09/09/2024: Very unfortunate that a place like this is wasted. We are very disappointed, we entered the restaurant and no one said good evening. Already you don't even know if we want you to be there🤣. Food not great, we had a bad night with gastro…. Look at the hygiene of this restaurant. They were more attentive to deliveries than to table service, they should end up closing the restaurant part, it's no use😂. Very very disappointed. We're not going back anymore.
31/08/2024: Never order from this restaurant. I don't know how they manage to get a 4.7/5 on ubereats given the inedible "food" they offer. The gyozas (buy 1 get 1 free) are simply horrible, the coke was expired, the myzo soup tastes like dishwashing detergent, I found a hair stuck in a maki I almost vomited, it disgusted me to the whole order, I preferred the pier. I have never eaten Japanese food as horrible as this. Give me my money back!!

30/08/2024: I'm a big fan of sushi, it's probably my favorite dish, and I've never had a problem with it... until today. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The rice was just mushy and disgusting, totally the opposite of what I expect from a good sushi and the salmon looked like it wasn't very fresh. I'm really disappointed, especially since I had high expectations. I probably wouldn't recommend you.

04/08/2024: CHANGED STAFF! In the rush of the train, I take a sushi box, price displayed €8, price paid: €17.90 I ask the waitress for explanations, she tells me that "the price of €8 is not displayed anywhere" then she gets out of her cash register, goes to the shelf and removes the €8 label in front of me and replaces it as if nothing happened. I ask him for a gesture, a contact or a refund. She tells me that I paid by card and that "it's too late" then she allows herself to chip me several times. Unspeakable disrespect, big lack of professionalism. Because of her, you lost a client!!
30/05/2024: I bought 2boxs, due to lack of time before getting on the train. Overall I found it to be fresh and good. The service was pleasant and very fast. I didn't pay attention but I would have appreciated having ginger and wasabi, which were not in the boxes, which is a shame. This small point has improved for the rest it is really very correct, same price level compared to the competition.

22/07/2024: Dear, To respond to your request via Uber Eats on July 22, 2024, regarding my dissatisfaction with my last order, I agree to provide you with more details. Indeed, I was very disappointed by Sushi Shop Bourges because the quantities were very mediocre: the sashimi was for some cut very very thin, to the point that pieces separated when grabbed with the chopsticks. The same goes for the sushi, some of which had a very thin, very short slice of fish that didn't even cover the rice. Added to this is the rather mediocre quality: the sushi rice was dry, the sashimi cut irregularly (with most of the slices very very thin), a bone was present in one sashimi. No sauce (sweet or savory) is provided but must be added separately and is payable (a savory sauce which did not allow me to accompany all the sashimi and sushi given the quantity again). The only thing acceptable was the quality of the fish. All this for more than €40 per person… that doesn’t make you want to order more. Sincerely, Nicolas Simic

08/03/2024: Order made at 11:50 a.m. delivery estimated at 1 p.m., order arrives at 1:50 p.m. + an hour late, premium rate telephone 30 minutes waiting on the phone to get someone 0 responses. The delivery man arrives very unpleasant, the hot sushi finally nothing is wrong and I saw that it was not the first time but I do not recommend running away at all.
15/02/2024: As long-time customers, you have accustomed us to tasty, high-quality products as well as very appreciable, top-of-the-range service. This time, the products ordered were clearly not up to par (foie gras with bad taste, uncooked rice, sour cream cheese, reduced quantity and all without any flavor). In addition, you no longer provide sauces, wazabi, ginger or small cups and chopsticks. What a disappointment for this Valentine’s Day meal! So of course, the website is more beautiful and clearer but you no longer offer payment in cash or restaurant card upon delivery. Again, this is disappointing... The delivery man didn't even bother to go upstairs... The only thing that has not dropped is your prices so for this quality of products and service, we will now order from your competitors whose prices are much more affordable.

I don't know who they think they are, I had the impression of having El Chapo's mafia in front of me. Avoid this kind of club, there are better in Ste.

16/05/2024: We chose this restaurant as it was near to our hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The restaurant has a Japanese vibe with lots of mostly tasteful Japanese items for sale on the shelves. The food is mostly Japanese with a French wrist here and there. To start we had a cocktail and a cup of saki. Both were delicious and served with edamame beans in their pods for nibbles. We’d never tried these before and they were delicious. We loved the spring rolls with prawns and a sesame sauce which we had for starters. We had pork and duck from the set menu for mains and both were delicious. For dessert, I had a classic crème brûlée - very French and yummy. The other dessert was a take on a tiramisu but involved tea, which wasn’t to our taste. The wine list was varied and reasonably priced. It included French wines as well as a range of Sakis served cold or warm. The service was pleasant and efficient. My only gripe was that as we hadn’t reserved we were placed on a table with uncomfortable chairs. We enjoyed our meal here and would definitely go back again.
29/04/2024: ニースで一番美味しい日本料理店で、いつも繁盛しています。予約する方が良いでしょう。料理はほどよくフランス風になっている部分はありますが、基礎はしっかりとした日本料理なので、違和感はありません。寿司や天ぷらではなく、もっと日常的な日本料理、例えばとんかつやたこ焼きなどをアレンジしているのが特徴です。焼肉はフランスらしく、高級な鴨肉を使うこともあり、とても美味です。フランス語、英語のほか、簡単な日本語が通じます。
