27/06/2026: My parents have been regular customers for several months, if not over a year, and we've never been disappointed with the food at Sushi Kyo. Unfortunately, I have to leave a review so you can change your practices. When we picked up our order, we were given two large paper bags, one of which contained piping hot miso soup. While mistakes happen, one of the bags wasn't properly sealed and it completely spilled onto my thighs during transport. I suffered second-degree burns as a result. Please, I'm not writing this review to blame anyone; I'm simply urging you to be more careful with the preparation of your orders. Please don't reheat your soups so thoroughly before serving them to us. And please, although you have switched to cardboard bags for environmental reasons, just for soups, put the plastic bags back in for better waterproofing…

20/02/2026: Excellent Japanese food. But it's a shame you have to go through Uber Eats. I have to revise my review. I ordered again, via Uber Eats, a while ago, which added to the cost and is really unfortunate. And, I'm being darkly humorous, but it's true: it made me sick for two days. Perhaps there was a problem with the quality of one of the items. I don't know. It was the B1 menu, if I remember correctly, and they really rip you off with the price of the drinks.

03/06/2026: We had a reservation for 12:30 PM, having informed them that we would be running a little late and emphasizing that we would be with an elderly person and that it was therefore essential to be seated in the shade. Mission accepted over the phone! Imagine our surprise when we arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes late to find that our indoor table had been given away, and that only a table in the sun was available, on the manager's instructions. We had to insist strongly that the awning be lowered. Then, there was a one-hour wait between ordering our food and receiving it. What a shame to have such an experience when you have such a strong reputation as Raugi, and such high-quality products. This isn't the first time I've had this experience; I was refused entry inside in November because I had a small dog, the "manager" claiming that my dog ​​was "disturbing" the peace. Looking at the reviews from the last three years, I see that the same person is unpleasant to everyone, customers and employees alike. The way he speaks to the friendly waitresses who are always rushing around is beyond words. If you don't like your job, it's time to change and make way for someone who knows how to treat customers properly. And when it came time to pay, there was no goodbye, no rudeness from him. Thank you to the waitress for offering me the bottled water. Frustrated by our experience, we didn't order dessert and went across the street, where in five minutes I was restored to hope that kind and polite people still exist. I'll come back for takeout sushi, but I won't eat in anymore, even though it's still excellent. This review clearly targets only one person so the owner knows what's going on in his restaurant while he's away.

07/07/2026: This restaurant is absolutely terrible. The service, the hygiene, and the so-called all-you-can-eat deal sound amazing, but there's nothing to eat. The staff is awful and treated us like dirt. I advise you not to stop there.

26/05/2026: I've been to this all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant several times (about four), and unfortunately, I always leave with the same impression. The welcome is very cold, with a real sense of being a nuisance from the moment you arrive. The staff doesn't seem equally comfortable with all the customers: I noticed friendliness and smiles towards some tables, but definitely not the same treatment for everyone. As for the service, I often felt like I was served without any attention, without any eye contact, and without a truly warm welcome. The food generally seems fresh, but the rice portions are far too large, to the point that you quickly feel full without having really enjoyed the rest of the buffet. There's a sense of inconsistency compared to some other reviews: it seems like everyone doesn't receive the same experience or the same level of service. It's a real shame, especially as a local, because I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant. But the cold welcome and the feeling of not being welcome mean that I will not be returning.

21/11/2025: The spicy shrimp wasn't even spicy, it was bland. And the worst part is that I had a stomach ache all afternoon. The menus are inexpensive and the service is very friendly, but if it's going to leave me sick, no thanks.

29/04/2026: The welcome at breakfast was appalling. This person, clearly upset that morning, practically threw me out. It's shameful to be treated like that in a hotel. I advised this person to find another line of work. However, given the previous reviews, I'm not surprised. Avoid this place.

18/06/2026: The quality was terrible, you weren't allowed to voice your opinions, and on top of that, the manager was incredibly arrogant and forced us to pay for things that were inedible! Don't go, I strongly advise against it. And the service was slow too.

Decent welcome, although at times it can seem a bit rushed and impersonal. Food: Sushi and maki are generally good, with decent portions. Quality can vary from day to day, but remains satisfactory for an all-you-can-eat option. Prices – other: Attractive prices, especially at lunchtime. Good value for money for a quick meal.

25/07/2026: We regularly come to this restaurant for lunch, and it's always delicious: whether you choose the Japanese or Indian menu, everything is excellent! The servers are attentive and very efficient. We highly recommend it :)

22/07/2026: On Devon Street is an Indian-Japanese restaurant. We ordered shrimp, chicken tikka, naan bread, butter chicken, vegetable biryani, white rice, and sushi. The food was good and the service was excellent, but the prices were high.
