21/10/2025: Discovering the Auberge du Pêcheur during our visit to the charming port of Centuri. From the €25.00 menu, we chose the Joels fricassee, delicious small fried fish. The leerfish steak with vegetables, a delicious dish that surprised with every bite. The chestnut flan, a delicate dessert. A well-located restaurant, with its terrace in the heart of the port. Impeccable service and courteous staff. We had a wonderful time at this establishment, which I highly recommend.

06/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant in every way. The service is excellent, the welcome very pleasant, and the dishes are homemade. The ravioli with pesto, the dark chocolate mousse with dried fruit shavings and its caramel sauce and homemade whipped cream—a real treat! Even though I don't usually have dessert, I don't regret my choices. The daily specials are very well presented. You can go there without hesitation.

04/01/2026: This restaurant had been a fixture in the neighborhood for many years, and the family team was truly welcoming. Sadly, it has now been replaced by another catering company, and the chef and his family will certainly be missed by many regular customers.

27/02/2026: I've been wanting to write this review for so long because I keep thinking about this restaurant and talking about it, even back home in Austria. I've been there several times for dinner with my family, and the food and hospitality have always been fantastic. You simply feel at ease there. We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance, and you're truly welcomed like a friend with the warmest of touches. The food is wonderful, fresh, and varied. I have another trip to Paris coming up soon, and I really hope I'll have time to visit you again!

13/02/2026: I was warmly welcomed despite arriving late on a Saturday at lunchtime, and I had a really good time in this friendly and unpretentious neighborhood bistro - and the couscous is delicious… I came by chance and carefully noted the address so I could come back specifically on my next visit to Paris.

28/11/2025: Very good couscous, kebabs, oriental pastries and a warm welcome. The dining room is a bit old-fashioned.

23/10/2025: We could even say "Very good couscous"! We really enjoyed the tasty and hearty food.

20/03/2026: We returned after eating excellently during the week. Probably the wrong night: too many people, the portions were cut small in my opinion, and there was so much arugula that filled the plate. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as it used to be. It can happen, but we'll see in the next few days if it's the norm.

24/01/2026: We came for dinner with six friends one evening and frankly, we had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, friendly and welcoming; we felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The decor is authentic and immersive. The dishes were delicious, generously portioned, bursting with flavor, and you can tell everything is prepared with care. Special mention goes to the spices and the quality of the ingredients—a true taste of Morocco!

10/03/2026: Aside from a somewhat confusing menu, everything else was perfect. The dishes were divine, both in presentation and taste. The setting is very pleasant, with ample space between tables, allowing for privacy with friends. A must-visit.

07/03/2026: We had the pleasure of lunching at Le Verger du Kouros, and the experience was absolutely remarkable. I chose the "Market Fresh" menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and throughout the meal, one could truly sense the sincerity of the cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The starter was very well-balanced, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The care taken with the ingredients and the preparation was immediately apparent. The main course was simply excellent: perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and beautifully harmonious on the plate. The cuisine remained elegant while also being generous. The dessert was a wonderful conclusion to the meal, indulgent without being heavy, with a lovely finesse in its textures and flavors. Beyond the food, the setting of Le Verger du Kouros is particularly pleasant, calm, and verdant, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service also deserves special mention: professional, attentive, and warm. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for a quality lunch, where you can feel the passion for cooking and the respect for the ingredients. An experience I will gladly repeat.
