07/06/2026: A truly delightful and relaxing experience at Mas Candille. The setting is absolutely sublime: elegant and refined, yet never stuffy. The welcome is warm and attentive, immediately contributing to the serene atmosphere. Lunch by the pool was a real treat, with dishes as flavorful as they were delicate: zucchini blossoms, perfectly cooked John Dory, and red berries for dessert. The spa is a haven of peace: a heated pool at 26 degrees Celsius, a hammam, a sauna, and sun loungers invite you to completely disconnect. As for the massage, it was simply divine, providing a profound sense of well-being and relaxation. An enchanting, timeless interlude from which you emerge completely refreshed. €250 per person for the all-inclusive package, which I highly recommend.

03/04/2026: We're traveling in a campervan and stopped for dinner at this restaurant. We were so lucky to find it open; the owners are very friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the food is delicious. I wouldn't leave without trying the brioche for dessert—it's incredibly delicious. We might even go back the next morning before we leave for another one as a farewell treat. 100% recommended!

02/04/2026: I just learned of the closure of this excellent restaurant. What a sad loss for Roubion, and incomprehensible that the town hall refused to renew the lease. It was a restaurant that was doing very well, though.

27/09/2026: While strolling through the streets of Nice's old town, we stumbled upon this charming little place. We decided to stay for dinner, but we didn't have a reservation. It turned out there were no tables available, so what did the owner do? He brought an extra table and chairs and allowed us to sit outside in a narrow alleyway. Although the place is small (for about 20 people), only two people were serving during our visit. This resulted in slightly longer wait times for our ordered dishes and service (for example, the bottle of wine we ordered wasn't on or at the table in the cooler, but was labeled with my name inside the place in the fridge – I sometimes had to wait a while for a refill). We weren't put off, however, and the excellent food and friendly atmosphere made up for these minor inconveniences. We had a very pleasant time there. It was delicious!
