24/01/2025: This evening it was a disaster on the Garonne: the rice was overcooked, the fish tasteless, the breading of the kaarage worthy of a fast food restaurant.
I ordered a vegetarian dish which was prepared in its non-vegetarian version.
The quality/price ratio is not there.
In the end the best products were the beers and the gyozas.....
I still want to insist: I have never had rice overcooked to this point anywhere....
03/01/2025: Very good sushi, we are regular customers and the welcome is excellent. The sushi is fresh and well made.

18/12/2024: What a disappointment! The reception in the store is frosty... The sushi has no taste, the quantities are very minimal, and it lacks freshness. Go on your way and buy your sushi in the supermarket, they are much better and cheaper!!!
17/11/2024: The ramen is terrible, not good at all. It is not a ramen . The photo of ramens in the flyer looks good but quality is very bad . Never try it . Sushi is ok .

When we open the menu we quickly understand that we are Pigeons, a passing clientele, and that the owners want to make as much money as possible with a few foods on the plate.
I was hallucinating about the prices. Menu prices ranging from €16 to €28 for one person. And not much on the plate. (the menu in the photo was €15.90)
Furthermore, I don't understand the -30% discount given for takeaway sales.. Incredible discount on inflated menu prices..
For sure, I don't want to fatten them up any longer. I will never come back again

26/09/2024: I don't understand the many comments outraged by the welcome which have drastically reduced the rating of this restaurant.
I eat there regularly whether on site with the all-you-can-eat option or to take away and I have always been very well received, sometimes even with little touches (free drinks, starters, etc.)
The food is good and well worth the price.

27/08/2024: Honestly, it was my first and probably last visit to this restaurant. the dishes were not up to par: bland, without any particular flavor. For what I was served, the prices were really too high.
In addition, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order even though the restaurant was empty. And to top it off, the person at reception was not friendly at all. Honestly, this restaurant doesn't even deserve a star!!!!
22/08/2024: I miss the old staff. The person at the counter is being cheap for water.
Don't come here if it's to eat, you'll be thirsty.

17/07/2024: Very good experience in this restaurant. Whether on site or delivered. We have never been disappointed. The only downside is the price. But the quality is there. And a smile too! We had called in advance because there was little time between noon and two. The lady prepared the table for us! As soon as we arrived we were able to eat straight away. Thanks again. Little special mention for the spicy jb and the frenchy

01/06/2024: Zen Suchi customer since 2021 thanks to the loyalty system I have accumulated loyalty bridges.
I placed an order on May 31 at Zen de Fontenay with loyalty points and to my great surprise the store manager informed me that the order would not be honored and accused me of hacking their site to earn points.
The behavior of this manager who accuses the customers is unacceptable, so what is the point of the loyalty points system?
I am waiting for an explanation for this inappropriate behavior...
