03/10/2026: I was waiting for a friend to place an order, but I received a very poor welcome at reception. Oh well, it was a large order. I don't recommend them.

Stop selling products you don't have.
04/08/2026: It's really dry. I ordered a slice of pizza and I don't even want to imagine how long it's been sitting in the display case, judging by the texture of the crust.
Taste-wise, it's really not great.
On the other hand, the saleswoman was very pleasant, even though she braved the unbearable heat in the shop.

16/10/2026: With every order there's a problem: items are missing, drinks aren't the right ones (Coke Zero is often replaced with Cherry Coke), but today I went through at 1:30 pm, it wasn't crowded so they weren't overwhelmed, and I got a very questionable glass of water as a drink.
30/09/2026: Avoid this place! They didn't have the burger I wanted, even though they still have it elsewhere. No ice cream today (?). This is a recurring problem.
So I left without ordering anything.
I can't wait for a competitor to open up. Then they'd be forced to make an effort.

04/09/2026: I do not understand why they have such a low rating. I have high standards, but I honestly think they deserve better. The café au lait I had was really excellent. The waiter could look a bit friendlier, but then, I guess we all have our off days?
01/09/2026: A 15-minute wait. No greeting, no "we'll take care of you," or simply "sorry, there's a bit of a wait." When you're short-staffed, you adapt your work methods with bar service. Good luck to the future customer 😅

01/02/2026: nous sommes passe en juin 2022 , et nous y avons éte en demi pension en août 2022 une semaine , restau , hôtel , personnel et patron au top . je vous le recommande
08/01/2026: I'm a spa guest and have been going there for three years on a full-board basis.
The owner, Romain, is incredibly helpful, as are the staff. Everyone is very friendly.
As for the meals, I have no complaints; I don't eat better at home.
Discretion, respect, nothing to criticize.
Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi quality in the rooms.
