08/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic couscous restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal: the vegetables were perfect, the semolina was perfect, and the meat was perfect. Everything was delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous. The dishes were very hearty, perfect for big eaters! The atmosphere is also very pleasant, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The only small point for improvement, especially in the summer, would perhaps be to add a bit more air conditioning, as it gets quite hot inside the restaurant, and with such a generous portion of couscous, you can definitely feel it 😅. But otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent couscous, good portions, and top-notch service. Keep up the good work!

19/08/2026: An excellent spot in the heart of Ajaccio's old town! The retro Italian setting is charming, and the welcome and service are impeccable. Without a doubt, the best pizzas I've ever had, made with excellent fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. Special mention for the Madonnuccia pizza, simply extraordinary.

13/09/2026: Disappointing after Mademoiselle Grey! No amuse-bouche with the cocktails, No bread! Nothing! Nada! The wine list doesn't indicate which wines are organic, and the waiter doesn't know anything about them… he's helpful, though, and runs to the kitchen to find out, take a picture of the bottle and the organic logo, and bring back a glass! Hats off to him! Because it seems the waiters are constantly on the go and doing everything they can to do well, but the management isn't up to the task for such a place: their equipment doesn't seem suitable for the services offered (fish filleting, lobster preparation, flambéing, etc.), they never know where to bring their wine or their food: we see dedicated and willing waiters around us with wobbly service tables, not big enough to hold the plates, etc. In short: quite a spectacle, but a sad one for the employees… As for the food? My rack of lamb was inedible, very fatty, and completely undercooked. And the fries? Barely cooked, a disaster… and any side dish is extra! Avoid the desserts! Mine was so disappointing! From Thiriet? A scoop of iced chocolate with praline mousse… and two small ones on the side! And so sweet! … Ugh, no pastry flavor whatsoever, no dessert worthy of this establishment. I shared some feedback with the cashier, asking about our satisfaction… all to encourage you to improve! I hope you'll make progress to raise the bar: your establishment should be a shining example of French excellence! I'm counting on you! Best of luck!

05/07/2026: It was our first time, excellent couscous, very welcoming. The only thing to mention was that it was lukewarm, but nothing serious. The young woman who greeted us was very pleasant.

05/08/2026: A huge disappointment… After 15 years, it is with regret that we can say we will not be returning. Our reservation for a table of 15 was initially canceled due to a DJ set. We felt that the priority was more about selling overpriced bottles than welcoming families who wanted to share a meal. Despite this initial setback, we agreed to reschedule, hoping to rediscover the atmosphere and quality that once made this establishment so renowned. Upon arrival, the welcome was particularly cold, even disrespectful, from the person in charge of setting the tables. Fortunately, the waitstaff provided professional service. However, the dishes absolutely do not justify the prices charged. A rib of beef, ordered rare and priced at €85, was served to us far too well-done. The most shocking aspect remains the attitude of the "manager." Instead of listening to our comments or seeking a solution, he offered no gesture of goodwill nor any consideration for loyal customers of so many years, even going so far as to ask us to leave. What a shame to see such an exceptional place lose what once made it so charming: the warm welcome, the quality, and the respect shown to its clientele. The wonderful evenings we enjoyed there now seem to be a thing of the past.

04/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome in this idyllic setting. The main course and dessert were delicious. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Truly, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. I recommend it 100%!
