24/05/2026: (RESTAURANT) A huge disappointment. The evening had been planned for months. There were about 20 of us with a pre-arranged set menu. We booked for 7:00 PM and all arrived on time (the two latecomers arrived at 7:10 PM... not bad). The weather was magnificent, sunny, and we sadly discovered that our table had been awkwardly squeezed into the cellar, with BFM TV playing in the background (?) and no background music, nothing... We asked if we could be seated outside (both to get some fresh air and to make things easier for the staff), but it wasn't possible because "it's a table for tomorrow, so it's a no" (second time??). The staff was understaffed. We understand, we're patient, and above all, we don't blame them. An hour after our arrival, we still hadn't received an aperitif… it was a long time, sitting at a table in a cellar for an hour without even a carafe of water. The meal went a little better; the appetizers and main courses followed each other fairly well. But we felt neglected, having to go back and forth between the cellar and the dining room to ask to be served several times… in the end, 40 minutes after dessert, no one had offered us coffee or come to ask if we wanted to pay; no one seemed concerned about how things were going. We'll definitely remember the bad. 7:00 PM to 11:45 PM is really a very long time. A shame. What redeemed everything, because there were a few positive aspects: - the quality of the food: we can't say we ate badly; that would be a lie. Excellent cuisine. - The attitude of the extra waiter, there to help: he didn't let it get to him, did everything he could to make up for it, and even managed to smile despite the difficulties. He put in a tremendous effort, which was very kind. Thank you to him. Unfortunately, he disappeared mid-service, and the remaining staff weren't as pleasant. - The kitchen/dining room teamwork: the staff was struggling, we all know how that feels, but they didn't give up, and one of the cooks bravely stepped up to help out – much appreciated. We did everything we could to be pleasant; being in the business, we know the pressures of a busy schedule—it can be incredibly intense. We even cleared the plates ourselves and placed them on the side tables to make things easier for the servers (whom we unfortunately didn't see much of)... but relegating a table of 20 to the back of a cellar under the pretext that the next day's setup is already complete in weather like this, and consequently (of course) forgetting the customers who have to run back and forth to avoid being forgotten, is unacceptable, especially considering we booked the evening months in advance. Fortunately, we were in good company and still had a pleasant evening together. Unfortunately, the nonchalance of the person present at checkout and the lack of consideration (none of the "regular" staff even asked us how we were) mean we don't feel like leaving a good review.

06/07/2026: I wanted to thank you for the presentation of the cake; it was beautiful, delicious, and light. Congratulations to the pastry chef who made such beautiful cakes; it was magnificent! Thank you so much, I will definitely come back.

22/06/2026: Because you can't give zero stars! I've never eaten such a bad baguette, it was inedible!! And I ordered the chef's special. I won't be setting foot in this place again anytime soon; the service and quality are deplorable. This bakery, if you can even call it that, is one to avoid!

06/06/2026: The summer platter is back. I had the tender, pink, five-sided rack of lamb. The accompanying salads were subtly seasoned, but the curry was sublime. Three or four pieces of seasonal fruit completed the meal with fries.

05/10/2026: It was my first time at Keller (Saturday, October 3rd) for a Fist party, and I had a fantastic night! 😄 I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, with a truly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness, respect, and kindness shown by everyone there. The venue is also very well-equipped for this type of event, with slings, appropriate equipment, a toilet with an anal shower, etc. And personally, I had a blast… or rather, my arm, if you know what I mean! 😂 A great evening during which I also met some lovely people. An excellent first experience at Keller that I highly recommend; I will definitely be back!

29/07/2026: I've been to Xtrem Fist Weekend a good dozen times over the past five years and always had a great time. However, an incident on Friday, July 24, 2026, left a very bad taste in my mouth, to the point that I doubt I'll ever go back. A guy tried to play with me, but I wasn't interested. As I always do in these situations, I politely declined. Yet, for some reason, he then refused to leave me alone. He started following me and whispering nasty remarks. He did this several times until I yelled at him to leave me alone. Even then, he continued to harass me. I approached a member of staff, I think his name was Steph, to explain what was happening. He completely ignored me. I then tried to go back to playing with my friends and forget about it, but I was too upset to enjoy the evening. This man continued to circle me in a targeted manner. Fortunately, several people witnessed his behavior, which reassured me, as I was beginning to wonder if I was overreacting. I finally decided to leave early, as it was clear this man wasn't going to stop harassing me and the staff wasn't going to do anything about it. The cashier was the same employee who had ignored me earlier, so I tried to explain what had happened. He replied that he recognized me from previous evenings, then casually said something like, "You can't save everyone." I've been into fisting for over 15 years and I attend parties in several countries around the world. This is the first time I've experienced anything like this. I would have simply appreciated it if the staff had asked this man to stop harassing me, or even removed him from the party. Unfortunately, nothing was done. I'm sad that I no longer feel safe in this club where I used to have so many great nights. I'm angry that I let this individual ruin my evening. And above all, I'm deeply hurt and disappointed that the staff chose to let this situation unfold without intervening.

29/08/2026: Very few haircut options in the salon area. The staff could be a bit friendlier. I expected better.

17/07/2026: A lovely place to satisfy your ice cream cravings. In my opinion, they have the best tubs: vanilla tonka bean, chocolate sorbet, strawberry verbena, rocher style... and more. I just regret not being able to find the chocolate sorbet anymore (my favorite, which makes me travel 30 km each way!), and the saleswoman told me I can't even order it before coming to the shop... so disappointing!!

02/10/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at Mamma Giovanna was ruined by the attitude of one of the servers—the gentleman wearing red glasses. He asked whether we wanted sun or shade, and we said shade. When we politely tried to clarify that we were hoping to sit outside in the back, he responded, “You need to know what you want,” in an unnecessarily rude and passive-aggressive tone. He then seated us at one of the sunniest tables anyway. The food was decent, but nothing special. What really stood out was the poor service and attitude, which put us in a bad mood and overshadowed the entire meal. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately we would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

23/09/2026: A good Italian restaurant in Colmar, generous and delicious portions, great price and excellent service. The waiter asked where we were from and I thought twice before saying from Israel, but he smiled and said hello in Hebrew and was very nice, which is quite a feat for Israelis abroad today.

22/08/2026: Absolutely incredible meat, homemade sauces, and pizzas that taste like Italy!! I'll gladly return as soon as possible.

06/08/2026: A beautiful farm-inn, situated in a stunning natural setting. The place is peaceful and welcoming, making it an excellent stop after a hike or bike ride. The views of the surrounding countryside are superb and invite you to linger. Highly recommended!

21/09/2026: The food is very good, and the ingredients seem to be of high quality with reasonable prices. However, the pasta dishes were too small for our liking. Slightly larger portions would be appreciated by those with a hearty appetite. And the desserts are indeed desserts. The chocolate lava cakes, I suspect, are mass-produced and reheated on-site.
