26/01/2026: New owner, new kitchen, and most importantly, new prices! For that price (€17-€24), go to Pacific Gaillard or Saint Julien. (Otherwise, Vénissieux-Lyon if you're willing to make the trip, but it's worth it.) It's an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you only get one regular naan. The people sitting next to us were given a cheese naan without even asking... It's served at random. And it's not even good. I won't be back, and this review is for those who, like me, were thinking, "Let's give it a try." Absolutely not!

27/03/2026: Before writing this review, I sent an email (no reply) and a message through the website (no reply). Here is the message I sent: Hello, I placed an order for over €30 which I picked up yesterday evening at 7:50 PM on March 9th. Unfortunately, the fish was spoiled, the sushi was sharp, the salad was wilted—in short, the entire order was inedible. This ruined our evening, and we had to improvise another meal. I request a refund or some form of compensation. If we cannot find an amicable solution, I will have to leave reviews on Google and TripAdvisor and inform the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Thank you for your understanding and prompt reply. ---- My partner suffered from food poisoning the next day—so, for me, never again, and I will inform my friends and neighbors.

27/01/2026: I received a very warm welcome and ordered the lunch menu with skewers and California rolls. The fish portion was noticeably more generous than other sushi I've tried. The miso soup was delicate and mild, and the cabbage salad was perfectly seasoned. The skewers are definitely worth the trip.

03/07/2026: I placed my order at 7:45 PM and was told it would take 45 minutes. My order, delivered by Uber Eats, finally arrived at 9:40 PM, almost two hours later. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Uber Eats. During a previous order from another restaurant, the delivery driver simply left with my order. At this point, the problem seems to lie more with the delivery method than with the restaurant itself. Relying exclusively on Uber Eats to reduce staffing costs comes at the expense of service quality and the customer experience. It's truly a shame.

27/06/2026: We went for dinner because we were staying at a nearby campsite and we were very comfortable. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, the food was served quickly and everything was delicious. A bit pricey, but the portions are generous.

12/07/2026: We loved it! It was delicious and the portions were generous. We'll definitely recommend it.

23/06/2026: A mixed tuna and salmon chirashi: the portions were ridiculously small (I even asked if it was supposed to be an appetizer), the fish was bland, the tuna was like cotton, and the rice was tasteless (where did the vinegar go?). Unlike other sushi restaurants, soup and salad weren't included. The sauce was an extra charge (outrageous!), adding another hidden cost: no ginger and no wasabi. In short, a bare-bones chirashi, nothing but the bare bones, for €14.90. Needless to say, I was furious. And when I expressed my surprise, I almost got yelled at. In short, avoid at all costs.

29/06/2026: Appalling!!! I'll never set foot in there again. It's a rip-off! Expensive for products that are barely defrosted, and that's putting it mildly 😡

25/04/2026: As a loyal customer of La Mie Caline, I can say that the Noirmoutier location is a disaster. The cookies weren't cooked properly. Honestly, I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. And yet, they sell well, and the prices keep getting higher.

19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! You'll just waste €50 on two set menus without drinks. The restaurant is filthy and sticky everywhere, there's a very strange smell, the food is tasteless and dry, and there's very little choice. The taste is suspicious; it doesn't seem fresh. Go to a decent restaurant instead!

21/05/2026: I did enjoy my food, until me and the two diners beside me saw a cockroach darted through the crack between the kitchen stove and our dining table pushed up against it. We called waiter to get it removed but I seriously question the hygiene standard of this restaurant. And when I scanned the QR code to pay, the tipping page popped up and I don't feel comfortable about it 😶. First, I don't understand why a Japanese catering group is asking for tipping in France. This is not North America! Second, can you at least improve your hygiene before asking for tips?

12/06/2026: Awful, undrinkable bubble tea with moldy tapioca pearls??? And a rubbery texture. Four bubble teas went straight in the bin
