06/12/2025: Delicious products, long opening hours.

04/12/2025: They serve everything (croisants, bread, etc.) by touching them with dirty hands. They touch coins and bills, and then the food. Nothing could be more unhygienic. Nice bakery, friendly staff. One day I had a baguette and the next a pain au chocolat, but I touched both with my hands after giving the previous customer change. I never went back.

20/01/2025: First time in this creperie and we will come back with great pleasure. The crepes are excellent, there’s really nothing to complain about!! Little extra for the waitress who is really very pleasant and friendly!!

19/01/2025: I loved the interior decor, tables and chairs.. and the cakes are delicious! Add to that a glass of red apple cider 😋👍

15/12/2024: A restaurant worthy of Alsatian hospitality! After a short stroll in Kayserberg, we stopped at the Hassenforder house for lunch. The service was impeccable, and above all, the meal was exceptional! A sweet sauerkraut, not acidic, and a gargantuan shank! You can go there with your eyes closed, everything is good for a reasonable price given the quality! I would come back here with great pleasure.

04/01/2026: Hello, having eaten here in early January, this restaurant was a disaster! The spaezela was burnt, dry, and not cooked in butter at all. The mushroom cream sauce was several days old, bland, and disgusting—I was sick all afternoon! The vegetables were inedible. In short, it's a tourist trap, like me, with a bill that doesn't reflect the quality! The kitchen needs to be re-evaluated and hire more staff because this cook is no better than I am! Unbelievable! I do not recommend it.

09/12/2025: I'm only leaving a review for the restaurant. It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The service is young and friendly. The location is ideal, with parking nearby. (I can't comment on the rooms as I've never stayed in them), but I imagine they're similar. Overall, a lovely establishment.

26/09/2025: Good restaurant, but disappointed with the attitude at the end of the meal, when all the tables around us were offered a rum arrangé, except us. Yet we still had a lunch for 140 euros for 2 and the waitresses passed by our table several times.

24/01/2026: The restaurant is small, but cozy, and the food is delicious. Very good. The service is friendly and fast. We ordered shrimp with vegetables and scallops with vegetables. The seafood was very fresh. Perfectly prepared. The price/quality ratio is right. Thank you and I recommend it.

03/09/2024: L'accueil est sincère et très aimable. La serveuse est d'une gentillesse exquise. Et ce que nous avons mangé double carpaccio exquis parmi les meilleurs où nous avons mangé. Je recommande le restaurant.

16/08/2024: I was having an aperitif in this Colmar place. And there the two waitresses, naturally accompanied me in my beautiful moment and they took the time. Great place.

11/08/2024: food was good but service was bad. I ordered the fish and chips and as I was cutting the fish a few of the chips fell off the plate and onto the table. I asked for a box and the server picked up my fries off the table with his fingers and put them on the plate. I told him that I don’t want the fries that fell on the table and all I got was that his english was not good and he took my plate and returned to me a box with the dirty fries. My sister had a half a burger and an entire order of fries leftover but she only got her burger back and fries thrown out. We asked for some extra napkins and the server proceeded to smoke a cigarette on the street until we asked a second time. We also had to ask three times over 20 minutes to simply pay for our food.

11/12/2025: A very pleasant place; my husband and I had a wonderful meal with very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

16/06/2025: Delicious pastries and nice location. Inside a bit dated and not really cozy. But the cake compensates a lot 🤪. Visited again in June 2025. Delicious apple pie. Nice terrace with beautiful view.

27/08/2024: Restaurant qui affiche des plats gastronomiques et des tarifs astronomiques pour une qualité déplorable. Ça commence par la décoration du restaurant disparate et vieillotte. Le service est d’une tristesse incroyable et se contente de réciter des plats pompeux, sans même faire goûter les vins choisis. Du jamais vu… Passons aux plats : pas d assaisonnement pour une entrée insipide au bar et au concombre, plat trop salé et peu généreux, dessert sans saveur et trop sucré. Vraiment pas sérieux du tout. À fuir
