Les meilleurs restaurants en Haut-Rhin

29/09/2024: I have been to this restaurant a few times and the service has declined badly. 1.Wait times for service is ridiculous 2. Service is terrible and slow 3. Unfortunately as much as I hate to use the race card I feel service has been race driven. I have been here 3 time and I have had the same experience. We have been treated and serviced badly. Today we where not served desert or asked if we wanted any, I had to walk to the reception to pay our bill as waiters where around but will avoid eye contact, leaving us feeling like they didn't want to serve our table. I had to express my dissatisfaction with the service today, and well the receptionist wasn't the slightest interested in what I had to say, more interested in me paying for our meal. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed as the sister restaurant next door has been marvellous.

06/09/2024: Everything was perfect, I enjoyed the good food, the service and the idyllic setting.

15/08/2024: We ate really well. The kebab was delicious, the bread hot and crispy with sesame on it, the taste was a great discovery. Really a very, very good surprise. The fries were also very good.

14/07/2024: Passing by to eat this day after 2 p.m., we had a great time! Very generous, we recommend!

30/07/2024: Sorbets are amazing (mango 😍) and the cakes are really good. We tasted about 5 of them. My favorite is forêt noire.

30/06/2024: Bof, bof, Nous étions devant le comptoir, le patron dégustait sa boisson, tranquillement sans vouloir nous voir, nous devions être transparents? 4 personnes ! Dont 2 alsaciens, pas étonnés de l’accueil. Par politesse NOUS, nous avons consommés,boissons, viennoiseries, pas meilleures qu’ailleurs nous ne retournerons plus dans cet établissement.

12/09/2024: C'était bon, le service était correct sans être exceptionnel. Mais s'il vous plait faites un effort au niveau de la décoration... Nous sommes au mois de septembre et il y a de la décoration de Noël et de la St Valentin accrochée...

18/08/2024: Disappointed, very limited menu, day two they were out of milk at breakfast, The joints of the bathtub all black, they are missing a professional in the hotel industry who sees and acts.

24/07/2024: Good morning we ate as a family of 20 people. Very good meal and fast service and very professional staff. Really nice boss. We'll go back.

16/08/2024: Ordered tacos last night, nothing more to say than disgusting, a kind of creep that we couldn't identify filled the tacos, my partner even found a piece of bone, the fries were soft and incipid, crowned with 'a diarrhea, all for the small sum of €24 We will no longer order from the casa if Sandro.

18/08/2024: Just ok but nothing more, I won't come back, it's too average compared to other kebabs but at least I tried before giving my opinion.

02/06/2024: My wife and I came to eat a kebab in this place, the kebab was very good, the bread hot and crispy, very well filled with meat with an excellent sauce. Not to mention the welcome, kindness and speed of service from the boss. We will return to this restaurant without hesitation.

14/09/2024: My husband and I have been going to this pizzeria for years now. It's not just pizza. There are also daily specials. Very friendly and warm welcome. Products always fresh and very well prepared. Quite hearty. Very reasonable price. You have to make the detour, it's worth it.

11/09/2024: Hearty and family cuisine, however the burger lacks rawness making everything a little dry. The service was excellent though!

21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

31/08/2024: Excellent pizza, the dishes are just as good. There are daily specials, as well as monthly pizzas. The interior is very pretty, the service is impeccable

11/09/2024: Very nice setting, very warm waitress. The tartes flambées were good but served a little warm so the munster was no longer runny. Damage
