29/09/2024: Quiet hotel 10 minutes by car from the port, warm decor, smiling staff. The services are not worthy of a 4 star rating, a lot of points need to be improved to be up to standard. No tablecloth on the breakfast table, price too high given the choice at lunch too little salty and 6 euros added value for a squeezed orange juice! Pool robot in the passage, we have to take the deckchairs ourselves which are stacked at the bottom. No support to show you the hotel. Glasses remained for 4 days on a table next to the bowling green etc etc.

19/09/2024: Found by chance while wandering around Hyeres; They welcomed us straight away and even though it wasn't very early they made us sit right away. As soon as you sit down, water and a small entree (gazpacho and focaccia); followed by two tasty fish dishes (one with traglia fillets and the other with swordfish), with various side dishes. Two glasses of rosé to accompany a beautiful evening and a correct bill for the place and the quality of the food. Must try.

17/09/2024: Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here for the second time today! The warm, cheerful, friendly welcome and the different starters, main courses and desserts completely convinced us this time too. The beef carpaccio and the burrata stracciatella with green and red pesto were a poem. The fresh homemade tagliatelle with perfectly cooked prawns in crustacean sauce and the wonderfully pink fried duck breast with sweet potato and spicy ratatouille (tip of the day) tasted excellent and impressed us. The rosé from Léoube went wonderfully with this. The portions were generous for us and so we had to share a tiramisu. With the chestnut flavor, it reminded us of vermicelle - one of our favorite fall desserts. We have eaten in other restaurants every evening for the past 10 days (with the exception of Les Cinq Sens twice). For us, Les cinq Sens was definitely the best in terms of friendliness, quality, taste and price/performance 🥰! Many thanks to the entire team for the two perfect evenings 👌👏

14/09/2024: On s’est régalés, de l’apéro au dessert en passant par le thé… Vraiment il ne faut pas hésiter, il faut s’arrêter y manger. C’est un restaurant où on se sent bien, c’est chaleureux et convivial. La serveuse est génial. Je recommande à 3000%

15/09/2024: We ate the 3-course menu. It was delicious. We also loved the atmosphere. The only downside: the portions aren't exactly generous. I wasn't full, even though I wasn't really starving. My wife, however, does. Hence the one star deduction.

30/09/2024: Went for a dinner on site for two people (not 30) on a Friday evening at the end of September at 7.20pm. Having said that they were full, in reality the place was empty. Service with terrible customer management.

29/09/2024: We came last night with friends. The setting and decor are magnificent. We had a very good hummus to share with a good wine and what followed...my friends took the lamb shank which tasted more like mutton than lamb...with rubbery chanterelles, a lot fat... frankly they left it all... I had a truffle risotto... in a small bowl with spring onions... I'm still looking for the taste of truffle 🤔 I've already eaten some risottos with truffles or others, frankly this one doesn't look like a risotto at all...and for €26 it's expensive for a bowl of rice... The waitress arrives and of course asks us if everything went well? We tell her our dissatisfaction, she comes back to tell us that she informed the boss but without follow-up...so disappointed that we stop there to have dessert elsewhere. We would have liked the boss to come for explanations and perhaps a small commercial gesture 🧐 nothing... We leave and pay our bill and I assure you that we will not come back and would not recommend your restaurant. We are not tourists but locals. Best wishes

22/09/2024: We enjoyed dinner here last night with friends who live in this amazing little gem of a town. This restaurant is tucked away between the beautiful village streets and is so beautiful at night. The food and service was outstanding. Loved the presentation . I don’t speak French but I had the chicken with au gratin potatoes and my husband had the pork with ravioli. Both spectacular dishes. Highly recommend. Merci pour cette belle expérience!
