18/12/2024: I went there with my girlfriend and although we were (coldly) welcomed, no one, and I mean no one, came to see us to take our order, despite more than an hour waiting. Our clothing style being a bit bohemian, I suspect a slight facial appearance, which is quite simply a shame. Too bad, they lost two potential customers, and gained a bad review, but I guess the boss(es) doesn't care, since the money comes in anyway. Easy, when you're in such a good position, but that doesn't mean you don't have to do your job correctly.
To avoid if you wear harem pants, therefore, or if you want to be well received and eat well, if other comments are to be believed...

22/08/2024: Une excellente adresse à Clermont, très surprenant de trouver une brasserie de cette qualité dans un centre commercial. Un endroit accueillant et chaleureux par l’ensemble du personnel.
Mais surtout des plats généreux et gourmands avec une spécialité la truffade à ne pas rater.

We return from our walk at 12:00 p.m., only 2 tables of 2 people to eat, we sit on an unset table for lunch.
We order a beer and a soda, we ask if we can eat our little sandwich while we drink: refusal.
The waitress brings the bill in a cup, I put a note, after consumption I hand the cup to the waitress so that she can give me change, again a refusal she tells me that I have to go pay inside, yet the waitress has no job! I told him: if you don't bring me the change, I'm leaving with my ticket...so someone from inside came to give me the change.
Where has the service for customers gone!! especially when there are only 6 customers in total.

16/09/2024: Discovered during the La Laurent Brochard cyclosportive for the pasta party, we were superbly welcomed, the meal was fantastic, the service royal.
I will come back in other circumstances (summer stay) with great pleasure

We called rather late to make reservations for the same evening. We were very well received.
The staff are adorable, helpful, smiling, it’s very appreciable, thank you to them.
As for the meal, nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this brewery. 😊

Not everything is homemade but the friendliness and kindness of these REAL traders allowed us to have a pleasant break on our way back. Many should take the example of the welcome that should be given to each customer. Long live the Good Gaul

22/07/2024: The bosses are there to make money on the backs of consumers by making fun of them and without room service: 2 hours without coming to ask you what you want to consume, no server worthy of the name and, cherry on the top cake, we serve it ourselves.
No more paper in the toilet, the hand dryer is ineffective and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
Only the waitresses do a remarkable job, when they are not off duty, and there, we see all the inefficiency of the bosses who are not concerned with the service provided to the consumer and who discuss quietly among themselves about everything except the service! !!
Advice: avoid this place
