21/04/2026: The seafood tasted really fresh and the wine pairing (their local selection) was just perfect. I had the octopus in Asian sauce, which was very nicely seasoned, and the dish of the day: grilled sardines served with a cold potato and carrot salad. The combination was well balanced and the service couldn’t have been better - very friendly and attentive waitress.

08/05/2026: Unfortunately we ordered 2 dozens of oysters and drink and received only oysters without any extars,like eveyone receives -no lemon no vinegar and bread .crazy enough is too be not local to be treated such horrible and insane . I ATE oysters without anything and French people in front of me where eating oysters with bread butter lemon and vinegar and everyone accept it like it is do normal. You are not french-eat oysters like tourist ,if French u will receive everything u want for free .....very upset in fact u enjoy this country and wish that everyone are the same ,unfortunately in this place u are different from others of u are stranger .....

15/07/2026: Very quick and convenient online booking. Very welcoming. The setting is lovely and set back from the port. The seafood was excellent. One minor complaint, though: the hot shrimp in spicy sauce are served unpeeled, which isn't great! Sauce gets everywhere! In my opinion, they should be peeled before being cooked and served hot.

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery opposite the statue of Ulysses. A friend had recommended it, and she was right. The warm stuffed oysters are a real treat. I will gladly return on my next visit to Les Sables.

16/05/2026: We walked in and received a warm welcome. The service was quick and attentive. A great selection of dishes, all delicious. The other customers were respectful of the peace and quiet. I highly recommend it.

09/08/2026: Disappointed by the owner's behavior We had lunch there 3 years ago and were satisfied, wanting to return We made a reservation for this Friday at 1 p.m. Coming from Lorient, there was an accident, so a delay was expected. We called and left a message on the answering machine. We arrived at 1:18 p.m. The owner greeted us with utter contempt, barely acknowledging our presence, and told us, "I'll take your order right away... if you come to the restaurant, Mr. Owner." Yes, I don't call that a restaurateur. Out of respect for real restaurant owners. We came to relax, and on top of that, we were on a beautiful beach, but no. 100 euros for two meals that ended at 2:30 pm. We were the last table. He tried to justify himself: "I can't answer the phone... yes, but we warned you..." And then a beachfront restaurant that finishes service at 2:30 pm? That's not bad. Dear sir, you take the money. People who travel to eat at your restaurant. At least know how to treat them, or do something else. There are jobs where you start at 9 am and finish at 5 pm. I have a lot of respect for people who work in the restaurant industry. But you are a bad example for everyone. Absolutely avoid this place.

15/06/2026: A superb brasserie, extremely classic but exactly what you expect when you go to this kind of place. The food is very good, the business lunch menu in particular is excellent. The dining rooms are large and comfortable, with a lovely old-fashioned decor featuring wooden carvings. The service is very good.
