12/05/2026: We had another wonderful meal on our second visit. The appetizers and main courses exceeded our expectations. We found it a bit of a shame that the house wine wasn't poured at the table. We would gladly return to Auberge Belle-Vue.

08/06/2026: First and last time at Domaine du Hirtz. Very disappointed! I wasn't expecting this: mostly faulty facilities, very average food, very average service, no staff available to answer questions, sewage smell in the first changing room.... I won't be going back.

05/06/2026: We had the immense joy of celebrating our wedding at this incredible estate. It's a magical and charming place, perfect for a secular wedding with a rustic or bohemian theme. All our guests were equally captivated; the setting is truly breathtaking. Furthermore, Julianna, who was with us throughout the weekend and beforehand, was incredibly attentive and responsive to our requests. We also enjoyed the lodges, which were exceptionally comfortable and charming, perfectly reflecting the beauty of the venue. The restaurant itself is delicious, simple yet efficient. The servers are also very pleasant. It's touching that they have an initiative to employ people with visible and invisible disabilities. In conclusion, if you're looking for a wedding venue, look no further!

30/05/2026: We've been coming to the flea market every year for the past 10 years, and sometimes to the restaurant. Coming from Besançon, we always receive a warm and friendly welcome. During the rhubarb festival, as I'm disabled, there's always a space available in the private parking lot. The fried food, whether served on a plate or in a paper cone, is excellent. In short, it's a very welcoming place ❤️.

08/06/2026: Rating May 2026: A 10/10 rating isn't possible, so the maximum is 5/5. The welcome was superb, always smiling, always a kind word. In short, I feel right at home in this inn in Alsace! Everything is homemade, with quality ingredients, wonderfully cooked, beautifully presented, and generous portions... the desserts are the same. I do have a weakness for the profiteroles with hot chocolate and nougat glacé with raspberry coulis—a real treat... but the rhubarb meringue tart, ah! A delight... in short, everything is good. My husband devoured the trout, I enjoyed the asparagus puff pastry (it was asparagus season!), and the kidneys with mushrooms 🍄 in a sauce so good you could lick the plate clean, but it's not proper, so you scrape it well... it's so delicious! And yet, that's not how it's done... The team is fantastic—quick, efficient, and I appreciate the chefs checking in to see if everything was alright! I can't wait to come back in September. Well done to the whole team, have a great summer, and don't change a thing, it's PERFECT. It's best to book ahead. I recommend this inn; you won't be disappointed (unless you're very picky...). The quality, the welcome, and the prices are all very reasonable for the quality of the food. Well done, because that's rare!

05/02/2026: No more room inside, but we enjoyed an excellent apple tart with whipped cream and a coffee outside 😋😋😋. I imagine the rest of the food must be just as good. Another time for a full meal 😊

10/05/2026: My wife and I have traveled extensively throughout France, getting to know and appreciate many hotels, campsites, and restaurants. Thanks to our town twinning partnership, Alsace holds a special place in our hearts, and we've had the opportunity to experience much of the region's traditions and culinary delights. My wife's French has served us very well so far, and communication has always gone smoothly. So, we thought we'd take our children on a lovely weekend trip to Alsace. We booked five double rooms for two nights, one with half-board and one with breakfast only. But we've never experienced anything like this in any hotel or restaurant! Reception: The welcome upon arrival was friendly and in French, and communication was straightforward. There was a sign on the counter indicating that French, English, and German were spoken there. Upon departure, we were charged for three nights instead of two: one with half-board (correct) and two without (incorrect). We were initially overcharged by €443. During our attempt to clarify the situation, my wife's French suddenly proved insufficient for the receptionist. The young woman couldn't speak German, and we resorted to using Google Translate for English. After much back and forth, the overcharged night was finally corrected, but to this day we haven't received an answer as to why the same room cost €91 and €96 per night, respectively. Room: Our room was clean, but the furnishings were dated and there was no air conditioning. The bathroom was small, with a shower and sink, no natural light, and the only light source was a small lamp by the sink. A hairdryer was provided. The toilet was in a small cubicle next to the bed, the ventilation didn't work properly, and it smelled musty. The door wouldn't open properly because the bed was in front of it. We could hear everything from the neighboring toilet. There was no bottled water provided in our room, and the refrigerator contained only a disused glass. Food: For our half-board dinner, we had no choice of menu items. We weren't consulted beforehand, nor were we asked if everyone ate meat or sausage. Once everyone was seated at the table, the menu wasn't presented to us. There was no non-alcoholic drinks menu on the table, and it wasn't provided until we asked for one. We were served small rolls and pretzels, but without butter or dip. The main course was the Alsatian specialty, Choucroute garnie. An alternative had to be improvised for our two vegetarians upon request. The sauerkraut had an overpowering caraway flavor; it was dry, not creamy, and I missed the tangy notes. The potatoes tasted watery and lacked flavor; there was no trace of salt or other seasoning. The sausage was bland, the skin was tough, and the quality was disappointing. The meat was acceptable. The cheese platter didn't include any chutney or fruit like grapes. The service at our table left much to be desired. We complained about the food that same evening, first in French, then in English, and afterwards a woman who spoke German came and apologized. Breakfast was served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The buffet looked promising and offered a wide selection. There were eggs that we had to cook ourselves; it was best to stay with us so that no one else unknowingly took one. On Sunday, there were no more eggs available by 8:00 a.m. No other egg dishes were offered. The cold cuts were of good quality. On Saturday, the cold cuts platter was empty by 8:45 a.m., even though new breakfast guests were still arriving. It was only refilled after we asked for more. The swimming pool was good and clean. The Wi-Fi reception was good throughout the entire property.

07/06/2026: It couldn't be worse. And the food was prepared by completely untrained staff (the salad was tasteless) and simply presented without any care. Never again (you're not allowed to look in the kitchen, it's awful).

16/05/2026: Family meal 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Very welcoming restaurant, the food is delicious, the service is warm, and the servers are very friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, and the atmosphere is convivial. I highly recommend this place.

09/12/2025: The Market Menu is a sure bet: never a disappointment! Every visit to Le Petit Paris is a true pleasure. Impeccable service, a warm, smiling, and attentive team. The dishes, exquisitely refined, are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Fresh produce is showcased with genuine expertise. The pleasant and elegant setting perfectly complements the experience. An address I recommend without hesitation.
