29/08/2026: We had to cancel twice before we could finally experience the cuisine at Le Jas, and last night we were able to enjoy the inviting terrace and the very friendly welcome at this restaurant. Nestled in the heart of a famous Provençal village, it offers exquisite cuisine accompanied by an impressive wine list. Long live Le Jas!

26/08/2026: Finally, a kitchen run by a passionate chef. Good ingredients, prepared simply but above all with excellence! From the date amuse-bouche to the truffle dessert, not forgetting the tomato trio 😋, it's a delight for the eyes and the palate. The cooking is perfectly executed (veal and lobster) and the flavors are balanced. A truly wonderful experience. The chef and the waitress were professional, humble, and friendly. I loved the calm atmosphere and the charm of the place on this late August evening, even though the restaurant is located on a small street. Thank you for this delightful moment, which gives hope for a cuisine of taste and refinement, largely forgotten in other establishments. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real gem!

The chef prepared a selection of delicious tapas, some surprises for the occasion, all in a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's the best place to eat in Paris, I'm absolutely convinced! If you haven't been, go without hesitation, the experience is unforgettable!!

04/08/2026: We went to Galerna for dinner for a birthday, two tables were full, and everything was exceptionally well managed from start to finish. We planned the menu together, and they were very flexible in accommodating everyone's dietary needs and preferences. The dishes were incredibly flavorful, everything was delicious. We all loved it, thank you so much for this wonderful evening :)

04/08/2026: Perfection: succulent dishes prepared in an open kitchen overlooking the restaurant's spacious interior. Seasonal ingredients and divine vegetable side dishes. The cooking is expertly executed, the seasoning impeccable. The setting is splendid, both inside (a vast, cozy room with high ceilings) and on the terrace (a large, inviting, and shaded terrace). The service is friendly and professional. If you are offered to have your glass of wine chilled as soon as your meal is served, it will be done immediately, without needing to be reminded. The waitresses are attentive and caring. The cocktails are excellent. This establishment is well worth a visit.

23/07/2026: Excellent! We had lunch there today as a group of five and it was delicious! Perfect service! And the setting is magnificent! We hesitated to stay for lunch in Saint-Rémy because we were at the market, but in the end we came to Eyragues for lunch. Fantastic value for money! I highly recommend it!

04/07/2026: My wife and I discovered El Mamounia today, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the manager gave us a warm and cheerful welcome, doing everything to make us feel at ease. She took the time to tell us about the restaurant's history and its connection to Morocco, as well as the restaurant's philosophy, which is centered on conviviality and the quality of its ingredients. And that's exactly what you find on the plate: homemade, incredibly fresh products—you can taste and see it from the very first bite. The meal was excellent and generous. A truly wonderful place, run by a welcoming and passionate team. Highly recommended!

We walked into the restaurant to ask if they knew of another option, and the owner immediately offered to keep our luggage safe for us without hesitation. It was such a kind and generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Since they helped us so much, we decided to stay for brunch—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. We were recommended some local dishes, and everything was fantastic. As we were leaving, they even gave us cold bottles of water for the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for your incredible hospitality. The next time we’re in Paris, we’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

02/08/2026: I wanted to introduce a friend to the wonderful cuisine at La Mimounia. The location is already incredible, with a magnificent view. A relaxed, family atmosphere, yet still very professional! As for the food, you have to try it once to truly experience its magic. It's bursting with flavor; you can tell from every bite that it was prepared with love. The lamb and prune tagine was a delight, and the chicken and olive tagine was truly amazing! But after that, you mustn't leave without having mint tea and pastries! Nothing could be better to finish off a meal! I want to thank the entire La Mimounia team a thousand times for this truly magical experience! If I could give it a rating out of 10, I would give it 20/10! Thank you again, and see you very soon!

25/08/2026: A particularly disappointing experience considering the €130 bill for two. For every simple request in the dining room, such as adding a scoop of ice cream or customizing a kir, the waiter simply turned on his heel without a word or even a nod to acknowledge understanding. We were also subjected to inappropriate and intrusive remarks about using our phones at the table, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. Finally, due to a simple mistake on our part when ordering (saying "à la carte" when our choices corresponded point by point to the set menu), we simply and diplomatically asked at the register if it was possible to adjust the bill. We were met with considerable aggression, under the pretext that the à la carte portions would be larger—something that was absolutely not apparent in the already meager portions on our plates. For a bill of this amount, the service and customer service should be impeccable. We will not return.
