28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

15/01/2026: Quite disappointed, not to say totally. Having come regularly for a few years before the opening of its direct competitor (Sch...) a few meters away, it seems to me that no improvements have been made: No friendly welcome, no smiles, dirty outdoor tables and frangipane at €14.90, really not great.

23/12/2025: I often get my various sandwiches, bread, and pastries there... A real treat, plus the staff are very friendly, which is why I'm a regular.

18/02/2026: My partner and I drove 30 minutes on February 18, 2026, only to find the buffet closed. We had checked online beforehand to see if it was open, and it was indeed listed as open. This is unacceptable for people who have made the trip. At the very least, they should update their online hours and inform customers of the closure. We will never go back there; we are completely disappointed!

03/03/2026: Hi, it had been a long time since I'd gone to Domino's, and then I ordered and nothing had changed... the pizza 🍕 was honestly great, but the fries 🍟 were undercooked, disgusting. €34 for the order, anyway, this is definitely the last time.

12/03/2026: This restaurant is a complete disaster! There's hardly any choice. I went for the all-you-can-eat option and thought it was just leftovers from Saturday night. Everything was disgusting; I almost threw up. Honestly, I don't recommend it, and I might even have diarrhea tomorrow. We take you to this restaurant, so ask yourself some questions. It's not exactly a friendly place. 😂 It cost us €54 for two people. In short, it was awful.

09/03/2026: Avoid this place! Unfriendly staff, buffet with very little choice. Where's the salmon in the lasagna? I couldn't find the spinach, but no fish. The produce wasn't fresh. My husband even left his cut fruit, probably from yesterday or even earlier. When you point it out, the waitress replies, "I'm not in the kitchen." The all-you-can-eat buffet selection is half what it used to be, or even less. Three tubs of ice cream, no fresh fruit like apples, oranges, or bananas. And now I'm starting to feel sick. Run away!

19/02/2026: Hello Following a family visit this lunchtime, we had a large order! The restaurant was full, but despite a 15-minute wait, we were served a hot meal! Our sandwiches were missing as they were being prepared, but after the waitress apologized and checked, everything was sorted out! I wanted to say that this job is tough, sometimes with ungrateful customers! I wanted to give a higher rating... Good luck and thank you for the hot meal.

14/02/2026: No salad even though we paid for it, and in exchange for the soggy fries we didn't eat, they could at least offer a refund. It's really worth taxing sugary drinks when McDonald's never has salad!

25/03/2026: A 20-minute wait, a huge queue, and only one sales assistant! And what's more, she was blasé... despite being a regular customer. No friendly interaction whatsoever. What a shame.

18/03/2026: We came today to buy sandwiches. My 13-year-old daughter, all smiles, said hello to the cashier, but received no greeting. Instead, she was a sour-faced woman, sulking and sighing, with no smile, just a curt reply. My daughter ordered a donut, and the response was, "I don't have any more." She then asked for a beignet, and she sighed and said, "I don't have any more, take a madeleine." Okay... When it came time to pay, there was no thank you or goodbye; she simply turned on her heel and that was it. The service was truly deplorable.

14/03/2026: A huge thank you to Anthony for his warm welcome and kindness. We felt very comfortable and the service was quick and impeccable. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: The place itself is quite nice: the slopes are decent and it's a pleasant spot to spend time with friends. However, the service at the bar significantly detracted from the experience. The waiter was particularly unfriendly and made inappropriate remarks, even going so far as to say in front of other customers that "you can see the faces of the customers you hate." This kind of comment clearly has no place in an establishment meant to offer a friendly atmosphere. It's a shame, because with a warmer and more professional welcome, the place could be much more enjoyable.

30/12/2025: Having come from the south to visit the Christmas market, I was told to try a treat at Délices du Carrousel. So we did during our visit to the Colmar Christmas market. The choux pastries were indeed good, but nothing special. However, the waitresses were awful. They sighed at the sight of customers. They took our order with such disgust that it made us not want to come back. Furthermore, if you wanted different items (for example, a waffle, choux pastries, and a crêpe), you had to queue several times. Each item had its own queue. Imagine this in the middle of a Christmas market with a huge crowd; each queue was at least 20 minutes long, so you'd rather go somewhere else. Which is what we did.

21/12/2025: Absolutely not recommended!!! Doesn't taste very good. The staff is incompetent and rude. They're unable to take your order correctly and then claim you've already received it, even though you're standing right there waiting! A rip-off!! Then you get yelled at by the rude blonde waitress. There are so many other, better stalls at the Christmas market. Better to enjoy your Christmas treats somewhere else.

19/10/2025: It was near the hotel I was staying at. 45 minutes before they asked me what I wanted to drink. Another 20 minutes went by before they came to take my order (after I reminded the waiter). I ordered a burger to get through it quickly. Well, honestly, it's really not great... I don't know what was really good... Anyway. I personally wouldn't set foot there again. Regards.

17/10/2025: Restaurant to avoid, a disaster with an exorbitant price for the style of catering.. Friday evening 8 p.m., 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant, a couple and a table of 3, already it is not a good sign and that is confirmed. The quantity of sauce to accompany your meat is so minimal that it is a sketch the next step it will be served to you in a teaspoon. Desserts no spoons to eat the ice creams there were 3 of us I get up from the table to go and report it, no sugar with the coffee, also, not even an excuse for forgetting he brings back a spoon when there are three desserts, he tells me you told me a spoon it is almost us who are at fault for their forgetfulness, an XL Bueno waffle cup ordered no Bueno and yet a pretty picture on the menu but three marshmallows put in place without asking if we like or offering another dessert as a replacement, this same dessert should have had Nutella, no trace of Nutella but a little chocolate coulis, an industrial waffle and 2 scoops of ice cream all for €9.95, a scam and a misleading card if we base ourselves on the image and the name of the dessert... A gourmet coffee was ordered, an espresso with half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a small pot of whipped cream with speculoos, inedible or enough to make you sick, unfresh cream, a rancid smell and a suspicious taste which was reported but no replacement from them offered or an apology for the inconvenience, a strawberry tartlet not present, the most unpleasant waiter tells us that it is written on the website that the tartlet is only served in season..lol I am at the table of the restaurant where I eat on the site what is this most lunar response? we don't warn you I have to guess or specify it on the menu is too complicated for them apparently but the price remains the same with or without tartlet a gag this restaurant, the waiter refuses to smell the pot of whipped cream, confidence reigns in their fresh product and tells me to lower my voice, I think I'm dreaming never seen that..I tell him that I will leave an unfavorable review and I hope that the hierarchy will see it and assume, he looks at me with a smile and answers me well done you want that to do what to me, sir still allows himself to look down on customers, hallucinating.. Total for this espresso half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a pot of inedible whipped cream 9.40€..3 tables occupied including ours on a Friday evening was suspicious and it is confirmed. Go eat elsewhere you will be better received and with better consideration for a much more correct price and especially with good products, our first and last time in this pseudo restaurant.. customer table of 3 people, 1 adult and 2 children with a total bill of €132 reduced to €128 for this sad spectacle of catering and a lack of respect for customers... I'll keep the bill to show my visit to your establishment if you dispute my opinion or doubt it.

03/03/2026: Despite the charming setting, for a tarte flambée costing €12!! The value for money was extremely disappointing: incredibly dry, barely topped, and the amber beer tasted like cheap Picon. Absolutely avoid!!!

08/03/2026: Very few seats available, we ordered first and were told a 10-minute wait, 45 minutes later and still not ready (3 pizzas...). Politely, we were told to come back later, the dough was raw, and they even managed to get our order wrong.

02/03/2026: I'm honestly very disappointed with my experience at Domino's. At the counter, the man came by and didn't even say hello, no smile, no politeness whatsoever. On top of that, he didn't even take my order, which is unacceptable. I expect a minimum level of respect and professionalism when ordering. I hope this will be taken into account to improve customer service.

10/01/2026: We stayed for two nights, From December 21st to 23rd, 2025. Catastrophic! The hotel is outdated and smells of damp and mold! There was no heating in the room, no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was appalling. Breakfast cost €11 per person, which is absolutely not worth it! For that price, you might as well have stayed at a budget hotel. €320 for 2 adults and 1 child—very expensive for absolutely no comfort. A terrible experience! Absolutely avoid this place! 😡

08/01/2026: We came during the Christmas market and booked through Booking.com more than two months in advance at €200 per night for two people. The welcome was cold, especially from the owner. We were given a small annex to the main building, and the room was simply disastrous, with sound and heat insulation worthy of the 1920s. The decor was probably from the same era, as was the carpet (yes, carpet in 2025!). Of course, the heating wasn't turned on before our arrival in the middle of December... The bedding would make even the most talkative duck sound mute. The bathroom was like a prefabricated construction site unit with peeling wallpaper, but the water was very hot! Our neighbors on the same floor seemed to be having their phone conversations right next to our bedside, as we could hear everything they were saying, in addition to the smell of their cigarettes, which are prohibited in the building but apparently had no consequences after we reported it to the staff. Breakfast at €13 consists of a hot drink, a croissant, a glass of juice (not chosen and already served before you arrive), four small slices of bread, access to a fruit basket, and cereal from unbranded dispensers with no information about origin... One store-brand Laughing Cow cheese wedge per person! So avoid this place.
