31/05/2026: Great food and a fantastic atmosphere; we happened to be there for a quiz night. The Angus burger was perfect for my girlfriend, and I opted for the pulled pork with vegetables and black farz. Finally, the coffee was generous and full of flavor.
27/05/2026: A perfect, warm welcome. Aperitifs in the sunshine by the sea – pure bliss! And once again: the fish and chips were delicious! A minor drawback was the desserts... The shortbread cookies were far too dry, and the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was very basic, and therefore not worth the price. I've had better.

24/05/2026: The small terrace is lovely for enjoying the last rays of the sunset. The interior doesn't seem to have air conditioning. The service is very good. For starters, we had a Tahitian-style sea bream ceviche that was a bit too simple and lacked spice, and the well-seasoned pan-fried shrimp. For our main courses, we had the seared tuna with preserved lemon sauce, and the "Ocean Platter," where the bruschetta spread wasn't well-balanced with the gravlax. But overall, these dishes were good. I would come back.

01/06/2026: Serving past-their-prime oysters is not a simple human error, Madam. It's fortunate your colleague apologized; that's the reason for the two stars. Because your response is shameful! When you serve shellfish and crustaceans to people, especially by the sea, I think the bare minimum is to check the merchandise before putting it on the plate. (Especially since the oyster in question had a very strong odor throughout the entire plate.) And no, it's not a gesture of goodwill to serve one more oyster. We're used to eating everywhere, and human errors happen, as you say, but in this case, we could have had serious food poisoning because of your small mistake. Reconsider your way of responding, especially when you are clearly in the wrong. And making a gesture of goodwill isn't just exchanging one oyster, especially when that one was in contact with the 11 others on my plate, which I paid €22 for. Also, be careful of the piece of plastic in your shallot sauce. A word to the wise. Best of luck.
31/05/2026: Fantastic experience at this restaurant! The dishes were absolutely delicious, everything was very tasty and prepared with care. The service was extremely fast, which was much appreciated. The servers were also very friendly, welcoming, and professional. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

12/06/2026: Tourist and local trap ^^ We went as a group of four to eat mussels, but what a mistake it was to cross paths with this restaurant owner. Mussels in cream sauce, or should I say: mussel shells in cream sauce. Not a single mussel could have been swimming in that sauce, because the mussels are cooked separately and the sauce is added according to your order. Homemade fries?? Fries cooked before 7 pm and waiting for their umpteenth bath before satisfying you. Dry and cold fries. As for the service, I'm shocked. They walk right past you and say: "Everything's fine, team!" Uh, do we know each other? Such familiarity... And the icing on the cake is when we ask the cook, who was sitting on the terrace, "Didn't you clean or debeard the mussels?" And she replies with a smile: "No, no, they're clean. It's truly appalling, we've hit rock bottom." Once we paid, we went to eat at a kebab shop! All this to tell you that this restaurant is really not up to standard and should be avoided at all costs.

19/05/2026: We came for lunch. We were greeted by the manager, who, busy at the bar, completely ignored us. We asked her if we could be seated, which visibly annoyed her. A total lack of respect on her part. I've known more pleasant prison guards. We were eventually seated. We ordered aperitifs, a 33cl beer and a spritz. Ten minutes later, our starters arrived, even though we hadn't seen a single aperitif. The starters were served cold. We asked where our aperitifs were four times, and the waitress's response was, "It's not my fault..." But it didn't occur to her to bring us a carafe of water so we wouldn't die of thirst... It took 30 minutes to finish our starters and another 15 minutes for our aperitifs to arrive because I went to complain to the restaurant manager in charge of drinks. I was brushed off a second time. The spritz arrived, and surprise! A glass of crushed ice for €9. Photo attached. What a rip-off!!! Since a franchise took over, it's not the same anymore. We used to be regulars, and that's over. In fact, all the servers who had been there for years are gone, and we wonder why... Run away! We left and asked her how much we owed for her cold appetizers and her €9 glass of ice. And, as usual, she told us to get lost. Change careers, madam, you're not cut out for business!!! We went to eat across the street at Del Arte, thankfully! Smiles, professionalism, and top-notch food with real value for money.
17/05/2026: Everything went very well, the waiter was pleasant, the food was very good, and I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because we were the first customers and the only ones in the restaurant. We will definitely come back.

04/06/2026: Le Bar à Iode has become one of our go-to spots in Paris. We have lunch there with friends at least twice a month, and the pleasure is always the same. The menu is intentionally simple, focused on beautiful seafood—fresh, flavorful, and prepared with precision, without any frills or fuss. It has everything we love: quality of the ingredients above all else. At lunchtime, the value for money is remarkable, with a starter and main course for €20 or a starter, main course, and dessert for €25. Special mention also goes to the wine list, which is particularly well-curated, with excellent selections at very reasonable prices, with bottles starting around €14. As for the atmosphere, the decor is simple, warm, and unpretentious. You immediately feel at ease. On sunny days, the small terrace is a real bonus and offers a very pleasant setting to enjoy lunch in the sun. Finally, it's impossible not to mention Valentine and Antoine, the delightful owners. Always smiling, attentive, and welcoming, they greatly contribute to making each visit a pleasant experience. An excellent place to share quality seafood with friends in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation.
