21/09/2024: Je ne comprends pas les commentaires désagréables, patron et serveur hyper sympa, de l'humour mais efficace, les plats sont très bons et bien présentés, c'est pas un restaurant gastronomique mais pour 30 euros par personne, on y mange très bien.

11/10/2024: Excellent repas; plats créatifs et savoureux, produits de qualité, cuisinés avec imagination et respect. Mousse de fromage de chèvre et quetsche inoubliable. Bon choix de vins y compris des vins natures. Service sympa et efficace. Une soirée excellente et une très bonne addresse à retenir et à recommander.

25/09/2024: Service et accueil jeune et sympa, nous sommes d’entrée de jeu « poussés » à prendre 2 à 3 assiettes par personne par le serveur. Une fois la commande passée il me recommande encore de prendre 3 tapas, l’ « ajo blanco » étant qualifié d’être très léger. Le problème c’est que les « tapas » s’étagent entre 8€ et 18€, et on est loin des prix pratiqués en Espagne… ou alors il ne faut pas appelle pas cela tapas. En intitulant cela « assiette à partager » on ne gagne rien car les portions sont tellement réduites qu’il est ridicule de les partager, et encore moins d’en commander trois. Bref : 2 tapas et 1 verre de blanc chacun donnent une addition de 63€. À un moment donné il faut arrêter de prendre les parisiens pour des touristes.

03/10/2024: Fun experience. Food is not the reason for a visit, the venue and the music are. The service from the majority of staff was below standards of a 100€+ restaurant for two candidate reasons (1) we may have been categorized as low(er) willingness to pay people or (2) restaurant is understaffed and they are overworked. All in all, I really enjoyed the experience and with a slightly more dedicated staff it would have been a perfect one!

14/09/2024: The food is really really good! The dessert (Lebanese crepe) was delicious. The only thing I don’t like is the style and interior of the restaurant. But it’s not doing doing anything bad to the great food experience itself. Would highly recommend!

06/09/2024: Great Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Strasbourg!! We had eaten enough by choosing the mezze for two, even if we recommended it later out of greed. Special mention for the hummus and the chicken wings which were delicious. The waitress and the owner were both very nice and very efficient.

17/09/2024: I underwent surgery carried out by Dr Mahfoud Fitouri on 09/17. Everything went wonderfully! The doctor is very friendly, attentive and professional. He explained the procedure well and gave post-operative advice. The anesthesia was administered very carefully, no pain! I am very satisfied with the care received and highly recommend this young doctor. I also thank Dr Arvouet and Dr Neouchi who took care of me with the abscess before the operation. Thank you very much for your help and attention!

05/10/2024: Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant au rapport qualité/prix excellent. Le couscous à partager est généreux et savoureux, parfait pour un moment convivial entre amis ou en famille. Le service est au top, avec une équipe attentionnée et souriante. Les produits sont de très bonne qualité, ce qui se ressent dans chaque bouchée. Petit bémol : il faut noter que tous les plats inscrits sur la carte ne sont pas disponibles. Par exemple, si vous cherchez des options à base de poisson, vous devrez aller ailleurs, car ici, ils ne proposent que des couscous, tajines, et desserts. Les entrées mentionnées ne sont pas non plus servies. Cela dit, l’ambiance et la décoration chaleureuse ajoutent vraiment à l’expérience. Je recommande cet endroit pour ceux qui veulent passer un bon moment autour de plats traditionnels.

01/12/2024: Malro restaurant reviews During our visit to Malro Restaurant, we were a group of four people, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes before someone took our order. A frustrating start which already foreshadowed what was to come. We ordered the ravioli, Greek salad and two truffle pastas. Unfortunately, the dishes were very disappointing. The famous “truffle” was just a simple sprinkle on top of the pasta, but the truffle flavor was completely absent. As for the ravioli, they were sorely lacking in flavor, almost tasteless. We shared our feedback with the waitress, but these were completely ignored, adding to our disappointment. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives the impression that they have invested their entire budget in a careful decoration designed for Instagram, to the detriment of the quality of the dishes. While the interior is nice to look at, that doesn't make up for the soulless food and excessively high prices for what's on offer. In summary, Malro may be a “beautiful” place on the surface, but it lacks the essentials: tasty food and attentive service. We will not come back. This restaurant is clearly not worth the detour.
