01/07/2026: I was disappointed by the quality of the food, the tapas, especially since I chose this restaurant based on its ratings on TripAdvisor and TheFork.

30/06/2026: Friendly welcome, nice restaurant, and fairly authentic flavors. We came with TheFork and had a 30% discount, but they only gave us a 20% discount on the final bill, plus they forgot a dish we had ordered, which we never received.

25/07/2026: By far the best beach restaurant on the beach of Ste Maxime. Worthy of the larger more famous clubs on Pampelone. The Tatar was amazing. Good wines and attentive service. Can highly recommend.

24/07/2026: While on holiday a few kilometers away, one Thursday evening we noticed that almost all the restaurants in Digne were closed. So we went to Le Pressoir somewhat by chance, but it was a very pleasant surprise! Go without hesitation. The dishes are well-prepared with blends of herbs, etc. My son had an original children's menu: mashed potatoes on a bed of lentils and ham, chestnut flour cake with chestnut cream. A welcome change from chicken nuggets!

05/07/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant High-quality products Impeccable service: white tablecloths, white plates, stainless steel cutlery The oysters on the tasting menu are served on a platter of ice with vinegar, three slices of wholemeal bread per person, a small pat of butter, and a glass of white wine for €14.50. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the experience. Highly recommended.

23/04/2026: I forgot to give my opinion, but we truly enjoyed ourselves. The quality was excellent, from the children's meals (which we appreciate when children are treated with the same respect as adults 🙂) to our own dishes, which were also delicious. I loved the pulled pork (just like Grandma used to make). The cheese platter was wonderful, as was the tiramisu 🤩. We came because of the location, as our son is passionate about trains, and without expecting anything special, we were more than happy with our meal. The service was impeccable. If we return to Paris, we will definitely come back. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
