14/05/2026: As a regular at Charmy, I went this time with my family! Once again, I was simply amazed by the professionalism of the staff. The tables were arranged for a group of nine people with a stroller so that everyone was comfortably seated, and most importantly, so that our little one in the stroller wasn't exposed to a draft! As for the food, it was as varied and delicious as ever, with a menu full of choices to suit all tastes. The prices are affordable for everyone, whether you're looking for vegetarian options or something between land and sea! The noise level is moderate, and the atmosphere is lively and relaxed! I highly recommend this place for a great time with friends, family, or even just your partner! Thank you to the entire team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room! We'll be back!

She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, I didn't need anesthesia, and I felt no pain whatsoever. Furthermore, the practice is very clean and pleasant, and the receptionists and assistants are very friendly. Thank you!

06/05/2026: A truly memorable lunch at Le Bistro d’Hervé in old Agde — a Michelin-recognized kitchen (Bib Gourmand, two Fourchettes) that absolutely lives up to the billing. The meal opened with a complimentary seafood tapenade served alongside warm, herb-dusted crostini — an unexpected and gracious touch that set the tone. I followed with the avocado and shrimp: presented in a crisp golden crust with wasabi mayonnaise, spring onions, and lime. Bright, balanced, and quietly inventive. Then the main event — a thick, beautifully seared pork chop over silky mashed potato, finished with sautéed greens, shallots, and a deeply reduced jus I could have eaten by the spoonful. A minerally glass of local white wine was the perfect counterpoint, sharp enough to cut the richness without competing with it. Chef Hervé Dos Santos is doing serious, soulful, forward-thinking cooking in this small Languedoc town. If you can make your way to 47 rue Brescou, you will not be disappointed.

15/05/2026: I came to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who had enjoyed their pastilla. Upon arrival, I was very surprised by the price: €20 for a pastilla, which seems frankly excessive for this type of appetizer. When I simply expressed my surprise at the price, the waiter/gentleman replied in a dismissive tone: “Why don’t you make it yourself?” Beyond the price, it was this remark and the lack of respect that disappointed me most. One can justify one's prices without speaking to customers with arrogance. It's a shame, because the welcome and professionalism are just as important as the food.

Glad to see that touristy doesn't mean tourist trap 😜 The view of the port and the mountains in the background is absolutely breathtaking! The service was rather slow, but we were on vacation, and I prefer that to pre-prepared meals that arrive in 3 minutes. Once served: We were in heaven! The spinach and ricotta tortellini was generous and perfectly cooked (I'm jealous that my partner chose it). The Savoyard hamburger was excellent, with a sturdy bakery bun and super tender and delicious paprika fries (not crispy at all, but it worked well). Even the coffee was good, which is so rare that I like to mention it ☕ The establishment is clean, including the restrooms. A very good place 👍

20/05/2026: Incredible address. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The cocktails are fresh and original, the menu is varied, and the dishes are excellent. The setting is pleasant, and the staff is very welcoming. Everything is perfect, with a special mention for the welcome and the baby equipment; it's rare and speaks volumes about the effort made to ensure a comfortable experience. We would come back every day. A truly wonderful surprise. Thank you!
