05/05/2026: A regular customer of yours, whenever I go shopping with my mom, we always stop by. The Moricettes and coffee are always well made (kudos to Sarah for her joie de vivre and her smile!). But today, May 5, 2026, around 11:30 a.m., I ordered a Moricette Club. And I discovered, while eating it at home, that the Moricette Club contained mustard. I think that's a shame because it's not usually mustard, but a kind of mayonnaise. But oh well, I ate it anyway because it was still good.

24/04/2026: Finally found a fresh pretzel. The Poulaillon people in the area should take note.

15/03/2026: I strongly advise against this place; they claim to be open on Sunday afternoons, but when you arrive, they say "no, not open".

25/01/2026: We arrived very late, almost at closing time, and were greeted with a smile. The food was fresh and high-quality, and the fries were homemade and excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection. If I could give six stars, I would! Bravo, Chef!

25/03/2026: A 20-minute wait, a huge queue, and only one sales assistant! And what's more, she was blasé... despite being a regular customer. No friendly interaction whatsoever. What a shame.

18/03/2026: We came today to buy sandwiches. My 13-year-old daughter, all smiles, said hello to the cashier, but received no greeting. Instead, she was a sour-faced woman, sulking and sighing, with no smile, just a curt reply. My daughter ordered a donut, and the response was, "I don't have any more." She then asked for a beignet, and she sighed and said, "I don't have any more, take a madeleine." Okay... When it came time to pay, there was no thank you or goodbye; she simply turned on her heel and that was it. The service was truly deplorable.

30/12/2025: Having come from the south to visit the Christmas market, I was told to try a treat at Délices du Carrousel. So we did during our visit to the Colmar Christmas market. The choux pastries were indeed good, but nothing special. However, the waitresses were awful. They sighed at the sight of customers. They took our order with such disgust that it made us not want to come back. Furthermore, if you wanted different items (for example, a waffle, choux pastries, and a crêpe), you had to queue several times. Each item had its own queue. Imagine this in the middle of a Christmas market with a huge crowd; each queue was at least 20 minutes long, so you'd rather go somewhere else. Which is what we did.

28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

19/10/2025: It was near the hotel I was staying at. 45 minutes before they asked me what I wanted to drink. Another 20 minutes went by before they came to take my order (after I reminded the waiter). I ordered a burger to get through it quickly. Well, honestly, it's really not great... I don't know what was really good... Anyway. I personally wouldn't set foot there again. Regards.

17/10/2025: Restaurant to avoid, a disaster with an exorbitant price for the style of catering.. Friday evening 8 p.m., 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant, a couple and a table of 3, already it is not a good sign and that is confirmed. The quantity of sauce to accompany your meat is so minimal that it is a sketch the next step it will be served to you in a teaspoon. Desserts no spoons to eat the ice creams there were 3 of us I get up from the table to go and report it, no sugar with the coffee, also, not even an excuse for forgetting he brings back a spoon when there are three desserts, he tells me you told me a spoon it is almost us who are at fault for their forgetfulness, an XL Bueno waffle cup ordered no Bueno and yet a pretty picture on the menu but three marshmallows put in place without asking if we like or offering another dessert as a replacement, this same dessert should have had Nutella, no trace of Nutella but a little chocolate coulis, an industrial waffle and 2 scoops of ice cream all for €9.95, a scam and a misleading card if we base ourselves on the image and the name of the dessert... A gourmet coffee was ordered, an espresso with half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a small pot of whipped cream with speculoos, inedible or enough to make you sick, unfresh cream, a rancid smell and a suspicious taste which was reported but no replacement from them offered or an apology for the inconvenience, a strawberry tartlet not present, the most unpleasant waiter tells us that it is written on the website that the tartlet is only served in season..lol I am at the table of the restaurant where I eat on the site what is this most lunar response? we don't warn you I have to guess or specify it on the menu is too complicated for them apparently but the price remains the same with or without tartlet a gag this restaurant, the waiter refuses to smell the pot of whipped cream, confidence reigns in their fresh product and tells me to lower my voice, I think I'm dreaming never seen that..I tell him that I will leave an unfavorable review and I hope that the hierarchy will see it and assume, he looks at me with a smile and answers me well done you want that to do what to me, sir still allows himself to look down on customers, hallucinating.. Total for this espresso half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a pot of inedible whipped cream 9.40€..3 tables occupied including ours on a Friday evening was suspicious and it is confirmed. Go eat elsewhere you will be better received and with better consideration for a much more correct price and especially with good products, our first and last time in this pseudo restaurant.. customer table of 3 people, 1 adult and 2 children with a total bill of €132 reduced to €128 for this sad spectacle of catering and a lack of respect for customers... I'll keep the bill to show my visit to your establishment if you dispute my opinion or doubt it.

22/04/2026: Passing through Colmar, I had lunch there one April day when it was still manageable. The welcome was very good, and the food was well-prepared and well-executed. A small starter would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, I recommend this place.

08/04/2026: The tarte flambée was bad, undercooked, and made with poor-quality ingredients, all after a 45-minute wait. However, the service was decent. But avoid this place.

06/04/2026: Absolutely worthless place to have Indian food. They do not know the difference between salt & spices. One dish was very spicy , one without salt one with very high salt. . The lady staff was also unpleasant. Naan is made on Flat Tava instead of Tandoor

07/04/2026: The order was placed online at 6:15 PM and the delivery arrived at 8:35 PM. They're taking the piss, plus they're unpleasant and give you the runaround. I do not recommend them.

15/03/2026: Awful mulled wine, reheated in a plastic bucket in the microwave. I've never seen anything like it. Undrinkable.

11/04/2026: I was given a coffee containing a hair. When I pointed this out, I even had to defend myself, and he asked if I had a problem. I replied that this was not the case and simply pointed out to him that there was a hair in my coffee. After a sneer from the owner, I received a new coffee, but this time there was red lipstick on the cup.

23/12/2025: The service is appalling. Don't even go in here. Go somewhere else. Very unpleasant, the service is terrible, I'll never set foot in this place again. They don't even give you napkins, and when you ask for them, they rudely tell you that if you're not eating, you don't need napkins. The service is garbage.

01/03/2026: We came to discover wine with the intention of buying some. Given the haughty, unpleasant, and borderline rude behavior, we decided to leave. They don't let you taste the wines, and they charge €7 for three glasses of wine—I've never seen anything like it! Courtesy and good manners are two essential qualities in the world of commerce, and clearly, the staff (a woman with short hair) lack them. It made us leave, and we will never return to this shop (there's no shortage of winemakers).

24/01/2026: We arrived exhausted, looking for a place where we could have a quiet glass of wine. The man (who some people think is a woman) brought us three dirty wine glasses and some snacks that looked like dog food. The shocking thing was that we paid 25 euros for three glasses of wine. Honestly, I think that man isn't right in the head... We won't be back, man!
