13/12/2024: Nous allons commencer par le positif, belle carte, du choix, peut-être trop... Carde vraiment typique alsacien --> parfait ! Maintenant le négatif : personnels de service catastrophique, je m'explique, 30 min pour avant de nous proposer un apéritif puis a peine moins 1 heure pour prendre les commandes ! Avec une amabilité de la patronne des lieux ... Je veux bien entendre avoir des problèmes de personnel comme dans beaucoup d'établissements aujourd'hui mais là rien, pas d'excuse, pas d'explication, juste un ''c'est bon ça arrive'' au bout 30 min d'attente après la commande des plats quand nous avons demandé poliment si il y en avait pour long car nous avions des enfants... Bref nous n'avons pas passé un très bon moment uniquement dû au personnel de service, c'est bien dommage car le cadre et les plats sont au rendez-vous.

21/09/2024: He wanted to pay 16 euros for 2 coffees and 2 croissants. We asked him about it, he said it was fine, but when he saw that we were looking for his business on Google, he ran away with the ten euros 😡😡😡

21/09/2024: A warm welcome, Very nice discovery, we were passing through Mulhouse. The dishes we chose were all as delicious as each other, desserts included. Thank you!

17/12/2024: Quality and spacious room. Beautiful location. But then what a welcome.... a lady of a certain age, I suppose the manager, with a friendliness that would scare people away... and also openly criticizes the other employees in front of customers, very shameful.. The breakfast really doesn't live up to the setting, nothing is homemade, low-end cheeses, orange juice too.

16/12/2024: Decent hotel, tasty, fresh half-board meals, home-cooked food. Pleasant and relaxing view of the valley and the forest. Very good value for money. The only downside was that there was no shower gel in the shower dispenser. Staff available and cordial. Address to recommend despite everything.

08/09/2024: A friendly welcome, an excellent Muscat for an aperitif! And the location is great.

23/08/2024: It was a totally successful stay. The staff and the boss are super friendly:) we were even offered something:)

27/09/2024: Came at 3 p.m. today and left without anything at 3:15 p.m. after two customers passed me in front of me despite having said it was my turn the service needs to be reviewed completely I lost 20 minutes of my break and ended up with nothing eat

26/09/2024: Very good quality bread, although industrial, with a wide choice. The pastries are numerous, and there is a wide choice whatever you are looking for. Very friendly service.

09/09/2024: Overnight address while walking the GR5. The room we had was really in need of maintenance. The towel bar was hanging out of the wall. The room had exactly 1 electrical outlet. Facilities limited. Communal showers and toilets. It all looks a bit unkempt on the outside and inside. The owner is friendly and quick to serve. The kitchen looks clean. We didn't really enjoy dinner. Sort of an English pie with pork. We couldn't quite identify the taste. We didn't like it that much, but maybe a local specialty. Breakfast was well organized. Good coffee!

02/09/2024: panoramic view of the markstein nothing to say, except in terms of catering be careful it's an inn nothing to do with a farm inn, the quality of the dishes nothing to do with the titles, marcaire plate with supposedly the specialty "roigebrageldi, a simple potato salad with bacon and pie with stuffing or are we looking for marinated meat?, I knew this place a very long time ago where it was really a farm inn with products made on site cheese bacon etc, you had to book a week in advance to have lunch there, nothing to do with today

21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive

22/09/2024: Always very good, one of the best Chinese restaurants in the region. For Japanese specialties also very convincing. The Huang family will always welcome you, I remain convinced. We have been going there regularly for years. Very good service, outgoing and friendly, well done, we really love you 👍

03/08/2024: Personnel très agréable, attentionné et bienveillant. Nous nous y sommes rendus pour dîner en famille, nous avons été très bien reçus. Les repas étaient bons, le service, impeccable. Bravo et merci pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme.

11/07/2024: We ate at this restaurant with a large group twice, and each time was really unpleasant... The bread was hard, the dishes were unappetizing and the dessert was served on aluminum "plates". Also, the tartes flambées were covered with pieces of coal... The waiter was not nice at all. I am very sorry, but I will never do it again.
