17/06/2024: Restaurant situé sur un site dominant à aydie restaurant qu'il faut savoir trouver loin des routes principales, un restaurant convivial sympathique qui favorise les liens, à des prix raisonnables, on est pas dans ces prétentieux restaurant bistronomique, ici déjà on peut manger le midi avec une garbure, ou bien une soupe de légumes, de la charcuterie, ou du foie gras maison, L'OMELETTE AUX CÈPES un monument, copieuse, moelleuse avec suffisamment de cèpes, et chaque fois que l'on vient manger, elle est toujours aussi bonne, après des côtes d'agneau, du confit de canard, si on veut on demande un petit plat de cèpes sauté pour un prix raisonnable, fromage de pays dessert, et les vins proposés sont pas comme dans certains restaurant avec des multiples de 4 ou 5 , non la c'est des prix proche du prix producteur. Après le repas on peut s'arrêter chez les viticulteurs de aydie, en roulant tranquillement car il y a beaucoup de virages. La réservation est conseillé ET recommandé.

07/09/2024: Here, on top of the mountain you can find decent food, with friendly staff and beautiful scenery. The food was ok and we enjoyed our coffee / food break there.

11/11/2024: Hard and chocolaty croissant which has halved its size, its quality but not its price, you don't care about the consumer's face, already that the customer service is disastrous (a hello limit half the time). With the quality of a supermarket you have no interest in buying here, an establishment to avoid because it has deteriorated so much.

28/08/2024: Small, friendly place for lunch with 2 children. The dishes are plentiful and very good. The children's menu delighted my daughter. The price is very reasonable for a place by the sea. (Look at the other restaurants you will see). Thanks to the Bilagoon team.

02/04/2024: A great discovery while wandering around Bayonne this afternoon: superb showcase! very beautiful cocoa sculptures👏👏...we enter of course🙂 👉 Smiling, elegant and impeccable welcome & service (saleswoman gloved to serve👌): purchase 2 dark chocolate bars 72%/cinnamon & candied figs🤗🤗 + dark & ​​milk chocolate bars, banana/rum milk, peanuts👌👌👌 Quality chocolates! and the icing on the cake, a very pretty tea room that you absolutely must try to taste their homemade hot chocolate in their famous “mustache cup”😉 A great reference👌 See you soon then😊

30/09/2024: 27.07.24 We enjoyed the starter "fried chipirons with aioli", the main course "hake steak and prawns à la plancha" up to the dessert "white lady" The products are really fresh and cooked with great care. 29.09.24 We are going back. Once again we enjoyed ourselves. The dishes are still delicious, yum the chipirons with aioli are still excellent! And the bar for 2 and its creamed potatoes, a delight! As for the service, special mention for Perrine and her male colleague. Bravo Chantal, you have a good team! From the kitchen to the service...we will have to come back 😉

14/11/2024: Menu en 6 plats remarquables dans son originalité d'association de produits et de sa maitrise des cuissons...Le petit + qui sublime le plat c'est un rab de sauce que l'on peut ou non utilisé pour les gourmands…J'y reviendrais naturellement pour apprécier le spectacle de votre cuisine ouverte…En discutant en fin de service, vous dégagez une envie de très bien faire à vos convives…Félicitations

La cuisine est raffinée , originale et le service attentionné et professionnel . Une étoile largement méritée !!!!! FÉLICITATIONS au chef et à toute son équipe . Un passage obligé lors d’un séjour au pays basque 👍

12/11/2024: I went there as part of restaurant week. Received by a very adorable young waitress, very attentive and smiling towards her customers. The setting is very pretty, warm. The dishes were good. The choice of wines as well.
