26/11/2025: Honestly, not great. Two trout tarte flambées. Either they were both way overcooked, or just plain old but not good! And we pointed it out, so we might as well not say anything... Dessert was fine. But honestly, if tarte flambée is just going to be made with stale, crumbly bread, they shouldn't even be offered!

14/11/2025: Hello, I only have one thing to say… why was there sugar in the syrup when I ordered a violet syrup? Otherwise, it's not great here.

19/08/2026: We called to make a reservation for 8 pm and were told okay. We arrived immediately, and they took our drink order. We were served in less than two minutes, then immediately took our food order. I said we hadn't chosen yet, but the kitchen closes at 8 pm. I told her they should have mentioned that on the phone. I told her five minutes later, she left, and then the head chef started yelling that the kitchen closes at 8 pm and they wouldn't order right away. The waitress came back out, and I immediately said, "We're leaving." Seriously, the service is appalling. The setting seemed nice, but I only went once, and I'll definitely never go back.

18/08/2026: The best burger we have had! The chef really knows how to cook a real burger! The place is very charming, the view of the old church is magnificent. We are so happy we found this place!

14/03/2026: Excellent experience at Francesca's in Colmar! It's a wonderful and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a great time. A huge thank you to the owner, who is incredibly kind. The welcome is genuine and attentive, and it truly makes all the difference. And of course, the food is superb: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. I've practically made it my regular spot; it's always a pleasure to go back. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: I made a mistake in my order and asked if it was possible to change my pizza because it contained pork. They refused, treating me like a bad customer. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Frankly, I don't recommend them at all; they clearly don't care about their customers. It's shameful.

05/08/2026: Second time going, and I wasn't disappointed! The staff takes excellent care of the customers. The place is very spacious and clean.

05/08/2026: Delicious daily special at a very affordable price. The atmosphere is fantastic and the quality is 10/10. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

19/08/2026: Today at 9:10 PM, I went to get food. I'm allergic to tomatoes with a very severe intolerance. I asked for a goat cheese panini WITHOUT TOMATOES. Trusting my colleague, I started eating, and then I vomited. My throat was swollen. There were four whole tomatoes in it. I have a photo. So, are we going to talk about taking medication and calling emergency services because of your negligence? Shameful, thank you. I don't even know if I can work tomorrow in my condition. For a stupid panini without tomatoes, what's your conscience?

26/04/2026: Honestly, I received a very warm welcome as soon as I arrived. The baker is smiling, friendly, and incredibly kind, which is truly delightful. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The breads and pastries were delicious, carefully prepared, and of high quality. You can feel the professionalism and passion for the craft. An excellent place that I highly recommend; I will definitely return!

29/08/2026: They forgot one of the orders, and the rest didn't arrive at the table at the same time. Furthermore, after the mistake was corrected, there was no apology.

15/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly fantastic bakery with a wonderful selection of fresh bread, pastries, cakes, and delicious snacks. Everything looked incredibly appetizing and tasted amazing. The Moricettes are especially delicious! 🥖🥐 The selection of sweet treats is also superb. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. If you're in Mulhouse and craving something tasty, you should definitely stop by. We'll be back! 😊

08/05/2026: One of the best vegetarian burgers and fries! Delicious! Even a simple salad is a treat at this restaurant. Vegetarian/vegan options are available, and the restaurant caters to more specific dietary needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with vintage furniture, probably sourced from a thrift store. A place I love!

21/05/2026: Where do I even begin with this hotel? The hotel's decor is okay; it's furnished in a medieval style, giving it a certain cozy, almost romantic feel. The lady at breakfast was friendly and satisfactorily fulfilled our requests. Upon arrival, we had access to a combination lock. Breakfast consists mainly of puff pastry and pretzels. If you want (and speak French), you can also order something from the counter; otherwise, there's fruit, yogurt, jam, and spreads. Unfortunately, I can't say such positive things about the hotel room itself. Sure, it's nicely furnished, and it definitely achieves the look of a medieval room, but the door was already heavy when we walked in, and we couldn't lock it because the cylinder lock was broken. We could only use a chain from the inside to secure the door. Secondly, the light in the bathroom didn't work, and another light above the sink didn't have a switch (or we couldn't find it). Also, the entire hotel room is tiled; you won't find a carpet here. The pictures show a fireplace, which isn't real, which isn't a big deal, but it didn't work either, nor did the heating. We managed to keep warm with blankets from a creaky wardrobe and an air conditioner on the wall set to 30 degrees Celsius. Finally, the cleanliness was a problem: cobwebs and dust were everywhere, including on the ceiling. The toilet was also dirty, with unidentifiable stains, and there were various stains in and around the bed and on the sofa. The table wasn't level and wobbled with every touch. The hotel itself is nicely located in the city center, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, it was okay for one night. We were a couple, but we won't be coming back.

17/05/2026: We ate there during our trip to Alsace, and the food was terrible. The pasta and quiche were awful. The staff wasn't very friendly either. I won't be back.
