27/08/2024: The Mercure Hotel was in the center of Bussy St George. Restaurants and shops and a bakery were opposite the hotel. Metro station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Train connection is perfect for visiting Disneyland and Paris. As far as visiting the hotel is concerned: We were thrilled and satisfied with the cleanliness, it meets the 4 star hotel criteria. Parking in the hotel's own free underground car park is absolutely perfect because you park in a closed space and you don't have to worry about your car. Thanks to the team!! Next time we visit Paris we would like to book the Mercure Hotel again.

19/12/2025: A really fun show with a trip back to the 60s and 70s. A very enjoyable and fast-paced experience. The singer/impressionist is excellent. Bravo to the whole cast! The food was decent. I recommend this establishment 👍👍

07/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant during our visit to the small Christmas market on Sunday, December 7th (group of 6). The menu was excellent, with reasonable prices. The staff was very welcoming. We had a lovely time. I recommend it.

15/11/2025: Restaurant-Bar located in the center of this beautiful "village of character." Reopening since October 24, 2023, with new owners, rewarded by the return of customers! The food has moved upmarket with a reasonable price of 31 euros for the full menu. As for the dining room service, it's friendly and very efficient. Pleasant terrace in good weather.

12/12/2025: A family meal shared to celebrate a birthday. Excellent meal, creative cuisine respecting the region's autumn and winter traditions. Game and mushrooms. A fine wine list. We all thoroughly enjoyed the €100 set menu. Everyone appreciated the meal and the atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

03/12/2025: Really disappointed. All the dishes were straight from the freezer and barely warmed up. The service needs improvement; the staff wasn't very friendly, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.

29/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the deviled eggs served on a bed of mashed potatoes, I then eagerly awaited the shrimp rougail, but the dish arrived with a musty smell. All I could see were unpeeled shrimp, bland, tasteless rice swimming in a broth they called rougail. After asking for a container for the shrimp scraps, I noticed a mealy taste. I left the dish and asked for the bill. The restaurant owner didn't question anything and gave me a discount on the menu because I hadn't ordered the cheese.

27/10/2025: Every time I'm in Provins for work, I stop by La Cure d'Air for their sirloin steak with brie sauce. A real treat. And what's more, the restaurant offers reasonably priced menus.

12/12/2025: A chic restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. The pizzas are excellent, among the best in the Seine-et-Marne department (I go there often). The tiramisu is always delicious, but last time it was even better! Exceptional. Special mention to Generoso, the incredibly talented maître d'hôtel, who welcomed us and took care of us throughout the evening.

19/01/2026: We ordered some cookies, which were original and delicious, and we even got a discount because one of them was broken. The service was very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure! Thank you, sir.

09/01/2026: Customer service leaves much to be desired. We've been customers for several years and we've noticed that the service is getting worse and worse. The staff don't know the products they're selling (they always have to ask in the back). The customer service is unfriendly, as if they couldn't care less about making a sale. When you ask to place an order, they don't know if the pastry chef will be there, or what pastries they'll be making, and in any case, they "don't want to set anything aside," even though you want to order for the following week... Like other customers, we've noticed a lack of hygiene on the part of some of the staff. For us, this is the last time. Their products may be good, but other bakeries and pastry shops nearby are just as good, and the quality of service and hygiene are far superior.
