02/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at the Moulin de la Vallée in May 2025! We recommend it without hesitation: a magnificent mezzanine room with Alsatian charm and a superb garden at the back for the reception and the secular ceremony. Don't hesitate to visit it, it's worth the detour, one of the most beautiful rooms in the area with unbeatable value for money!

We had the pleasure of celebrating our reception and wedding reception this summer and had nothing but good feedback from our guests about the venue! 22/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. I had the sauerkraut, which was very good. The service was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive. Highly recommended!

21/04/2026: The flammekueche was very good, however the Munster spätzle weren't creamy enough. I think they were a little overcooked. Good service.

23/03/2026: A very good restaurant in Mulhouse. Refined, gourmet, and fresh cuisine. Menu concept: 4 starters, 4 main courses, and 4 desserts (daily specials on a chalkboard).

16/04/2026: A set menu shared with friends, using the Gourmet Passport. Mimosa eggs, veal osso buco with sides and strawberry dessert, aperitif, wine (Pic Saint-Loup) and coffee, all for €135 for four people. Beautiful decor, calm atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent cuisine.

20/04/2026: A few days spent at this hotel with a group. Pure bliss! A very beautiful and very clean hotel, but above all, the staff is outstanding. The waiters deserve a 10 out of 10 for their hard work and kindness. The meals are excellent. And the hotel's guide, David, is a wealth of history knowledge and very friendly.

19/04/2026: The hotel is truly beautiful, with a lovely view of the hills from the room windows, a very nice stork's nest nearby, and a small view of a castle as well. My only slight complaint is that it's high time they replaced the pool loungers, which are starting to show their age, in my opinion. Otherwise, everything was perfect; it was really great.

12/04/2026: The hotel was clean and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were incredibly attentive and truly lovely. Everything was done to ensure we had a wonderful stay with our large dog. I recommend it 200% without hesitation.

09/12/2025: The Market Menu is a sure bet: never a disappointment! Every visit to Le Petit Paris is a true pleasure. Impeccable service, a warm, smiling, and attentive team. The dishes, exquisitely refined, are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Fresh produce is showcased with genuine expertise. The pleasant and elegant setting perfectly complements the experience. An address I recommend without hesitation.

15/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! Thank you to my children for the great Groupon deal. The setting is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. The menu was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Thank you for a delightful evening.

11/03/2026: The service was impeccable, thankfully, but we were truly disappointed. The chef has plenty of good ideas but absolutely doesn't know how to execute them properly; there was a real lack of balance in the flavors. Too much of everything... the Christmas spices made our dish almost inedible. The scallop tartlet as a starter was good, but if you're going to use scallops, you should at least be able to taste them rather than overpowering them. The pandan granita was just too much! The supreme was bland and dry with overly strong side dishes that were barely edible, and the endives were bitter beyond belief. Judging by the reviews, I think we were just unlucky, but between cooking issues, problems with the proportions and balance, I remain very ambivalent. Best of luck in the future, though; it's a close call.

15/04/2026: A very pleasant pastry shop with excellent cakes. The staff is very friendly and competent. After a lovely hike from Metzeral to Munster, finding this great pastry shop with a beautiful terrace was a welcome surprise.

14/04/2026: A fantastic discovery! We had the chance to try their specialties and honestly, we were blown away! 😍 The stork-shaped pretzels are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the Munster macarons are simply incredible (original and truly delicious). But beyond the products, it's the warm welcome that really makes the difference. A huge thank you to Willy and Chantal, who are passionate, friendly, and incredibly attentive. You can feel their love for their craft, and it makes all the difference. A thousand thanks again, we'll definitely be back! 🙌
