16/03/2026: We've been to La Palmeraie du Sud several times now and have never been disappointed. The waiter is so professional, always attentive and respectful to his customers. His kindness and thoughtfulness never fail to impress, making our evening a truly enjoyable experience. This is further enhanced by the quality of the food, which is always a success. The traditional dishes are always prepared with great care and skill, leaving a lasting impression on our palates. For all of this, we thank you. We look forward to returning.

15/03/2026: Very poor service. We used to come here regularly to enjoy an excellent local dish. We arrived at the restaurant as usual, and everything was closed, with no sign outside. Just large signs displaying the restaurant's name and a phone number, with no further information. We knocked on the door, and a woman curtly replied, "You need a reservation; the restaurant is closed." I don't think this will last much longer. Very disappointed 😞 It's a shame; the food we knew from before was excellent.

The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility, pregnant women, and those accompanied by young children. The menus are budget-friendly. The desserts are varied and delicious. The location under the entrance hall allows you to observe the locals: tourists and locals often laden with bargains, discovered in the shops lining the center. It's a fantastic experience!! 👌

23/03/2026: Appallingly mediocre. The food is processed and very low quality. The wok dishes are simply boiled in water with no flavor whatsoever, the desserts are far too sweet and processed, a grand display of candies that quickly become dry, all served in a tacky setting with plastic plates. You are a disgrace to the restaurant industry.

13/02/2026: I've been ordering pizzas from you for the four years we've lived in Chelles, and we've always been quite satisfied. Lately, I've noticed that not only have the prices gone up, but the pizzas are getting smaller and smaller. I'm not sure I'll continue ordering from you if things keep going this way. We just ordered some; the "senior" size is usually 31 cm, but they're now only 28 cm. That's not right.

This Sunday evening, with our guests, we noticed that some dishes were missing or seemed a little less tasty than usual, we still had a good time. I had my head a little elsewhere and forgot a bag at the restaurant. This morning, I called, the team, remarkably honest, had carefully put it aside for me. 15/03/2026: A beautiful place, the duplex room was clean and well-decorated. The setting is pleasant and offers a real change of scenery. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant is good, but a special mention goes to pastry chef Seif, whose passion and dedication are evident in his creations. Thank you for everything.

11/03/2026: Another fantastic time spent at the Domaine de Bellevue spa! A huge thank you especially to Justine, the massage therapist who took care of me. She is so warm and gentle, and before the massage, she takes the time to chat about our preferences, any sensitive areas, or points to be aware of. It immediately puts you at ease. Her massage is very precise; everything is perfectly symmetrical (nothing is missed, haha!). She also manages to identify and relieve minor tensions without us even having to say a word, which is truly wonderful. In short, a perfect moment of relaxation. Thank you again!

15/02/2026: We came for dinner on Valentine's Day. The service was quite slow, as we arrived at 8 pm and left around 11:30 pm. Despite the wait, the food arrived hot and was very good. The staff was pleasant and attentive. A drink had been mistakenly added to the bill, but it was removed immediately after we pointed it out. We would gladly return, but probably not on holiday nights.

14/02/2026: Don't change a thing, we love being served at the table and eating hot, hearty and crispy dishes because we're fed up with the cold and greasy buffets of your competitors... it's become rare to find good Chinese restaurants!

Perfect foam, a delicious and balanced flavor, and warm service that makes you want to come back. Thank you, Sandy, for this delightful experience—surely one of the best cappuccinos I've ever tasted!
