When we open the menu we quickly understand that we are Pigeons, a passing clientele, and that the owners want to make as much money as possible with a few foods on the plate. I was hallucinating about the prices. Menu prices ranging from €16 to €28 for one person. And not much on the plate. (the menu in the photo was €15.90) Furthermore, I don't understand the -30% discount given for takeaway sales.. Incredible discount on inflated menu prices.. For sure, I don't want to fatten them up any longer. I will never come back again

07/09/2024: Order placed this afternoon. I wait 1 hour, I see that my order arrives, in fact no, then it's back in preparation. I called to understand, I found a completely detached and inhumane guy who couldn't care less about my problem. The guy tells me "you shouldn't order in the afternoon" as if it was my fault that the site is open in the afternoon, "my manager is not there" "you will be reimbursed". In the meantime, my guy, I've been dying for an hour and I have NO commercial gesture. Already I very often have order errors with them but this is the pompom on the Garonne. I understand not having decision-making power, but learn to speak correctly to customers otherwise change jobs.

The behavior of this manager who accuses the customers is unacceptable, so what is the point of the loyalty points system? I am waiting for an explanation for this inappropriate behavior...
