The organization really leaves something to be desired, the staff seems completely overwhelmed and unable to manage orders. Too bad, because the setting is pleasant, but the wait ruins everything. I don't recommend this place if you have a reasonable minimum wait in mind.

18/09/2024: I visited KFC Colmar a long time ago and was very unsatisfied with the food. I decided to give it another try this September 2024, but unfortunately, my experience was even worse. Firstly, the tables were not clean, and we had to clean them ourselves. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to be part of a well-known chain like KFC. Additionally, there were no original KFC items available, which was very disappointing. The chicken wings we ordered were burnt, and nothing was pleasant about the meal. The quality of the food was far below the standard that I expected from KFC. It felt like some sort of generic fast food place using the KFC name. To make matters worse, the prices were too expensive for the quality of food and service provided. I will never visit this KFC restaurant ever again.

08/09/2024: I put one star because I can't give zero!!! I arrived at 2 p.m. for lunch, 20 minutes of waiting for my order but it wasn't the worst! When I collect everything I go to my table I notice that fries and drinks are missing, so I go back downstairs, then I start to open my bucket and I see that wings are missing!! ! So I counted it, I ordered a basic 16/16. After counting them, they gave me 17 tenders and 9 wings, I come back down and they tell me that they are sorry it's because there weren't enough so that's why they added a tender , so I keep my mouth B!!!!! So I ask them to add the wings, the saleswoman tells me that I will have to wait 10 minutes!!!!!!! I've never seen it! The least we can do is to warn the customer that there simply won't be enough for a 16/16, I would have been understandable, but no, it's unacceptable, my family and I will not come back here again , and honestly there weren't many people there on Sunday!!! So I don't understand why all these errors and this wait. Honestly very disappointed!!!

02/08/2024: So how can I say, it's a very good place with impeccable service but it's a shame to have to go eat elsewhere because apart from the pizzas nothing is possible to order to take away. It’s the restaurants/pizzerias of Brisach who thank you.

09/08/2024: Two of us came to have an aperitif and eat. The cocktails are very good and well presented. For the meal we took the large planchette for €28. The price is worth the quality of the products on the board. The terrace is really beautiful and quiet. Very friendly and smiling waitresses.

The gourmet café offered a nice variety of desserts, all exquisite. The service was impeccable, attentive and fast. A very good address, I highly recommend!”

25/09/2024: I came across this store by chance as I was passing by near my hotel. The store was clean and the food was delicious. I enjoyed a relaxing meal with my daughter.

18/08/2024: Sunday August 18, 2024, after several days of heatwave, the weather decided to break down in Kaysersberg while we had planned to have a picnic with our 3 and 4 year old children: The owners and waiters had the rare kindness to allow us to eat our sandwiches on their terraces. For our little ones, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

31/08/2024: One star is already too many. Twice already I have been refused entry while people behind me have been allowed to pass without reservation, claiming that everything is reserved even though a table in front of us did not have the title “Reserved”. Such an attitude is unacceptable and intolerable in a brand such as Alba ice cream. It is unacceptable in 2024 to put customers aside when you have room. It is to be avoided.
