Service rapide et aimable mais qui manque de sourire pour un des deux serveurs. Nous avons pris un poulet rôti frites qui était très bon quoique un peu sec avec des frites très bonnes et poulpe sauce chorizo av risotto noir bon aussi. Attention les prix car ils sont sans l accompagnement ( à part la formule avec poulet où tout est compris). Du coup note un peu chère.

We waited to be served for twenty minutes. Nobody came to take an order, nobody told us if we needed to go inside to order, nothing. Yet people around were being aided. In these difficult times for the service industry how can a location take their clients for granted.
Well, it's one place that has lost out business.

16/06/2024: Quel bel endroit magnifique village très bon restaurant très bon accueil des plats originaux magnifiques fraîcheur assurée présentation au top du début à la fin franchement j’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation. Très bon repas de fête des pères et amabilité du personnel. Un plaisir de vous revoir .

The table was not cleaned, it was not possible to be served after half an hour of waiting and after having restarted it was necessary
to get our drinks at the counter and moreover super unpleasant borderline polite
Changing servers quickly for the season will harm your business.

18/08/2024: At first glance we were disappointed (garden not passable and accessible only from the car park; terrace on the edge of the departmental road, etc.), partnership with a restaurant that we hated; and the owner seems overwhelmed...
But, after having been able to enjoy a little and in all honesty, the rooms are very correct, the breakfasts top notch and plentiful; and the hotel is very well placed for visits (Puy de Dome; Vulcania; Lemptegy..)

Ne correspond pas du tout à un 3 étoiles
La piscine n'était pas ouverte (alors que j'avais appelé et envoyé des mails pour être sûre de son ouverture)
N'hésitez pas à aller voir tous les avis car beaucoup d'autres personnes rejoignent mon avis.
Vous allez être déçus (et pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles)

Never any order error despite certain requests from us (for example "without tomatoes").
Order always prepared quickly (15/20 min)
The boss is very nice
We no longer live in the area but we will come back to this establishment if we come back that way!

01/07/2024: Nous étions en demi-pension. Pas grand choix au petit-déjeuner. Le repas du soir ... pas terrible. Mais serveurs très gentils.
Les chambres : murs en carton et nettoyage laisse à désirer (ils ne font uniquement que le lit).
L'hôtel bien situé. Parking à disposition des clients.
23/06/2024: Nous avons été très bien mangé .Nous avons apprécié la truffade et la générosité du plat ainsi que les desserts ( particulièrement le soufflet verveine et le moelleux au chocolat).Au service les garçons en salle étaient très sympathique. Vue sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes très appréciable. Merci à l’équipe qui est aussi dog-friendly !!!
