08/04/2026: Absolutely lived our stay at the Grandes Rousses. The hotel was amazing, staff very helpful and the views were incredible. I’d say probably the best in the whole resort. We had a mezzanine room which was great for 3 adults and 1 child. Ski lockers are very convenient as is the standing ski lift that stops outside . We ate at both restaurants and the food was really good, as were the drinks and cocktails were so good! We loved going in the pool late afternoon for a post ski dip and again, incredible views of the resort! Can not recommend this hotel enough!

23/05/2026: Not very welcoming. I love fries...but these were hard, overcooked, and undercooked. I couldn't finish my Sprite, it was too bitter. My partner's dish, the parella, was great! A mixed bag overall!

12/05/2026: A culinary and emotional delight! We came last night with my colleague and our two bosses. The cuisine was of exceptional quality, the wine list was excellent, the recommendations were spotless, the service impeccable and attentive, there was a touch of humor, smiles all around, and the place was very clean and beautiful, even the parking lot with its lovely olive tree! In my opinion, this is the epitome of fine dining 😻 I sincerely believe this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. I will definitely return and will gladly introduce this restaurant to my friends and family. Bravo to the entire team, truly hats off to them! 👏👏👏🥂

27/05/2026: Today I ordered an "Ultra Box Tower Spicy," advertised with a "Large Fries." The only "large" thing I received in this box was a complete rip-off; I'd even go so far as to call it a scam. It's a disgrace to offer such a paltry quantity when the box costs THIRTEEN (yes, 13) EUROS. I took the photo right when I was unpacking it, so I hadn't even started eating yet. The burger was there, with the correct number of Wings and the correct number of Crispy Mozzarella, but the amount of fries was just absurd. I don't blame the cashier, who unfortunately can't do anything about it, but perhaps they should have paid more attention in the kitchen. I realize this job can be difficult, but having paid €13, I think I'm within my rights to complain. Honorable mention, there was also a small wrap in the order, which had been forgotten, I realized it before leaving so I was able to claim it.

22/05/2026: Definitely one of the best seafood restaurants in Deauville. Be aware that the dining room is small; reservations are practically essential to guarantee a table.

10/05/2026: Everything was absolutely perfect. The welcome, the speed, the friendliness, and of course, the meal! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. You absolutely deserve these 5 stars. I highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: We were very skeptical due to the negative reviews. But we had a wonderful evening there. The food was excellent and the service extremely friendly. We don't speak French, but the staff were incredibly patient with us. Using gestures and a translation app, we managed to get exactly what we ordered. We highly recommend this restaurant.

28/04/2026: Everything is perfect!!! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, refined cuisine made with fresh ingredients and subtle flavors. A truly magnificent setting (right by the sea), and a much-appreciated limoncello. Gentlemen, this restaurant is definitely for you. Would I recommend it? ...without hesitation... try the seafood sauerkraut with vanilla notes... a huge THANK YOU and BRAVO!!! Wishing you a wonderful season

17/05/2026: The gourmet restaurant lives up to its name. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, full of flavor, balanced, yet light. I usually struggle with dessert, but this was truly excellent, and the price was reasonable for an aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and wine. Plus, they welcomed my dog, who was very well-behaved. Thank you for a lovely experience.

31/03/2026: We came last week (Saturday evening: FAMILLE GOUSSU) with my husband, our daughter, and her friend. We had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The food was top-notch. Mr. GUILBAULT delighted us with exquisite and refined dishes throughout, all in a friendly atmosphere. And the cheese platter!!! Mmm, my taste buds are still savoring it! It's a shame we live 3.5 hours away, because this would have become our go-to Saturday night restaurant. Go without hesitation! I highly recommend it!
