15/09/2024: Very high-level cuisine for an extraordinary sensory experience. Fabien Ferré and his brigade truly deserve the 3 Michelin stars. Congratulations also to the indoor teams, smiling, friendly and really very professional.

10/09/2024: I'm a little torn about the meal at the Castellet table. we took the marine flavors menu. The fish were well cooked and the broths delicious apart from the squid which was almost raw and not very pleasant to eat (I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to cooking octopus, cuttlefish...). the portions were really very very small for some (the size of a teaspoon!) and above all I did not have any culinary wonder or curiosities that delighted my taste buds like the chefs of the Mazzia region, Passedat and Droisneau... too bad. I didn't dare share my comments with the boss when he came into the room, in front of everyone. I would have preferred to leave him my feelings by email from his establishment, but they did not send me an email to find out if I liked it. And I forgot the cheese cellar, a must-do. Thanks to the room service team and congratulations to the pastry chef.

05/09/2024: Delicious meal here a few days ago - I had pizza and my wife had baked Camembert. Both were huge portions and we left feeling very full! My only slight criticism was the wine was available by the glass or by the bottle - no pichets here . The wine list was good but on the expensive side - 30 euros for a bottle of rose (albeit a good one) -sometimes a cheap and cheerful house wine is all your pizza needs !

07/08/2024: Ce restaurant est situé dans un petit zoning commercial, ça n'a guère de charme mais au moins, le parking est très facile. Tout le charme se trouve dans l'assiette et dans l'accueil très aimable des deux dames qui assurent le service. Nous avons commencé par un très bon punch maison en apéritif. La carte allie fraîcheur, originalité et saveurs. Les linguines au homard étaient absolument délicieuses de même que les calamars à la provençale. Bons petits plats pour enfants également. Nous avons terminé en beauté par un pavlova maison. À noter que tout est fait maison. Carte des vins très courte mais celui que nous avons bu était très correct. Notre meilleur choix dans les cinq restaurants que nous avons fréquentés pendant nos vacances.

31/08/2024: Great place. Arriving as a family, we were very well received by the team in the room. Rather nice and pleasant place. Top products and cuisine. My daughters enjoyed the children's menu, meat and breaded fish seemed of good quality. As for us, my wife and I, we were delighted by the delicious oysters and our perfectly cooked fish and fillets leavened to perfection. Succulent John Dory and sea bream served with a side dish of baked potatoes and very well cooked seasonal vegetables. Thank you for this meal. Our only restaurant of our vacation... Really not disappointed.

03/07/2024: We had made a reservation a few days in advance and upon arrival this evening it turned out that they were renovating. They didn't send any notice about not being open. Disappointing. So we didn't eat there, but we won't be back.

15/09/2024: Culinary experience without a false note. We also spent one night in one of the establishment's guest rooms. Everything was perfect. Pleasant and neat place run by enthusiasts. We will not hesitate to recommend.

17/09/2024: We had the wagyu tomahawk. It was just amazing! It was a very relax evening for us even we had our 4 month old baby. The crew was so friendly and patient with us. They even parked our car closer that we could put our stuff in the car after leaving. Only the music was a bit funny for this kind of restaurant :)

12/09/2024: Binnengestapt voor een versnapering. Dat werd een Dame Blanche en een pannenkoek. Met 2 koffie’s. Wat kun je nu daar mis aan doen ? Wel zowat alles. Het ijs bvb was zeker niet zelf gemaakt en van een bedenkelijke kwaliteit. De chocola was niet warm (dus uit een fles) De slagroom kwam uit een spuitbus. Servieten moest je vragen. Alleen suiker beschikbaar , zoetjes waren er niet. De bediening was niet onvriendelijk, maar ook niet vriendelijk. Je zou zeggen een slechte dag. Maar daar geloof ik niet in.
