weekday lunch. Generous portions, decent atmosphere and service, prices are average. Well-prepared and tasty Alsatian specialties. The beckaoffa and the bouchée à la reine are worth trying. Returned in early December 2025 for dinner. It's really good.
