20/07/2026: The service was disastrous. Either you take the phone and put the customer on hold, or you hang up and deal with them. She finally decided to do both, so naturally she asked me to repeat my order three times… I wasn't planning on having lunch here because a year ago the same nonchalant waitress burned the pizza I ordered. Unfortunately, they offered me a second chance, and I decided to give it another go. The result: an entire afternoon spent in the bathroom, and excruciating abdominal pain. Then I remembered all those damn flies landing on the pastries… I think we should call Philippe; it would be a great first episode for a bakery nightmare.

18/07/2026: Excellent homemade Liège coffee. The furniture is a bit dated, but the welcome and service are pleasant and impeccable.

26/09/2026: The welcome was mixed. We arrived 20 minutes early and felt like we were intruding; not a single smile. We wanted to be surprised (the slogan of the menu) by a €35 sharing menu with various dishes. The worst part for me was the romaine lettuce cut into quarters with a few grilled onions. The trout was too salty, the beef too salty... And when we asked to take the leftovers home, we felt like we were robbing them! 😀 In short, an experience not to be repeated

23/09/2026: The cashier Ihssan was very unpleasant. I was waiting in line to finally reach the checkout when I realized I'd picked the wrong item she'd just scanned. She told me in a very unpleasant tone that it was too late, that she'd already scanned it!! And that it had jammed her register! Anyway, she called her manager while I took the opportunity to change the item, which was less than ten meters from the register. When I came back, she still hadn't fixed the jammed register and she angrily told me, in a curt tone: "It's closed! It's closed!" As if to punish her for picking the wrong item! I made it very clear to her that you don't speak to customers like that and that it wasn't professional, and she told me I'd blocked her till and that I couldn't just change my mind like that. Anyway, when I tried to get her name, she put her hand over her badge because, of course, she couldn't take responsibility. I will never set foot in that store again, and I advise you against going there.

24/06/2026: Despite having a choice, what we requested wasn't available. No coffee either. They didn't provide paper napkins; in fact, I was completely dissatisfied with the service. You were my first choice during our visit to Ribeauvillé, and I bitterly regret it.

05/09/2026: Lunch. Option to eat on the terrace. Generous portion (thankfully, given the price), quite good, but service inconsistent: depending on the waitress you get, you won't have the same experience.

28/05/2026: Amazing burger, super friendly staff, and a lovely outdoor setting for eating. Kids will love the farm area. Definitely worth trying and will love.

22/09/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews for restaurants or establishments, but this one really crosses the line. Waiting almost two hours for a pizza, especially in a place called "Presto," is frankly unacceptable. The quality was unfortunately lacking as well, and the service was clearly lacking. I can understand that unforeseen circumstances or wait times can occur, but you still need to respect your customers and explain the situation properly. If you don't enjoy what you do, it's perhaps better not to do it, because at this level, the customer feels like they're being taken for a fool. A very bad experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment; there's no respect for customers whatsoever, not even on the phone.

21/09/2026: Order received over an hour late. The pizza was probably reheated in the microwave in the meantime, judging by the rubbery crust... Low-quality ingredients, might as well have eaten the box... Avoid at all costs!

19/09/2026: I ordered a two-meat taco and was very disappointed. It was tiny and frankly, not very full. They put in a merguez sausage, two small chicken tenders, some fries, no sauce, and one extra small fry. €12.50! Frankly, it's outrageous! It's expensive for what you get. I won't be going back.

28/08/2026: A very good experience, the atmosphere is great (+1 for the background music), the pork meatballs are fantastic ^^) we highly recommend it... and to top it off, the service is excellent. The only slight downside was that the fried chicken wasn't quite fried enough... Also, the frog legs were delicious, and the menu offers a wide enough selection to suit everyone.

22/08/2026: I've been there several times and I've never been disappointed! The dishes are always piping hot, generous portions, and really delicious 😋 It's a shame there's sometimes a bit of a wait, but honestly, it's easily forgivable. I'll definitely be back! 😊

09/06/2026: Our first vacation in almost 10 years, we chose this hotel on the Alsace Wine Route, and despite the weather, we loved the area. As for the hotel itself, with its regional decor, we can only echo the rave reviews: a warm welcome, a cozy room with a view of the vineyards and Haut-Kœnigsberg. The home-style cooking was perfect. Congratulations to both the chefs and the attentive waiters. Having returned two days ago, we've already recommended this hotel to two other families.

07/06/2026: A very nice hotel with a view of Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle from the room. The room was lovely and very clean, the set menu was excellent, and the breakfast was generous. The staff were professional and approachable. The owner was friendly and took the time to visit each table and chat with the guests. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

28/09/2026: Feta and fig salad, served all mixed together, with vinaigrette and other vegetables, followed by a moderately indulgent coffee. Disappointed.

27/09/2026: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND WALK ON BY. WE HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH RUDE STAFF IN ALL OUR TRAVELS.
