I would note that vigilance should be exercised on the dishes placed waiting on the counter which is not very hygienic, when a customer comes to pay his bill, he has his face above the dishes and speaks above them, which is not very clean.
11/09/2024: I was very disappointed with the salmon sushi ordered. 3 out of 6 sushi smelled very bad. . And I wasn't offered what flavor of sauce I wanted (salty or sweet) so I figured I'd have both in the to-go bag. But in the end I was only provided with savory food so it was impossible to eat the sushi with this sauce.
Finally, the vinegared rice had no taste. Very bitter. First time eating sushi, not enjoyable.

16/06/2024: Best sushi restaurant in Menton, absolutely love “sushi saumon fume and thon”.
The only thing they lack is service, they are very kind and all, but it takes them way too long on service, sometimes you can wait 10 minutes for a menu and even more just to order. Also I am very shocked that they allow dogs inside the kitchen, absolutely not acceptable.
Disregarding all that I’ve said before, it is indeed the best sushi restaurant in Menton, but I recommend to take out rather than to dine in.
12/05/2024: The sushi is good, however the delivery service is extremely long and this happens every time we order, so this is not an isolated incident.
Waiting at least 1h30 kills the desire to recommend… too bad

14/10/2024: Bjr, comme quoi il ne faut surtout pas s’arrêter à la facade d’un établissement ( entre autre on mange pas la Façade).
Tout est fait maison et donc frais, tout mes plats avait du goût de la saveur du fait maison.
Ne changer rien , on reviendra avec plaisir.
Pour finir l’addition et vraiment pas exagérer 👏👏👏

- waitress : no. We are short on udon so we cannot serve it to two people just in case.

- no.

There are Japanese restaurants every 100m in here. Just go somewhere else.
This place is not worth it.

I don't understand the restaurant bill. We have been going there for over 8 years and it remains the best Japanese restaurant we have tried. The prices are a little more expensive than others but the dishes are more generous. A real pleasure to come here every time before our cinema session.
